I've been going to Ptown 2-3 X a year for over 30 years to visit with friends who live there year round. The original hotels where I used to stay are now condos. With the arrival of AirBnB, Booking and so on, prices are not what they were, but on the flip side, the range of accommodations and amenities is much better nowadays. With that preamble out of the way, I have to say that Jason's apartment is beautiful, modern, well equipped and furnished. Because the ferry is not available in winter, I drove and needed a place to park. In addition, due to the cold weather I was glad to have the luxury of a gas fireplace. There is a park behind the property and it is on a quiet street. There is a Gulf gas station a few minutes walk away that sells basic necessities. Also, I was able to walk into town very easily. The showers get plenty of hot water. I cooked breakfast (cheese omelette) and one dinner (soup) and found the kitchen had everything I needed. Excellent experience.

The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. The expansive open-concept living area downstairs fostered a sense of togetherness, while the well-appointed kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

We absolutely loved Ariana’s home….beautifully decorated and furnished and so clean. All things I truly appreciate. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Bruce’s cottage! Great rustic cottage right on the beach, perfect for a “slower pace” vacation away from crowds and hustle/bustle. Bruce and his wife are very friendly, very available for questions, and were pleasantly flexible with us on checkout timing really allowing us to maximize our last day on the cape. Will absolutely visit again!

Looked exactly as pictured, great spot for couple. Easy walk to beach and Newport Cliff Walk. Downtown Newport 5-7 minute drive.

We loved our stay at Nathaniel’s. Super charming cottage just steps away from Commercial Street and convenience to all of PTown. The place was such a gem with a fenced in yard for our small dog, recessed back off the street so felt safe and private. The bed was super comfy, great lighting, the whole place atmospheric and cozy. We will be looking to book this place again on our next trip to PTown.

Excellent house!! My friends and I enjoyed this house for a night away! Perfect space with great amenities!

Minh took the time to decorate for the holidays. She was very responsive. Her place was Spotless! There were plenty of places to relax.

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again.
