Beautiful home with comfortable bed, was just my husband and I and our 2 small dogs. Can only comment on the master with king bed. Home is beautifully decorated, well taken care of and in a good location. The shower was absolutely amazing. Our favorite part! The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs, it’s secure all the way around so they could run around and enjoy the yard. Would have liked a bigger comfy couch, and ice and water dispenser. That’s all I felt was missing. Great home, beautiful pool. Water was perfect temp. We enjoyed it very much!

Siesta Key Fun House was a wonderful choice for a Spring Break Cousin vacation; plenty of room and a fun back yard with the pool and games. The cousins age 2 to 14 (all nine of them!) were soooo entertained. Great areas for each family unit to have some privacy and Michael was an extremely responsive host. Thank, thank you, thank you! Easy to make the trip to beautiful Siesta Key Beach and shopping and ice cream in cute little downtown Siesta Key.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of three, but it would also work great for up to six guests! The pool was a beautiful 85 degrees 24/7 and the hot tub was very relaxing. Having a TV out by the pool area was a nice added bonus. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, and we felt very safe there. Nice central location between things to do in Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and the Gulf beaches. Our 7 year old did not want to leave. We would definitely come back and rent here again!

This is a beautiful 3 br 2bath home. Well appointed and comfortable. The pool is pristine, large! A reasonable fee gets it well heated. So happy at how large n comfortable the lanai and pool surround are. Tons of beach and pool supplies One helpful feature is the huge fenced grassy area for family games and running dogs. Delighted that entire house is fenced in. Kitchen has everything needed and state of the art. Would love a king bed and larger tv in master bedroom. Not keeping us from committing to rent in the future! In a quiet, walkable unique neighborhood 10 minutes away from a public beach and any store, gym, restaurant you could want. Equally lovely; Eric was the most amazing host. Due to the damages from the hurricane, some lapses by his cleaners, n 3 flat tires from careless roofers, Eric maintained his professionalism and immediately responded or acted to fix my many communications. I’m 72, persnickety, well traveled and I highly recommend this host and his home.

This house was amazing! It had everything we are used to in rentals and much much more! Beach chairs, coolers, beach bags which saved me from renting those while we were there! Also had many features that made us feel like we were at home! Everything was updated, very nice layout and enjoyed everything about it! What was super awesome as it was equipped with chargers for our phones! Will be back for next year, without a doubt!

Beautiful home! In the garage they had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, fishing rods and scooters. Made our visits to the beach much easier and convenient. I recommend bringing your bikes if you want to bike around the neighborhood!

We had a fantastic stay. The house made us feel right at home. Our dog especially loved the fenced backyard. The location is convenient, with close access to Siesta, Publix, and a variety of restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, with plenty of sidewalks for walking.

Such a cute place and so many thoughtful amenities! We were only there for a short time but are already planning to back and stay longer. We had two small kids with us and it was perfect!

Melissa’s place is very nice and clean. Loved the area and how close is to everything. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Funky Flamingo. There were three in our group and it is a good size for three people. The bed and sofa bed are both extremely comfortable and despite the proximity to the airport we did not hear any noise from the planes. Moreover, the appartment is on a quiet cul de sac. Denise and Dean were very friendly and provided lots of useful information for finding the place. I especially appreciated the "Birds of Florida" book. All in all this is a very convenient place to stay and is comfortable and perfect for three people.

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was very clean, Nick & Jess were also friendly & quick to respond! We enjoyed being close to Siesta Key & Downtown Sarasota. This apartment is perfect for couples looking for a weekend getaway. Check in & check out was hassle free. Having the beach supplies they provided made our stay even more stress free. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

This was a great place for my boyfriend and I to stay before ending our trip. It was in a quiet area not far from many beaches and activities. It was clean and spacious with simple entry and exit instructions

Maureen gave us clear, actionable information even before we were looking for it. The apartment was exactly as described. Very comfy and quiet at night. The pool was pristine and the view on the waterway was a treat to take in at any time of day! Siesta beach is easily accessible in a 15 min walk with a wide beach of almost flour-white sand and a beautiful sunset view. Would come back here anytime.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our first time staying on the south end of the island, and we found the location to be ideal. The property is conveniently situated just steps from the beach (with a private beach access) and close to many popular restaurants. The quaint ambiance of the property was a welcome addition to our experience. We also appreciated the private deck, which provided a comfortable and secluded space for our stay.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

This place is FANTASTIC! Large space excellent location on the island, cross the street to be on the beach. The wrap around balcony with views is 10/10. King size Sleep number bed was comfy for both myself and my partner. I highly recommend this stay for a relaxing beach vacation. Plenty of activities around the area to fill your days. You won’t want to leave.

This place is a gem! Walk across the street, on the beach. Get a golf cart or hop the free bus and you are in town in 2 minutes, you can even walk. Great restaurants, bars, nightlife. beautiful pool area, pool table. Very quiet, low key condo . Beautiful view of ocean and sunsets. Best beach in USA and this location is right on top of it. Locker closet with beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. I HIGHLY recommend it. Evan is the best host I have ever dealt with at AIRBNB. Very responsive and informative. We had a ball. Thank you Evan.

Perfect for our family’s needs for a beach vacation. Linens smelled clean and fresh, kitchen was well-cleaned. Easy to catch the trolley to Siesta Village and easy to reach multiple beaches. The kids adored the heated pool on property. Christian was clear and communicative before our stay and we didn’t need anything during our time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice clean place that is kid-friendly.
