The location and amenities were as advertised! Needed new batteries for the tv remote and Sterling had them delivered right away (in the rain)! This was my very first Airbnb and would highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Sarasota. Everything was clean, the unit and entrance were very private, and it was near all sorts of places such as the Ringling Museum. No problems with parking or getting into the place either. Will stay again!

Beautiful location, just a short walk to Siesta Key beach or the town there. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking, cleaning, laundry, the beach, etc. The host, Billie, was also very nice and responsive. Highly recommend this stay as it was a great experience!

Great location and walking distance to the beach. Pool was perfect, clean and quiet in a very nice neighborhood. Our room had everything we needed for the 6 days we were there with perfect beach/pool weather. I would stay at Peter's place again without hesitation.

Stayed at this Airbnb for one night, and it was exactly as pictured and clean. Check-in was very easy with clear directions. We would definitely stay here again! We drove an hour to visit a comedy club and didn’t want to drive back home that night — it was the perfect spot for a quick stay.

JoJo was an excellent host - the unit was spotless...super easy to access. I will be checking JoJo's availability for my next Tampa trip.....

This is an absolutely perfect apartment for one or two people. Very well thought out and high end finishes. The kitchen has apartment sized appliances, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bathroom is small but lovely. the location is perfect, in the beautiful Indian Beach, Sapphire Shores area and very close to downtown. I would absolutely highly recommend this. turner communicated with me very well and was extremely accommodating.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

We loved this place. It felt like home right away and the owners were very attentive, even though we stayed a short time. We had concerns about handicap access which were responded to quickly. We brought our kids here to see it, so they know they now have a short term place to stay on their yearly winter stay in Florida. Very clean, with everything we needed. They even provided condiments and butter....butter, that was unexpected. How nice. We have already recommended this place to several friends from Iowa, so they have a known place to stay when they visit.

We had a wonderful holiday. It’s in a great location, a short walk to the beach and the place is very clean. We heard quite a bit of construction work happening in the neighborhood, that was the only thing we didn’t love. Other that that we had a great stay!

We give this cottage five stars with an asterix. It is located in a charming, quiet residential area mercifully far from the high rises that have sprung up like weeds. Pearl has been a wonderfully attentive host throughout our stay. The house is perfectly set up for long stays with a fully accessorized kitchen, a good hot shower, plenty of blankets and cushions. The tv offers full access to netflix as well as you tube channels. A summary of local events, sites to visit and restaurant recommendations in a brochure was very helpful. The asterix is due to the location of the bathroom---you need to pass through the bathroom to get from the living room to the bedroom and visa vera---this can be awkward at times. Bottom line, however, a great value location.

great place! great price and close to the beach

Wow...this place is fantastic and perfect in every way. Great Stay Homes communicated well and made us feel welcomed. The suite is incredible; clean, comfortable, well appointed. The private parking space was wonderful and the location, coupled with the free trolley, meant we did not use our car once we parked the first day. The beach is an easy stroll from the suite. All the best restaurants and shops surround the area. The suite was quiet and we slept great. We look forward to next year!

Lena has a very nice place here. Very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. All was as she described and we enjoyed being here.

What a wonderful rental from a wonderful host! Ewelina was extremely helpful and just a call or text message away. Her condo is spotless, spacious and inviting! The community pool, hot tub and gym are spot on and the location is just a short distance from all beaches and downtown Sarasota! The PERFECT stay! Highly recommended...FIVE STARS! We had a great stay at the penthouse! There were a few issues with the codes to get into the garage but Francois fixed the issue immediately! Is a great location to siesta key village & beaches.

Suzette’s place was exactly as described. Well-worth every penny. The place was extremely clean and well-kept. Thank you John for your flexibility with the late plane! Would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED our stay at Te’s place. Our flight was delayed so we got in very late at night. The treehouse felt like an oasis when we arrived! Peaceful music playing, low lights, screen door open to let in the ocean breeze. The treehouse is decorated so cute. Bed was extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed for a beach vacation - beach bag, towels, chairs, cooler, blanket, even a shark tooth sifter. We loved the view out into the garden and used the amazing wading pool a couple of times. It was perfect. Highly recommend and would totally stay again!

Chris is a friendly, helpful, flexible host. I saw a review where it describes this cute little one bedroom, rustic. It is, as well as cozy with a very comfortable bed, full bathroom, washer and dryer fridge. No stove, but honestly I didn’t come to Florida to cook. I do plenty of this at home, so we were happy with the Keurig for morning coffee, even had water and beer in the fridge when we arrived. The back yard is lovely, quiet and has nice hot tub, chairs and table in the shade when needed. Well lit at night for our late arrival too. This is a nice, well established quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe. If you are looking for a Hilton type of property, spend the extra money and go there. We were looking for something small and efficient, nice environment at a reasonable price. This is perfect find.
