It's a stunning villa especially at night. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa is so close to many local restaurants and cafes all walking distance. Also not too far from the city centre. Karittha was a super accommodating host. When we reached out she responded right away. I would love to stay here again.

Prapai is very responsive and provides useful guidance throughout the stay. The apartment is nestled in a quiet village 20-30 mins away from the city by car. Bicycles are available on site which can be used to explore the sights/cafes in the area.

Jorge is such an outstanding host. His communication is always responsive and attentive. He is so friendly and helpful that you will get a friend after your stay. Our whole family felt right home at the place and kids do not want to leave the place with lots of fun things to do/play with. We all enjoy the pool and jacuzzi very much. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

Overall we had a great stay! Apartment was just like the photos, host was great, and the building was great! The kitchen was well equipped! Everything was clean. Hosts go above and beyond even with giving recommendations in the area, they were also very accommodating. Great location, a quick grab or scooter ride downtown & close to convenience stores & little food pop ups! Would stay at this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

치앙마이 공항에서 가깝지만 비행기 소음이 거의 없고 교통이 사통팔달로 연결되어 이동하기 매우 편하였다. 조용하고 보안이 철저하게 관리 되어서 매우 안전하다고 느끼고 보안 요원들이 매우 친절함.

The hospitality we received was incredible. We had breakfast daily which was a treat and the house was cleaned and stocked daily as well which we also did not expect. We had a few challenges with the banks and our luggage, Kasims team went out of their way to help. What an incredible stay we had this past week. To you and your team Kasin and your staff we have never received such hospitality as we did this past week. We wish you much success in your AirBnB villas
