BEACH BEACH BEACH!! Steps from the beach, quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Inside the bungalow and the grounds of the resort are perfect and quaint. Awesome beach getaway. Dont hesitate to book will go quick.

We love staying in unique places and this was perfect for us. The room was an eclectic mix of historic and modern. We were greeted immediately when we arrived and shown to our room. Instructions for entering the building and room were clear and easy. We enjoyed breakfast one morning at the restaurant and it was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Everyone was always friendly in passing as we came and went. We’d definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed 4 nights at Casa Limonada. The place was beautiful and clean. Gur was friendly and very responsive to our needs. It was a quick walk to the beach and trolley stop. The walk to St. Armand’s was about 10-15 minutes for shopping and restaurants. It was very easy to use the bikes available on property. We highly recommend this peaceful location on Lido Beach.

Casa Limonada was a cool, comfortable location which was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was easy walking distance to the beach and just 15 minutes to walk to St Armands circle. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a great perk! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay!! It was so hard to leave this beautiful place. Great location…super quick walk to the beach & St. Armand’s Circle. Felt very safe. Gur is an amazing host. He provided us with so much information & lots of recommendations before our stay. He is quick to respond and will even come out to the property to solve any problems. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place was very functional. We got there after hours and the instructions were very clear and precise. All went smoothly. Once inside, the place was bigger and better than the pictures make it out to be. The Master/king bedroom's bathroom is very interesting, we loved the creativity!! We met Paige, in the office, the very next morning. She was a delight! Great conversation and great recommendations. Overall experience was peaceful and relaxing (very much needed). Will definitely book again! Same unit too!

We loved the patio outside our room with comfortable chairs and a privacy hedge around it. Loved the shed area behind the pool that had everything you needed for the beach. We were able to borrow what we needed. Bikes were great also!

Paige was such a wonderful host, as thoughtful and responsive, and so much care went into the unit we stayed in. We actually we're put up in the Cabana unit by the pool since the unit that we originally booked was not completed with repairs from the Hurricane. It was the perfect 2-bedroom unit for my family of three, my, my husband and baby. It was right off the pool (just a few feet) so we could catch some sunshine while baby napped! Highly recommend staying on this property.

We were very pleased with everything about our stay, did not disappoint! Several extra amenities that our previous location did not have. Quick response to all communications. We would certainly book a return stay. Extra comfy bed. Loved the convenient location to the awesome downtown area and the beach. 😎

We loved our stay. The place is super comfortable. The warm pool was a plus. Althoung not under the control of the property, getting uber was really difficult and took a long time, the trolley was not reliable but the Nest is walking distance to Siesta Village. Paige was great, i loved the detailed tour she gave us. There are bycicles and all you need for a beach day, including ice machine and coolers. Would recomend to stay!

My husband and I came to Florida for my brother's wedding. I wasn't sure what to expect after the hurricanes, but this host was extremely easy to communicate with. Our villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was clean and we enjoyed cooling off in it several times. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful landscaping. From our porch area, it almost felt like we were more secluded, but we were close to everything we needed! It was a very pleasant, relaxing long weekend.

I’m afraid if I write how wonderful these accommodations were, the secret will be out and we’ll have an even more difficult time booking this sweet place! It’s like being in the garden of Eden. Not the Taj Mahal but certainly exceeded our expectations. Close to beaches and great restaurants! They thought of everything including bikes, helmets, umbrellas, chairs, etc. Swimming in the pool after a day at the beach was so relaxing and my husband and I enjoyed playing cards outdoors at a table under the lanai which was lit up at night. Would definitely recommend and stay at this adorable place again!

Gur was a fantastic host. We loved the privacy and comfort of Casa Limonada. It was very walkable to the beach, resort tiki bar, and St Armands.
