We loved our stay here! It was so nice to stay 30 min from Pompei and 30 minutes from the Amalfi coast all at the same time. Way more peaceful and quiet than either of them too! You have to park nextdoor like other reviews mention but you can move the car closer to unload luggage if needed. I’d say this is normal for the area and it didn’t cause us much inconvenience. The house itself was very clean and the terrace views are amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Also the restaurant Osteria Reale, a 3 minute walk, is really good and worth checking out!

This felt like staying at an old Italian grandmother‘s house, complete with a lovely older woman escorting us to the unit and giving us oranges fresh picked from her tree. The location is great, there are lots of stairs to climb so it isn’t for the mobility-challenged. There are many very friendly stray cats that hang out by the unit, providing lots of entertainment for our kids. We would definitely stay here again, this place felt personal and not sterile like many Airbnb’s are.

We stayed for 5 nights in mid-October as three siblings, and it was absolutely perfect! The beautiful garden and stunning view from the terrace, along with the fully equipped kitchen, gave us everything we needed. Vietri Sul Mare is a charming town with lovely small shops for everyday groceries, great restaurants, cozy bars, a beautiful beach, and excellent hiking trails. A big thanks to Mariangela for kindly picking us up in Salerno due to a public transport strike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I won’t differ from other reviews when I say this was an exceptional stay. Luca and Christina went above and beyond (and beyond and beyond!) what any other Airbnb host would do. They were extraordinarily helpful, kind, and welcoming. Their dogs, Kratos and Saga, were a delight to have around. The accommodation is simply wonderful, extremely comfortable bed, very functional kitchen, lovely and clean bathroom with a splendid view of the coast. The photos just don’t capture the breathtaking beauty of this place and of the view. I recommend spending at least 3 nights here, ideally more. I also recommend having a car, although we got around just fine with public transit, it is a lot of walking from the closest bus station which can be tiring after a long day of walking/hiking. They do offer to retrieve you from the station on the first day however, which is very helpful! Overall, my favourite Airbnb stay ever!

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Carpineto, this house is very tidy and has amenities to self cater. Maiori is an excellent location to explore the beautiful Amalfi Coast and is calmer than other towns in the area. It's also convenient to drive to Pompeii /Paestum /Salerno. In October we didn't have any issues with finding parking for free on the street. The house is a 15/20 minute walk to most of the restarants and bars via a little street that follows the river, parallel to the one you park on (say "hi" to the ducks!) There are also supermarkets/grocers near by for supplies. There are regular boats from Maiori from about 5 euros per trip to places along the coast for the days you don't feel like driving the windy roads /having wine with lunch. The house is modest, comfortable and excellent value, and with lots of hot water (thanks Luigi! Sorry about mum turning all the hot water off!) Luigi is a gracious host, who communicates quickly and with kindness, highly reccomend this gem.

Anna's Lemon Garden is a special place and one of those hidden gems you hope to find on Air BnB. It was a little hard to find, but once we got there we were greeted by Anna, a genuinely kind and interested host who went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant. The space is large, open, modern and extremely clean. You don't have views, but you do have very convenient private, safe parking and the pleasure of walking through a beautiful lemon grove. We highly recommend this stay and would definitely return.

Just wow!!!! This was such a beautiful place!! Probably one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in!! The views are stunning, the castle is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for us 3 couples from New England/NY. The balcony was our favorite spot to hang and relax while we also enjoyed the walk down to the water and even swam a bit in the Mediterranean:) the walk to Minori, cute little town with shops and restaurants is an easy 8 minute walk and the Ferry and bus stop in right there providing easy access to the other villages along the coast. The home was well stocked and Francescopaolo was a wonderful host! He provided great information before, during and after our stay. We didn’t have a vehicle but there is plenty of space if we did have one. Would 100% stay again and will be recommending to friends and family. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you!! ☺️

