Awesome place and GREAT hosts. The unit is newly remodeling and has EVERYTHING. All the beach stuff, pool stuff, and kids loved the scooters. Kayaking right out back is fantastic, paddle 15 mins down to the new Midnight pass and enjoy the natural beaches without crowds. Great value with all that’s included (we would’ve had to rent scooters and kayaks and they were a big part of our stay). Good fishing on the beach and the bay. Nice neighbors. Great time all around. We enjoyed our stay with Gertrude Rentals for our babymoon. Our unit was on the bayside, but it was a nice walk to the beach. The instructions for everything were easy to follow and thorough. The weather wasn’t great during our stay so we didn’t use the pools, but they would have been convenient to use. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some meals on one day. We also enjoyed the convenience of the private beach with chairs and lounge chairs provided. All of the amenities made our stay so easy and fun.

this is my second year in a row coming down to siesta key and I have always stayed here. walking distance from everything but yet this place is quiet and peaceful. it is a diamond in the ruff.

A fabulous property just a few minutes away from the beautiful Siesta Key public beach. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stunning views from sunrise to sunset. We much appreciated the covered parking. The host was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had both before and during our stay.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

Excellent location on Siesta Key directly across from the public beach and walkable to the village for meals or provisions. The 2nd floor unit is big with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a sitting area looking right at the beach. The master bed is super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need like home so we stocked up on groceries for the stay. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and boogie boards in the storage unit and even a cooler. You have easy access to both the north and south pass of the key and we spent time in both areas. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Absolutely loved this place! Owners were so quick to respond when needed, and the community felt like home. Right around the village and the beach! The back area was absolutely beautiful- watching boats, seeing dolphins, and sitting on the dock. We would definitely come back!

Great house with plenty of intangibles. Safe neighborhood. Our children enjoyed being able to bike over to their Grandmothers house a few blocks away. Morning coffees on the canal and sunrise yoga on the lenai were one of a kind!! Hope to stay there again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. We had to book quickly due to a family health emergency, but Elena was very accommodating and the home was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located.

We enjoyed our two weeks in Kristy’s house. It was well furnished; the beds were comfortable; the view from the lanai was lovely and relaxing. Communication with Kristy was easy and her responses were very quick. We would highly recommend this house.

Had a great week long stay! House and pool were very clean. Quiet and friendly neighborhood on the canal that was great for walking and also close to everything you might want - restaurants, shopping, activities. Michael was proactive in communicating and very friendly.

This house was lovely! It had everything we needed for our 6 night stay, with indoor and outdoor space to use. The canal views were great, especially at sunrise! The garage was equipped with everything we might need, including a cooler and beach chairs. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely recommend this place!

The house/location/amenities were all as advertised—very clean and included everything you could need. We loved the fenced in yard, canal water access, and available kayaks. We will recommend to family and friends.

Maureen gave us clear, actionable information even before we were looking for it. The apartment was exactly as described. Very comfy and quiet at night. The pool was pristine and the view on the waterway was a treat to take in at any time of day! Siesta beach is easily accessible in a 15 min walk with a wide beach of almost flour-white sand and a beautiful sunset view. Would come back here anytime.

We had a wonderful week in MIchele's unit. There were no surprises! The condo was immaculate and modern. Michele was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The check in instructions were excellent. Seeing a bottle of prosecco with two chilled glasses in the fridge was such a nice surprise! The location was outstanding, with Saint Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota being just minutes away. We also loved the nearby restaurants that Michele recommended. Each room has a large screen tv with Roku loaded with a number of active streaming channels. The water view from the balcony was great, and parking couldn't have been easier in the reserved spot. We arrived without having had a chance to go shopping, and it was so nice that there were cold waters and sodas in the fridge, and plenty of coffee k-cups on the counter. We would definitely stay with Michele again. She was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place. We have stayed at a ton of places, this was the best, most intuitive and well appointed pad. Great kitchen with all the basics and more. Great views and super quiet. My only reservation is providing such a stellar review will mean this place is unavailable when I need to next visit Sarasota. Mean it!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb and would definitely recommend it! The location is absolutely unbeatable—five stars all the way. Being so close to everything we wanted to explore made our trip super convenient and enjoyable. The property itself was beautiful, with standout features like the pool and view and the spaciousness of the unit—both of which exceeded expectations. The listing was honest, and there were no surprises, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few small drawbacks. The TVs could use an upgrade—they felt a bit outdated. The elevator went down a few times during our stay, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage. Additionally, while the place had most of what we needed, it was missing a few basic amenities we would have expected for the price point (coffee, shower soap, and better made beach chairs) however the amenities listed were honest; and it was just me assuming they would be provided..

The location was awesome, great beach access across street and outdoor shower to rinse sand. Condo was spacious and clean. Linens smelled fresh and floors were so clean I could walk barefoot inside and my feet did not get dirty.

Everything was great! Had everything we needed and plenty of toiletries etc for more than the month we were there. Great communication and so seamless to checkin and checkout!

This place is a gem! Walk across the street, on the beach. Get a golf cart or hop the free bus and you are in town in 2 minutes, you can even walk. Great restaurants, bars, nightlife. beautiful pool area, pool table. Very quiet, low key condo . Beautiful view of ocean and sunsets. Best beach in USA and this location is right on top of it. Locker closet with beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. I HIGHLY recommend it. Evan is the best host I have ever dealt with at AIRBNB. Very responsive and informative. We had a ball. Thank you Evan.
