David and Grace are top hosts. They keep an aesthetically clean place equipped with all you need for a luxuriously comfortable stay. They really thought of everything - they even have first-aid kits and a guest handbook for easy reference on how to use appliances and numbers to call for emergencies. I appreciate that what you see in their posting is consistent with our real-life experience. All the appliances were functioning. WiFi was stable and fast. Area was accessible to public transpo (near Padre Pio Chapel and St. Michael's Parish), and there was also a dedicated parking space. For food the handbook says you could preorder some meals from them. But also within short distances (even good for leisurely walks) are sari-sari/convenience stores, Savemore, or you could just do Grab/Food Panda. I highly recommend this AirBnB gem. Worth every single peso of your money. Thanks, David and Grace.

Dorothy Joy is a great host. The property is on a nice quiet subdivision. Everything is exactly as pictured. There is a small sari sari store just a block away towards the gate that has all of the convenience items you may need. The bed was comfortable. All rooms have air conditioning and each night was a nice quiet sleep. Dorothy Joy and her wonderful husband are great hosts who offered local travel suggestions. I rented a motorbike to tour the beautiful surrounding province, beaches, lakes and more. The Wifi is strong and reliable. There is a laundry machine making laundry an easy chore. And one of the best parts is there are no roosters around the property 😂. I’d definitely return here again.

very nice place to stay!

Perfect for multi families. Deliberately looked for 3 bedroom units to fit 3 families during our trip. Bedrooms were not tight especially the family room at the ground floor. There are enough bathrooms and toilet. However, dining area will not be able to accommodate everyone at once, which we dont mind. One particular bed foam upstairs is not soft. Also would have been better to have an aircon by the sala as well, and a netflix account. Overall, we were all satisfied! Worth the price. Everything was smooth despite booking the night before check in.

We had a relaxing stay at Marissa & Wesley’s Coconut Farm. We appreciated their warm hospitality and instantly felt very welcome upon having them pick us up at the airport. This is definitely a great place to disconnect from city life, and get back to the roots of nature. Their staff are all very friendly and accommodating to whatever you need or would like. We had the pleasure to taste some of their farm cooked meals for breakfast/dinner, which were very delicious! While we stayed here we had Wesley and Marissa guide us with a lovely local hike with lunch cooked on an open fire, zip lined the highest Southeast Asian zip line at Lake Sebu-Seven Falls , and did enjoyed some local shopping near by. So whether you’re an avid outdoor enthusiast or just starting out exploring more of the outdoors, THIS is the place to experience it!

The place was very easy to find, I used Google Maps (very accurate). Very near malls and convenience stores. It was raining heavily the day we checked-in, thus, there was some leakages in the living and master bedroom. Nonetheless, we had a great stay. Fast WIFI, clean bathrooms, kitchen was divine, it was as advertised. We will definitely go back and enjoy again it's amenities. My family totally loved it. Definitely recommended for big groups / family.

Throughout our stay at Bonita's (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), from the moment I booked, they were incredibly responsive. They checked in (Ms. Yvon Kris and Ma'am Bella, Zea Mae and partner), which made our arrival easier. Zea Mae and Partner made sure we had everything we needed (an electric fan for the room without an Air-conditioning unit). You just politely ask what you need and Zea Mae and partner make you feel welcome and cared for. They offered recommendations (tricycles and vans as service vehicles) and food delivery services apps.