We choose this villa short notice as had to cancel in portugal due to Covid. Claudio was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The villa is breathtaking, beautifully designed and built with great care. With a family of 8 I was looking for space and the villa was perfect. Every area gives amazing views of the hills, valleys, town and sea. My favourite was from my bedroom. I will miss that breathtaking view from 2 sides of the room mainly glass . The kitchen had everything we needed as we mainly stayed in the villa and cooked together. We did go out and explore . We hired a little car which was handy but the kids choose to walk down to Cava de Terreni which took about half an hour and a good work out back up the hill. The town has a nice centre to explore, with restaurants, cafes and clothes shops. The town comes alive in the evening with families eating out and shopping. There is a little supermarket nearby good for bread, milk, eggs etc and a larger one in the town for a big shop. Public transport is good and very cheap. We caught the train to Pompeii from Cava and it was €2.50 and took maybe 25 minutes. An amazing day trip back in time. We pre booked the tickets and the positive side about travelling during a pandemic was that the streets of Pompeii were empty so our experience was extraordinary. After relaxing in the pool and walking up and down the hill we ate dinner under the stars with an uninterupted view of the twinkling lights of Napoli. The balustrade is glass. We all spent a lot of time staring at the clouds and the surrounding view which was important for us to take time to relax. I loved walking around the villa, the garden, the stylish carp pool with a little bridge over to the self contained apartment my daughter and boyfriend stayed in. The interior is filled with interesting art and beautiful things but my favourite was the staircase as you enter set into the rocks. We were very lucky to have found it. A perfect stay

Alessandra’s place was incredible. We enjoyed being there just as much as we enjoyed traveling around Italy. Town of Conca dei Marini and the little beach there were our favorites. Friendly people, beautiful surroundings, great central location - close to Amalfi, Agerola, Positano and Ravello. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Beautiful sunrises every day. Property manager, Anna Maria was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and amenities. Highly recommend!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen in der Villa. Insgesamt kann man aber auch einfach mit 14 Personen gut übernachten. Der Host war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch während des Aufenthalts mit Tipps unterstützt. Die Villa und insbesondere der Pool sind toll und der Blick aufs Meer traumhaft. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Gebäude. Dementsprechend sind die Einrichtungen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch ist das Gebäude insgesamt etwas feucht und hat an der ein oder anderen Stelle (zumindest Stand Ende 2024) leichte Schimmelspuren. Ansonsten ist aber alles notwendige vorhanden und insbesondere der Poolbereich ist in einwandfreiem Zustand! Die Villa ist super gelegen und auch die unmittelbaren Stadt ist reichhaltig an tollen gastronomischen Angeboten. Am Eingang der Amalfiküste gelegen ist es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eine Tour entlang der Küste. Auto oder anderes Fahrzeug zwingend notwendig!

Our 2 nights stay was amazing with incredible views. Lovely pool with lots of lounge chairs. Very quiet and peaceful. Villa Rufolo was steps away.

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in Amalfi. We all had such a fantastic time. The house was perfect, and loved the privacy for the 4 bedrooms downstairs. Our private chef dinner night was delightful and the food was amazing. Thank you for being so accommodating to make sure our stay was superb! And thank you to Gerry for helping us navigate the area. We hope to get back in the future.

A perfect home away from home. Marzio is an excellent host. His place ticks every boxes. Peaceful, rustic with charm, super clean, well decorated, over the top equipped, extremely comfortable. The cherry on top of the cake is the fabulous housekeeper Maria, always present, yet very discreet, a real addition that makes you enjoy your holiday to the fullest. We have been travelling quite a bit and never been in a better B&B, especially for the quality of the service we received. It’s so true, that when you travel in southern Italy, every family welcomes you like you are part of theirs. You won’t regret staying here. Thank you Marzio, Antonietta and Maria, we’ll come back for sure.

Tutto perfetto! Sicuramente la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è la jacuzzi esterna, in cui ci si rilassa in tutta tranquillità. Questa poi si trova in un grande e fresco giardino, con un sacco di piante, tavoli e sedie, completamento recintato in cui anche le mie cagnoline si sono divertite tanto! Raffaele poi ha curato il mio soggiorno in tutto, con la massima gentilezza. Spero di riuscire a tornarci presto!

