Never have I had such a welcoming accommodation. From the very first moment we met, it felt like we are visiting family - and that we are the preferred one who was granted with the most luxurious perfect villa! The hostess and the owner welcomed us warmly when arrived, with the maid helping us with the suitcases. The house was even more beautiful than in the photos. It has all the amenities a family needs for a stay AND MORE. Super strong Wi-Fi, excellent air conditioned. The beds are so comfy with amazing pillows. And all the furniture and design was just top notch. We were very much surprised when we discovered that there is a maid service! Just like in hotel-taking care of cleaning & fixing the beds..and...Laundry! The hostess and the owner, were all the time available for us, for recommendations and whatever was needed-we enjoyed this relationship very much. The location is just super-next to EVERYTHING in a walking distance THANK YOU so much. We will definitely come again

This place has a great location, is right there where all cafes, restaurants and stores are. Phatthida is a great host, she is kind, friendly, proactive and very helpful, the place is a reflection of what she is, impecable, excellent taste, well decorated, with all the essentials without being too much just perfect. We had an amazing stay in Chiang Mai in Phatthida´s house, we definitely come back and be very glad to see her again.

Excellent location, right at the heart of Nimman. The house has a cozy vibe, brings me back to my 90s childhood memories. Definitely be back there again and again.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Chiang Mai was absolutely wonderful! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything you could need. It’s a spacious place, perfect for a big family, and we felt right at home during our entire stay. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The beds were comfortable, and the place had plenty of lighting, making it feel cozy and welcoming. We also appreciated how easy it was to find and access the property. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a massage place right next door and a great coffee shop nearby. The budget-friendly buffet breakfast was a bonus, and we loved the affordable swimming option just a short distance away. There’s also a good food store within walking distance, and the area is packed with dining options, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

I would like to highly recommend this accommodation and the host. If you wanna try some experience out of the old town, it’s a good choice:) 1. It’s a safe area and I feel secure staying there alone. The surrounding area is appealing and quiet. 2. There are some nice cafes and restaurants for food as you need, although the 7-11 is not very close by. 3. It will be a good way to have motor bike to explore around and not so far from anywhere with the motor bike in 30 mins. Except from the big events like lantern festival period, other time would be easy to take a taxi or grab around this area. 4. Many interesting sightseeing spots around or on the way to another destination as recommended from the host. 5.The house is cozy and has everything you might need. 6.The last but the most highlighted point is the host! He is like a superhero with all the helps needed in time. He is intelligent, helpful, and so good at communicating. He also can always come up with wonderful ideas for you.

에어비엔비에서 예약을 하여 한 달 동안 머물렀습니다 모든 스탭들은 친절했고 항상 웃음으로 맛이 하였습니다 체크인 시간이 01시가 넘었지만 경비가 키를 가지고 있어서 마음 편하게 체크인 할 수 있었습니다~ 매주 한번 청소해주고 타월은 두벌 바꾸어 줍니다 대형 타올 오래된 건물이지만 스탭들이 관리를 잘하여 청결도를 잘 유지했고 건물의 위치는 아주 휼륭했습니다 옆방에 소음은 전혀 없었지만 윗층에 공룡이 꼭 새벽 4시가되면 쿵쿵거리고 아침 운동을 한시간 정도하여서 스트레스가 심했지만 나중에는 알람이라고 생각하였습니다 특히 물이 깨끗하였습니다 다른데 거주하는 같이 들어온 친구는 2일만에 필터가 쌔꺼멓게 변했다고 하였습니다 저는 2주만에 바꾸게 될 정도 였고 한달 동안 필터 한개 바꾸고 그냥 사용하였습니다 예민하지 않으신 분은 붙어 있는 사워기 샤용하셔도 될거 같다는 생각을 하여봅니다 한가지 아쉬운것은 떠나오는 날의 비행기가 00:40분 비행기여서 미리체크 아웃하고 짐을 가지고 움직이게는 싫어서 다음날까지 계약을 하였고 호스트에게 2일전에 체크아웃 비용 (물값 전기료)을 계산 하기를 원하였지만 나가는 날 와서 계산을 하여야 한다는것이었습니다 내가 그냘 바쁘니 하루나 이틀전에 나머지 비용까지 계산을 미리 하겟다고 하여도 안된다고 하여서 약속을 취소하여 오후 3시에와서 결재를 하고 숙소에서 밤 9시가 넘게 누어 있다가 나오게 되었습니다 조금 유연하게 하였으면 좋겟습니다~

Check in/out is smooth. Everything is as described on the listing. Gym and community area is nice. 24/7 guard outside the building. Cons: some furniture such as mattress and sofa needed to be replaced. They are really uncomfortable. It sinks in when you sit on it… It will be nice to add some light on the Rooftop patio. It’s a shame that the space is not utilized. Will definitely consider to stay in here again if they replace the mattress and sofa

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

The host was very welcoming and responsive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. While the shops are a bit far, they are reachable on foot or by bike. The village is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a small group.

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Rui’s home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home.

더 좋을 수 없을 정도로 너무 만족한 숙소였습니다. 호스트는 항상 빠른 답변을 해주었고 숙소 입실 전까지 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주었어요. 숙소에 가서는 매니저가 조식이랑 청소 여부에 대해 세심하게 챙겼고 필요한 용품도 바로 마련해주었습니다. 숙소는 내가 이런 호사를 누려도 되나 싶을 정도로 너무 아름답고 편안했습니다. 수영장과 스파, 큰 침대와 편안한 침구, 매일 새로 채워주시는 물과 수건, 어메니티까지 나무랄 곳이 없었습니다. 아름다운 조경과 넉넉한 공간이 주는 여유까지... 여기에 살고 싶었어요 ㅠㅠ 별 5개가 아깝지 않네요. 이 곳을 발견하셨다면 당장 가세요. 망설일 필요가 없습니다. 추천, 추천, 완전 추천입니다!

The host is amazing! No kidding. She literally provides everything I needed, from day to day car service, travel spot recommendation to even pcr test! I have a 18month old baby with me and she instantly buys a baby bed for him. The house is amazing too. We had a housekeeper and she cooked great cuisines. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to chiangmai.
