Location, location, location! Ilene and Al’s place was exactly what we were looking for… a private beach for our family (that includes fur babies) AND a pool! Just like we imagined and similar to our stay in Hawaii. Al and Ilene’s place is as described in the listing and focuses on the surroundings vs the accommodations. The cottage is comfortable and quaint and meets basic needs for two people, but this property is all about the very rare private beach and beautiful surroundings that are quickly disappearing from coastal FL due to the overtaking commercial properties. Get it while you can and enjoy this rare gem… it won’t be here forever!

What a lovely place to stay! Sandra and her daughter were always warm, welcoming and helpful. My dog loved the yard, and the surroundings were so peaceful. The apartment has everything we needed and more.

We loved our stay here! Would highly recommend to anyone staying around the area. Has all the amenities you could ever possibly need and the host was super attentive. 10/10!

Lubos was a great host! He was so accommodating and warmly welcomed our two golden pups as well! The pool guesthouse and patio were super private. Pool was heated, comfortable and super clean. The poolhouse itself was spotless and had everything you'd ever need, even for a longer stay (we stayed for a week!). We saw Lubos a few times and he was personable and helpful. Thank you!!

Susan's guest house is in a quiet neighborhood, yet convenient to everything. The pictures on the website are accurate; the house is comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. There is a lovely private and fenced patio/yard that we enjoyed relaxing in with coffee in the mornings. The AC/heat unit was essentially silent, and worked great. Susan was friendly and quickly responsive to anything we needed. If we go back to Sarasota, I will definitely try to book Susan's house again.

Thanks for the great stay. I found it small but very accommodating. I had everything I needed and the shower was great after a day on my bike and at the beach. The neighborhood reminded me of my home town in the summer, on the weekend kids outside playing. WiFi was great and driveway was big. Thanks , Norm

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Greg’s Airbnb. Nice cute and quiet place & the perfect central location for traveling between Tampa & Siesta Key.

I was really impressed from the moment I arrived. Everything in the apartment is nicely labeled and was well organized and clean. You can tell they pay attention to detail. There was a nicely done local guide, as well. The property feels like a mini resort - they’ve done a nice job with the pool/grill/outdoor area. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

This was our first trip to Florida to visit family and sight see for a week. This was centrally located for both. Quiet neighborhood, comfy bed, wonderful shower and the whole unit is very clean. It even has a private patio that is perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. My wife and highly recommend the place. We will definitely come back!

Lauren’s place was so lovely! And Lauren was the sweetest host! I really enjoyed staying there for my birthday staycation. The environment was very welcoming and relaxing and had everything you could need. Everything was super clean and easy to access, bed and pillows were super comfy, and it was only about 12-15 mins from the beach. Very quick drive! As a Floridian it was still a bit cold for me to use the pool but it was beautiful and looked like fun. Plenty of amenities to choose from as well. Definitely made my 35th birthday relaxing and peaceful and I highly recommend staying here :)

I was most impressed with how well-stocked this place was. We very much enjoyed the coffee selection, the card and board games, and the cruiser bikes for us to utilize on the Legacy Trail! The furnishings were classic, thoughtful, and well-designed. The backyard space was a nice surprise, especially for our boys to run around and play Spike Ball (also part of the supplies on site). The location of this place is perfect as it's close to grocery shopping, an amazing park (Payne's Park), the main road to travel the coast (Tamiami Trail), and the causeway to visit Lido Key. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a place to stay in Sarasota!

What a find! Coastal Heaven was just perfect! It is squeaky clean and extremely comfortable! Easy access to shopping, grocery stores, beautiful beaches and everything you need. The state park is a few minutes ride away and great walks are there! You are convenient to everything you need and want. The house is a great place to relax and we will definitely return!

John is a great host. The dogs are wonderful. The space is very nice. Our stay was much better than we expected. Best place and host for the money. We hope to come back next year.

Steven was an amazing host! The guest house was easy to find and a great place to stay in Sarasota. It was very close to lots of activities, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you Steven for a great visit!

Nancy is a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay at her peaceful, beautiful cottage. The bed was so comfortable! It’s a quiet cottage with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Azure Guesthouse. It’s very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is very nice as well. Be aware that there is an open stairway, from the kitchen to the living quarters, in case one has difficulty with climbing stairs. Also, Nicole was immediately responsive to any questions. We highly recommend checking out this lovely place!

Cole’s guest home in Sarasota was lovely, and he was a fantastic host. His response time to messages was extremely fast and his check-in/out instructions were very clear. The location is also very convenient to local attractions, restaurant, and the beach. It was very quiet and felt safe (which is obviously important when you’re traveling alone). The guest home itself was perfect! It was very clean and obviously well-maintained. There were plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen, along with a full-sized fridge. The bathroom was clean and had excellent water pressure. The tv allowed access to every app you could need, and the sofa was very comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy: I slept better there than I had in weeks! I love this gem of a place and will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Chad was extremely detailed and accommodating with his instructions and responses. Any questions I had were answered pretty much immediately. The space is beautiful with a comfortable bedroom and cozy living room. The best part was the sunroom that also included a washer and dryer. Great place to enjoy a nightcap. All described amenities were included and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Siesta Key.