Perfektion! Francesco und Alice haben ein Urlaubsidyll geschaffen, in dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Allein der Garten mit Traumaussicht ist einzigartig – besonders bei milder Dämmerung mit atmosphärischer Lichterkette an den Bäumen. Die beiden sind super lieb, angenehm kommunikativ und sehr unterstützend, wenn man möchte. Gespräche auf Englisch sind kein Problem. In der Ferienwohnung warteten ein frisch gebackener Kuchen, Weintrauben, Pfirsiche und Snacks. Alles sauber, authentisch italienisch dörflich und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten das große Glück, neben Katzen und Hund auch Katzenbabys als Nachbarn zu haben. Wir wollten wirklich nicht mehr weg, eine echte Oase, um zu entspannen und zu erden. Die Umgebung lohnt sich vor allem für Wanderfreudige: atemberaubende Natur und anspruchsvolle Routen auf Berggipfel.

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind (9), haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht! Das schöne Panorama von der Terrasse aus war jeden Tag aufs neue ein Genuss! Der erste Kaffee im Morgenlicht im Liegestuhl mit Blick auf die grünen Berge und das glitzernde Meer, so hätte es noch einige Tage weitergehen können ... Die Unterkunft mit der grossen umlaufend, überdachten Terrasse ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Da Wetter und Temperaturen noch sehr sommerlich waren, haben wir die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht. Im Haus haben wir aber auch alles gefunden, was wir benötigt haben und wenn es nicht so gewesen wäre, so hätten wir in Giovanni jederzeit einen guten und schnellen Ansprechpartner gefunden, so konnten wir zum Beispiel gut von seinen Ausflugs-Tipps profitieren. Wir haben fest vor, wieder zu kommen! Herzlichen Dank!

we are very pleased to stay in this house. Very quiet place, lots of space for private use outside (and inside), GREAT view of the bay and mountains. Comfortable beds. Good location to discover Cilento. We recommend it. Very good contact with the owner of the house. A certain problem is the fact that between him and AirBB there is an intermediary (Novasol), with whom contact was much worse. We wanted to know if we would be able to watch the football matches on TV (the championship was in progress), we were referred to... the house rules - so that answer was quite surprising. When we called the hotline with the same question, the call was interrupted by an employee. However, these can be considered minor problems. We emphasize that the contact with the owner of the house was excellent, and the place itself is delightful and the view is picturesque.

Ho trascorso un weekend indimenticabile a Ravello e l’alloggio di Antonella è stato la scelta perfetta. La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, ma il vero punto di forza è la posizione: immersa nella tranquillità, con una splendida vista sul mare e circondata dai terrazzamenti di limoni, offre un’atmosfera unica e rigenerante. Antonella è un’host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta, pronta a dare consigli utili che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca relax, lontano dal caos, ma comunque comoda per esplorare Ravello e la Costiera Amalfitana. Un posto in cui tornare sicuramente. Super consigliato!

Sono molto contenta di aver prenotato in questo alloggio, dovessi tornare in zona prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo. Sia la signora Giovanna che la signora Antonella, che ci ha accolti, sono molto amichevoli, gentili e disponibili nel dare tutte le informazioni di cui una persona ha bisogno per visitare la zona. L’appartamento è molto bello e sopratutto molto pulito. Inoltre il mare, i ristoranti, i supermercati ecc. si trovano tutti nelle vicinanze. Consigliato al 100% Ringrazio la signora Giovanna e la signora Antonella per aver reso questa vacanza ancora più piacevole.

Andrea is a wonderful host, always available and willing to help. The place is amazing, much more than we were expecting... I believe the pictures do not capture how beautiful, cozy and spacious this house is. The surroundings are also incredible, Mormanno is a unique experience. We would not hesitate going there again, great cost/benefit relationship and satisfying in every way.

A wonderful home in the campania. With 3 families we really enjoyed this home. There are a lot of facilities available: multiple kitchens, sauna, swimming pool, picknick spots, … it is truly an amazing place to relax in the middle of beautiful surroundings and the peace and calm of the mountains. Yet there are still some nice restaurants nearby.

Tolle Wohnung, viel Platz, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, privater Parkplatz und eine großartige Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben, doch leider bekommen wir nicht so viele Urlaubstage, wie wir gerne hätten! Es gibt so viel zu sehen in dieser Gegend, insbesondere, wenn man sich für die Vergangenheit interessiert. Die Landschaft selbst hat ebenfalls ihren eigenen Reiz. Es ist gut, auch Orte zu besuchen, die außerhalb der touristischen Hauptrouten liegen!
