Our apartment was very clean, sheet as well. The kitchen had everything what you need, there were plenty of towels in the apartment and beach supplies were helpful. The contact with the landlord was very good, he was nice and answered quickly, Is also access to a new washer and dryer. The only minus was the mess in the garden and old junks that were everywhere, as well as the neglected greenery. 9/10

Wonderful family vacation! Great location in Siesta Key with easy walk to the beach and pool close to the unit. Home was clean and comfortable and Solen was very responsive.

montana responded to all messages super fast. she had given us extra supplies and water bottles in the fridge which was very sweet. the house is absolutely beautiful, clean and cozy. we loved the pool. would stay again :)

Great location, exactly as listed. Came with all the essentials plus more. The condo was perfect for us and our 18 month old and the brand new pack and play was much appreciated. Very friendly beach town with the softest white sand!

I arrived late after dark but Chris’ guest duplex had a light on. Also there is attractive landscape lighting both front and in the enchanting private backyard patio. It felt magical entering this lovely place located in one of the best neighborhoods in Sarasota. This duplex was spotless and attractively furnished. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Chris is a responsive, helpful host who respects the guest’s privacy. This is the place to stay if you ever visit Sarasota.

Beautiful views of the water and a great location! The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the privacy and the quiet neighborhood. There were so many amenities and the guest book was full of suggestions for things to do. Our host was friendly and helpful and we highly recommended this apartment.

Sandy takes pride in her property! She is an amazing host offering her assistance proactively and letting us know she was there if we needed anything prior to us arriving. If a clean, not to soft or hard perfectly comfortable bed, with soft high quality linens and all the amenities of home including GREAT WATER PRESSURE!!! full size washer & full size dryer, dishwasher, quick internet, smart TVs, even fans. Traveling with a small baby or toddler? She has all you need for bath and play. Great location fully fenced back yard, usable garage. Look no further but don’t book the week we need next year! She has so much to do at the property we have to come back to enjoy it all. We had a great stay and felt the comfort of home at Sandy’s place. We would highly recommend and would definitely love to stay again. Thank you Sandy!

Good location. Close to everything. Very spacious home. Good value off the high demand beach areas. Montana is super helpful and very responsive before, during and after our stay.

A beautiful home and every appliance, or gadget to ensure a wonderful stay. Great location and walking distance to the village. The location is also wonderful for day trips, or other locations in Siesta Key. Stephanie was a wonderful host!
