Lovely unit in great location. Close to the main Venice beach and downtown area in Venice. The unit is clean, bright, and equipped with whatever you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Easy checkin and checkout process. Thank you so much for a great stay!

I had an incredible stay at Edyta’s condo unit. As soon as I walked in the unit, it was completely clean and beautiful. Edyta supplied me with month’s supply of dish washing pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and dryer sheets. (Other locations have not been so generous) All of her appliances were top notch and in perfect condition. Everything was decorated nicely. I felt very comfortable during my stay which is greatly appreciated since I stayed for a couple months. Edyta was very quick to respond and address anything I needed. Thank you !

We loved our stay here! The condo is new, quiet, and clean! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the wildlife and boats pass by! Our family also really loved the pool and hot tub! We would love to return again some day!

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Location is fabulous, so close to some of the finest beaches and restaurants in Florida. The condo was meticulously clean, beautifully and practically furnished, and well-stocked —clearly every single detail was well thought out. The furnishings are so comfortable that it was better than being home. You almost don’t want to leave, but there is so much to do in Sarasota that an extended stay is definitely the way to go. To top it off, owners are perhaps the most responsive, considerate, and friendly people we have ever liaised with. They replied promptly and always thoughtfully answered any questions and while offering many helpful suggestions. An absolutely wonderful place that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

The house was better than the pictures - location was perfect for short random trips to the store. It was easy to baby proof the house with littles. It was so clean that it felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Thank you guys!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Jamie's place. It was very large and had plenty of room to spread out. The heated pool was also nice to enjoy. There were plenty of beach towels provided and plenty of hangers in the bedrooms so we could completely unpack for our stay. There were a few cosmetic issues from the hurricane that hadn't been fixed, like the carpet in the master bedroom, but we found everything to be very well taken care of, clean and tastefully decorated. Although the beach wasn't in walking distance, it was a short drive to get there and the restaurants really didn't take too long to drive to. Also, Jamie was extremely communicative when we asked questions, sometimes answering within just a few minutes! We would definitely recommend Jamie's place!

Bishop and his condo was absolutely the best! Bishop’s very responsive and friendly demeanor made our stay all the more enjoyable and spectacular. The air bnb itself was incredible. The large screened in porch was everything and we loved the amenities such as the provided grill and iron etc. Bishop provided as well. The house was clean and super functional but still held onto its vintagey charm. We’ll definitely be booking with bishop in the future.

Stayed here last year… we loved it so much .. we had to come back. Jane was a wonderful host like always. A couple of hiccups this time and as always Jane and her team was there to fix it in seconds. We love the location. It’s close to everything. And 10 minutes from siesta key. Thank you again for hosting another great year for us! We will be back soon!

Siesta Breeze Place was a great spot for a getaway during the holidays. We went with another couple and both had our young daughters with us. The space worked perfect for six people, and had everything we needed. We spent almost all our time on the lanai. I was so nice having a pool that was heated enough to make it comfortable to enjoy, even in December. The home was in close proximity to grocery shopping, restaurants, and the Legacy trail.

This place was great. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. I would highly recommend this place to everybody.

The property was exceptional and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Strand. Amenities like the pool and gym were excellent. The host, Great Stay Homes, was extremely responsive. Our only disappointment was the size of the second “bedroom”. It is not a second bedroom, but rather a den. It has no window or closet, and a queen bed takes up the entire space.

We love walking around downtown Sarasota and the surrounding parks taking in all the sights, trying new restaurants and doing outdoor adventures and boating activities. This condo was located perfectly for that. The pool and hot tub were very peaceful. We enjoyed coffee on the veranda every morning. It was a very short drive to the Sarasota Yacht Club, St. Armand’s, and Siesta Key Beach. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive with any of our questions. We are hoping to return again soon!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for when we wanted a safe, comfortable place near Sarasota. The place was very clean, roomy and well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 week vacation. Jennifer was great with her communication. We highly recommend this place to others.

Thomas was easy to communicate with, the trundle bed in the den was comfortable for me to sleep on the entire month of March. Liked the cart that was available to bring luggage and groceries up the elevator. No cable TV in the units, but lots of streaming options if you subscribe to them on home TV. The condo was as described in Airbnb. Renters do talk and Thomas rental was a great value for the month comparatively.

Absolutely loved the condo… the patio views and sunsets, the location (a mile or so from downtown and great parks) the walkable area to the best margaritas and good food at Wicked Cantina! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week in MIchele's unit. There were no surprises! The condo was immaculate and modern. Michele was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The check in instructions were excellent. Seeing a bottle of prosecco with two chilled glasses in the fridge was such a nice surprise! The location was outstanding, with Saint Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota being just minutes away. We also loved the nearby restaurants that Michele recommended. Each room has a large screen tv with Roku loaded with a number of active streaming channels. The water view from the balcony was great, and parking couldn't have been easier in the reserved spot. We arrived without having had a chance to go shopping, and it was so nice that there were cold waters and sodas in the fridge, and plenty of coffee k-cups on the counter. We would definitely stay with Michele again. She was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.
