The place was as described and the location was perfect. The views were great, couldn’t be any closer to the beach.Could walk to a lot of places to shop, eat or drink. The condo itself was very roomy and can fit 6 to 8 people easily. Comfy beds and couches and recliner chairs. Balcony was really nice to sit in the morning and late afternoon. The only thing negative that I can say is it could use some updating esp in the bathroom(shower). The guest room with the 2 beds could use some better cleaning, dust on the ceiling and lots of dust on the wall decor. Not the owners fault, cleaning company just needs to do better but I understand they don’t have alot of time in between to turn the unit over.But other than that the place was great and had everything you need. My husband loved the huge TV in the living room. Now he thinks we need one🙄 I would definitely book again in the future. Lisa

My family and I stayed here recently and absolutely loved the place and the location. We had to book it last minute after our other Airbnb cancelled 2 days before the trip. Joyce was very helpful and kind which was a relief after booking it such short notice. It’s right on the beach and the condo was super spacious, clean, and homey. We had easy access through her thorough and well communicated instructions. Absolutely no complaints. We hope to come back to the area and would stay with Joyce again! Very

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Zoya’s place at the Sea Shell was great! We arrived a little early and she helped us check in a little early. Our vehicles didn’t fit in the designated parking spot so she helped us navigate those waters and helped with parking passes. Overall, it was a very clean, convenient location with direct access to the beach. I would happily stay again. Thanks Zoya and Alex!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View was beautiful. So peaceful. Philip was so pleasant and checked on us via text to see if we needed anything. We will definitely come back to this wonderful condo.

Well, where to start! Firstly, it’s not very often that the pictures and description of a property don’t do it justice. A true pice of paradise. We even survived our first hurricane!! But it wasn’t without the help of hosts, being extremely responsive, helpful and going the extra mile. Thank you for an amazing stay.

As described and as pictured! A perfect place to stay right in the heart of the village. We also booked last minute due to another Airbnb last minute cancellation and Scott sent the info right away!

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Very cute place with a fantastic view Good Wi-Fi Tall bed but comfortable. Had everything you would need including laundry detergent - more than what you would expect. Choice of Keurig or regular pot for coffee. Water pressure is good. Great view - I love the palm tree to the side of the balcony. Sunset every night. Dolphins here and there. When I took my fur baby out in the morning almost every day there was 2 pelicans fishing. Alison was great with every question I had.

When we were there we sat on the deck watching dolphins , Penguins dive for fish and boats come into the marina and Doc Fords and I think they had music daily and my dog loved laying out their also. It’s close to many stores and restaurants and a short drive to the beach and John Pass also 20 minutes south to fort De Soto 20 minutes east to downtown with things always going on and the county parks in the area are awesome. We went all directions and enjoyed dog parks with our dog , many dog, friendly places. We had friends pick us up on the boat right out back. And the bike trails are right there that go forever which we didn’t do this time.

We can definitely see why people want to come back to Cynthia & Roger's place. The location was perfect for our needs. Their home was immediately comfortable and relaxing. The big windows, view and amenities were fantastic. We loved seeing interesting photos and the decorative touches. They put extra thought into routine necessities that people forget to bring, like bug spray placed by the back door, an umbrella by the front door, kleenex and hand sanitizers in a central location, etc., etc. So many "little" things that show thought and caring. What a wonderful, relaxing visit. Thank you!

Sandra's Place was EVERYTHING thats in the posting. She has everything there for you in case u missed something while packing. The place feels like its urs, furnished well, felt like home. Thanks Sandra

I thoroughly enjoyed the ARBNB . It was very clean and I felt like I was right at home . The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances worked perfectly . I loved the washer and dryer! It was close to restaurants and beaches . The location was quiet and close to beaches . Would highly recommend property to anyone traveling. Plus the pool was clean and close to unit !

Matthew was wonderful. He answered all of my questions. The condo was perfect; it was within walking distance to everything - most importantly the beach. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay. Have stayed at the Yatch Club before, but loved the size of this home. The second bedroom has twin beds but also a roll away bed in the closet (even though we ended up not needing it). The rooms were very large! We had everything we needed for the beach available to us, but the beach cart does need an update (should be larger and needs replaced (if you are coming with a larger family than 2). Every other thing you could possibly use at the beach is there at your disposal. The swimming pool is directly beside the house, which was awesome! The beds were comfortable and it is quiet! Will return here! (We stayed here for 3 weeks)

This is our second year staying in this complex. There are many walking trails that are a short drive, close to several beaches, restaurants and grocery stores.

It was the perfect place for our mother/daughters getaway! The view is spectacular. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed! Loved the beach accessories. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

This was a great stay !! The location very convenient ! Very nice and place ! Has 2 bathrooms ! Access to the back yard with a nice pond view ! It has balls and games for the family to use ! And chairs to take to the beach ! Will be back ! Totally recommend !

Great place to stay! It was a very safe community with nice extras and was pretty close to the beaches. So nice to have the extra beach supplies to go shark tooth hunting at Caspersen Beach. The condo was clean and spacious.
