The host was very helpful and promptly responsive. At first thru no fault but our own unfamiliarity, instructions to enter property and adjusting heat in hot tub was quickly addressed as host was super friendly and accommodating. We felt most welcome upon arrival. In fact, early checkin was also honored to which we were grateful because our flight plan was sooner than expected etc. The furniture and bedding was comfortable and the location was peaceful and private. We truly enjoyed our stay and were blessed to visit family and loved the suggestions on calendar of local events. We are not folks that typically complain so we did not pursue or sought to bother host. The refrigerator definitely needs service or replacement. Ice cubes were frozen but items in fridge not cold at all. Ice cream totally melted. We salvaged the groceries best we could, but it was a challenge to ultimately utilize refrigerator. We were satisfied with all else, just wanted to make aware for the next tenants etc

This home was perfect for our long stay. We have two dogs and the huge fenced in yard was a perfect fit. The home was spotless and stocked with everything you would ever need for a stay or vacation. I would highly recommend.

Great family friendly vacation spot. Spacious home. We loved that there was plenty of kitchen items/ utensils, pots & pans, dishes, serving items for cooking for a family. Convenient laundry. The pool was perfect size and temp and the kids enjoyed it so much. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept and close to all the shopping you need! We will definitely come back when we are in town to visit our family again.

My expectations were highly exceeded in this my second Airbnb experience; the first in Miami Beach was below bare-bones (empty fridge, no paper towels, and other issues too numerous to list). Gladly, this was the exact opposite – fully stocked fridge with a few beverages (and limes), yogurts, butter, etc. They didn't miss the small details. Photos are accurate except the sofa bed has been upgraded to regular bed and the office now has a baby crib. See the incline on the driveway? That saved it from Hurricane Milton but the house below got flooded so badly that it had to be knocked down. The ceilings have dramatic lighting effects. A beach within walking distance may be a great option as we spent 45 minutes bumper to bumper coming out of Siesta Key (on a weekday). Open the front door at night and you'll hear… nothing (neighborhood is ultra-quiet). Messages on Airbnb seem to be responded to by an AI chatbot directing you to the very responsive direct contact / cleaning company.

Great place. Pool and hot tub were very nice amenities as it was chilly and rainy, so we used them a lot. Hosts responded quickly to any questions. Great location close to beaches and restaurants. Will definitely stay again, highly recommend.

This location was very walkable. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants, the market and shops! Perfect location.

As far as location and price go, this place is unmatched. Super affordable and convenient to the beach, restaurants, coffee, and the free trolley stops. Walking distance to everything! The private pool is a great option and the home was very clean! The two things which I would say to improve would be flexibility with check in and the WiFi was super glitchy. It is a busy area, which is fun but can be a little loud with people walking by and cars. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay here again!

What a little gem! If you’re looking for an intimate experience, but still want to be close to the action, this is the place. Proximity to beach and town could not have been better. The unit was pristine! Linens, bedding, cookware were all in brand new condition. Pool area was immaculate and served as a nice spot for reading and snacking after the beach. Loved the outside shower. We would stay again

Gur’s place should not be overlooked when thinking about booking your stay in Lido Key. His boutique motel has been completely renovated and updated with each unit being a suite! It’s not just a hotel room but a great space to stretch out and relax. There is absolutely nothing that has been overlooked. His kitchen is appropriately stocked for a short or long stay. The location cannot be beat. You are a half block to a pristine public beach and a very easy walk to St. Armand’s square. A leisurely walk to/from dinner every night took us 10 minutes. We assured Gur that when we return it will be at his hotel! He does offer bookings outside of AirBnB if interested in booking directly through him. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. It was pure perfection. Thank you Gur!

This air bnb was more than what we hoped for! As a young expecting couple, also with a toddler- we were so pleased to find beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella in the closet to use. The driveway games were also a daily activity. The guests staying upstairs were friendly, and at times we could hear them but it was not a big deal. Complimentary toiletries and certain kitchen spices/oils saved us money at the store. There was dish soap and laundry soap as well. The couch and beds were very comfortable, and everything felt clean! You can’t beat this price for the location, and amenities.

Such a great space to stay in Siesta Key. We spent most of our time there in the screened in lanai. The place had everything you could need for cooking in the kitchen. The host had great recommendations for dining, grocery, things to do. The key lime pie from a local bakery was such a sweet touch. Everything needed for the beach was provided too which was lovely and the private beach access gate was very convenient.

It is advertised as 5 min. walk to the beach. That is only true if you cross the busy Midnight Pass Road mid-block and then trespass through the buildings on the other side of the road. Otherwise it's a .7 mile walk to the nearest legal beach entrance. It would also be helpful if one was told it is on the 5th floor. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean, unfortunately there was a spider hatching in the kitchen and there were tiny spiders all over the countertops.
