We had a great stay at the Funky Flamingo. There were three in our group and it is a good size for three people. The bed and sofa bed are both extremely comfortable and despite the proximity to the airport we did not hear any noise from the planes. Moreover, the appartment is on a quiet cul de sac. Denise and Dean were very friendly and provided lots of useful information for finding the place. I especially appreciated the "Birds of Florida" book. All in all this is a very convenient place to stay and is comfortable and perfect for three people.

John was fantastic! So friendly and helpful! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable! He had the a/c going when I arrived which I really appreciated! Super quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Would definitely stay again when I’m in town visiting my daughter and granddaughter!

I have been coming to this area for years and stayed in many airbnbs but this may be my favorite! The host is wonderful, super attentive and responsive when needed, extremely friendly and accommodating! The condo is clean, quiet, comforting and I had no reasons to contact the host during my entire 3 month stay! Daily sightings of dolphins from the view from the balcony! I will definitely be coming back!

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

Nichole’s place was a great last minute booking for our Spring break trip. It was close to the Sunrider bus stop so it was easy to get downtown or to the beach. Everything was as advertised and we can’t thank Nichole enough!

The unit has been updated and was extremely clean. Host was quick to reply with only a couple of questions we had. There is a well equipped kitchen with coffee for the Keurig and a bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge when we got there. Nice touch. Towels were super soft, bed was comfortable. There is a dedicated parking spot. It’s in a residential area, not as close to downtown as we would’ve liked, but that’s just us. We prefer to walk places, but this required a drive or an Uber to get pretty much where we wanted to go.

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Great location for walking to The River District (10 minutes) 20 minute drive to beach. A Publix 2 blocks away. We were very impressed by the beautiful shared yard. Cleo is very accommodating. we will definitely be booking again soon.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Only stayed one night but it was a great stay and I would’ve stayed longer if I could’ve! Will def be coming back when I see shows in the area! Place was clean, comfy and well stocked! Highly recommend.

We have stayed at the oasis at Boca Ciega quite a few times. The condo is pleasant, with everything you need. If not, Russel is very responsive. There's a nice balcony and the view is spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the other guests are friendly. All in all, it's a great environment to relax and enjoy the sun of Florida.
