院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

We have stayed over a month and Jin was a perfect host. She and her lovely parents helped and assisted us with any need we might have. She helped us renting a car, gave us a ride when she headed to the downtown. She was very kind. We work remotely so the garden and balcony was a peaceful place to work. There was some construction noise during the day, but at night its very quiet. If you are planing a long stay and want to be away from the city you should definitely consider Jin’s house.

The house and the host are amazing. We had an incredible time with my family—it's perfect for a family vacation. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and everything we needed was provided. The internet is reliable, and there are markets nearby with everything you might need. I truly hope to come back one day. Thank you for sharing your home—it left us with beautiful memories of Chiang Mai and a wonderful time. Grateful and thankful!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

A very comfortable cottage, the room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. My friends and I had a very pleasant and wonderful time here. Special thanks to the landlord for allowing us to stay with our dog, they are very happy here every day. I hope to come back here if I have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai for vacation. 🙂🌈

Phimon is very proactive and helpful. She accommodated us very efficiently and even suggested places and restaurants to go to 😊 Her place is so clean and comfortable. She even provided us towels and comforters for each one. She also prepared bath soaps and shampoo and bottles of water 🫶 We are so grateful we had an amazing place to rest after a day of tour in Chiang Mai. It is also close to the airport so we did not rush to go back at the airport when we were leaving. This place is highly recommended. 💯

Suhawan & her sister Ning Nong are great hosts. communication was always quick when replying to me. Ning Nong is lovely & met us at the gate & shown us round. the house itself is traditional but has everything you need for a long stay. We were there for a month. The house is as described but bigger than it appears on the pictures. On arrival there was an issue with the shower & when it couldn't be resolved, they immediately ordered & installed a new boiler which was hugely appreciated. Nothing is too much trouble & they both genuinely care & want to ensure you have the best time. The location is amazing, in a small community, the house is surrounded by trees & is really peaceful. as others have mentioned, a 5 minute walk away is a soi full of cafes, restaurants, street food & just about anything else you need. The airport shopping mall is a 20 minute walk away too. Bolt & grab easily available to get around. We had a great stay.

It was nice to have a quiet house to go to after a long day in the busy city of Chiang Mai. The hosts were fantastic and helpful. The property was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Thank you for everything!

Sunshine House is perfect for those looking for peace and serenity and it was exactly what I needed. It is a little secluded so the options for food if you don't ride a bike or drive a car are limited. However it is easily accessible with Grab or Bolt. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and gave a lot of privacy. Carolyn is super fast in responding to messages and took great care of me. She checked in with me when she didn't see me for a while to ensure I was ok. She even gave me some delicious home made food and snacks and made me feel very welcome and at home. This place really felt like a home away from home. Nana the bigger dog who guards the gate was adorable and loved coming up to me for some rubs. Chacha the adorable little one was feisty and full of character. I have extended my stay here for a little longer and will surely miss it when I leave. I will always remember this cosy home away from home and look forward to coming back again some day.

Perfect place, the kids had a great time. The host is very responsive. Pool is awesome and the gym is fantastic. The apartment is sufficient for a family of 4-5 people.

Really nice flat in calm area. Where everything you need is nearby (big mall, 7…) The flat itself provides everything you need. I can highly recommend

Good value, easy access to Big C supermarket and lots of coffee and street food places close by if you have a scooter. Lin is a sweetheart and I would definitely stay again, my only objection is sometimes the planes being so close by can be a bit disruptive

신축건물이라서 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 건물에 위치는 관광지와 떨어져있어서 조용하고 좋았습니다.

小区安静整洁，服务非常好，适宜度假休闲。

We had a comfortable stay in Hanyu’s place. Hanyu was very responsive whenever we have queries.

You are about 20 min from city center. overall nice quiet building. host was very nice!

A convenient location just across the street from the Mall. Lots of eating places. The instructions for getting into the apartment were clear and very good. If it is a busy time of day for traffic, allow extra time for a Grab car to arrive here. But that is true of all of Chiang Mai which is a big city. We would stay here again.

우리 가족에게 정말 행복한 시간을 보낼 수 있게 해주셔서 감사합니다. 숙소가 정말 좋았고, 정말 수영장은 지금까지 가본 수영장 중에 가장 넓었고 경치가 좋았어요. 아이와 1일 1수영했는데도 아쉬울 정도에요. 그리고 호스트는 저희가 불편한 상황이 생기면 바로바로 해결을 해주셔서 정말 잘 지내다가 돌아왔습니다.

We had an amazing 5 -day stay at Golf’s in Mar, 2025. The apartment is conveniently located within 15 minutes of all attractions, security is very good, had all the amenities needed and the view and place is superb! Definitely recommend!

공항에서도 아주가깝고 쇼핑몰과 야시장이 가까워서 편하고 웬만한곳 그랩으로 100바트 내외로 가능하고 토요야시장 해지고 걷기적당한 거리 입니다 숙소 방음도 잘되고 안전합니다 일행들도 아주 만족했어요

The place was peaceful and well-equipped, there are food places close by, and convenience store. The only down side was that it got quite hot in the afternoon, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

저희가 묵었던 숙소는 나이트 바자 및 시내와 가까워 편하게 치앙마이를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 보안과 방범도 매우 훌륭하였고 아침에는 코코넛 요리와 도넛 등 현지 음식을 길 하나 건너서 먹을 수 있었고 24시감 운영되는 편의점도 2분 거리에 있어 도심과 휴식을 함께 누릴 수 있었습니다. 조금 더 오래 머무라고 싶은 장소 입니다.
