Amazing house, fun, stylish and spacious. Modern kitchen with everything you need and great garden outside. The house is about 20 minutes away from Chiang Mai city center so you will probably need a car. Thanks Faye, hope to come again soon.

атмосферно, стильно, приватно. один из лучших домов, которые можно найти в Чиангмае. если бы была возможность - с удовольствием продлили бы на месяц. единственное, что вызвало недоумение - наличие фейковых книг на полках. стоит сказать, что их мы встречали во всех домах Чиангмая, где останавливались. но это даже забавно, никогда в жизни такого не видел :)

I stayed here with my friend it is a very relaxed area with a super nice coffee place in the street. We had a great time staying in this house and area

房子和图片基本一致、泳池很漂亮、个别一些地方卫生需要加强、房子总体比较满意！就是比较奇怪的是事到了现场提出收取5000泰铢押金、我后来住五星级酒店也才收了我1000押金…说好退房当天给我退现金押金后来又说退到爱彼迎得账户上…建议下次大家不要给现金，不知道为什么这样

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

Truly one of the very best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in! Our four days here in this gorgeous, spacious Villa were heavenly! The host was exceptionally helpful, friendly and proactive - thinking ahead to recommend activities and attractions and offering useful advice to get around Chiang Mai. The Villa itself was well stocked with snacks and drinks and the breakfast offered each morning was scrumptious and substantial! Rooms and beds were extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable stay!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

是一座很大的别墅，工作人员很多，服务态度特别好，都很热情，因为是中国新年，还送了我们水果，中途孩子突发疾病，还赠送鲜花送到医院。临走时还为每个人做了芒果糯米饭。过程当中服务都非常及时。你不需要担心任何事情，他们都会协助解决。厨房很大，我们可以自己做饭，还有工人帮忙洗菜洗碗，非常推荐。

超棒的一次入住体验，小区位置便利环境超好，房间干净整洁，房东贴心周到，在清迈给了很大帮助。所有民宿体验中最棒的一次，下次到清迈还会选择入住。

We enjoyed our stay at Amy’s. It was clean and spacious. It was in a quiet area with a beautiful garden area. Amy was incredible responsive and helpful any time we had a question or needed something. I would recommend staying at Amy’s place!

Overall, smooth movement and accommodation were clean and comfortable.
