This beach house was absolutely perfect. It was nicer than we expected. The location is amazing. We just buzzed around in the golf cart to explore the beautiful, quiet Island. We will definitely be back to North Captiva Island.

We had such a great vacation at the Kiwi Cottage! The house was perfect & just as described. We loved having the private pool & hot tub. We rented the golf cart, which to me is a must b/c it made getting around the island & to the beach a breeze! Our trip begun with tropical storm Debby hitting us the first day, but the house was cozy, it sat high up & we had no issues at all! Craig stayed in touch with us to make sure all was good & that we were safe. Our dog absolutely loved the house too & felt right at home! Would definitely rent again!!

Séjour très agréable, calme une vrai vacance, belle maison propre, piscine et spa, et la maison était équipé de tout, rien ne manque. De très belles chambres avec des lits très confortables. La cour arrière donne sur un petit canal, de toute beauté de voir les bateaux passer, les gens nous salut. Très agréable. Tout est à proximité, épicerie, magasin, resto, la marina TARPON POINT à voir wow de wow tant la vue avec les bateaux que les restos succulent et les boutiques. A tout les samedis matin, à environ 10 minutes de la maison il y a un marché en pleine air, le Market Farm, super bien, et après à côté il y a le restaurant le Rusty’s pour le dîner belle terrasse. Et tout c’est endroit avec la possibilité d’amener votre chien. L’hôte Ingrid est très gentille, comique, et répond très rapidement à vos questions. C’est une maison à réserver. J’y retournerais certainement. Merci Ingrid de ta gentillesse. Xx

Amazing House and Hosts!!! The pool and lake are a real gem. We had a lot of rain and couldn't go out much, but there was so much to do at the house that we had a wonderful time. The garage has a lot to do and all the beach equipment you could dream of. We ended up having a scary health situation arise and Stu and Catherine were so helpful and responsive. I would recommend them as hosts to anyone, the house was so well stocked, even with toddler/baby options, the guest book had so much useful information about the area, and they were always a message away if we had questions. We're looking forward to booking them for a vacation again next year!

We had to wait about 30 min after arriving at check in time to get the access code, but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!! The grill wasn’t working, and Tina sent the housekeeper over with a charcoal grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, and even a lighter. Her responses were timely and very helpful. We would definitely come back again 💚

This home is exceptional in every way. It’s got everything you could want at the house and more. It’s also located so close to the beach. Madeline is excellent at communicating and the house was even better than the description!

We had everything we needed at This Fine Home! It was cozy, well stocked, and had lots of thoughtful touches! The home was extremely comfortable as we're the beds. I loved the backyard and the privacy it provided! I definitely recommend this location! It was also extremely close to everything I needed and wanted to do!

Only downside is there is still quite a bit of hurricane damage in the area. Due to this it’s not pristine, BUT there is something to be said about a 2 minute walk to the beach and having it to yourself. Will definitely stay again.

Christopher's place was exactly as it was listed. He met us when we arrived and explained everything . Told us of places in the area, we wished we could have stayed longer as it was quite, comfortable and had a great patio. The nicest thing was the fresh flowers in the kitchen and cream for coffee in the morning. We will try and stay again next year if possible.

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

Nothing beats waking up and walking to the beach within 3 minutes. We really enjoyed all the beach amenities provided for our use. It made our trip so easy! Although the area is still cleaning up after the hurricane, it is heartwarming to watching this beautiful community come together. Very friendly neighbors, everyone always greeted us with a, "Good morning!" Thank you for making our trip stress-free for my husband's birthday. We have a soft spot for Manasota Key now, and can't wait to come back!

I only stayed a short few nights, but the place was wonderful. The day of my check-in Lori had contacted me to let me know I could check-in early if I pleased, which was very helpful to me. She had many suggestions on things to do in the area with all the information you would need. I loved just how close it was to the beach and some wonderful restaurants, all only a short walk away. The place was very clean and had everything I needed. Can’t say enough great things about it, it’s not surprising to see it’s booked up far in advance!

This is probably our favorite Airbnb to date! The location is fantastic, on a street full of restaurants and bars, about a block from the beach. Yet, it was quiet! The place is very comfortable, with awesome and quirky decor, two bedrooms, and an air-conditioned, screened-in front porch, which was our dog’s favorite part! Great value!

Stay was great the space was clean and easy to get in and out of. It is a bit of a drive anywhere you want to go as there is really no close by dinning or shopping areas within a short walking distance, not the hosts fault though. Our children enjoyed the pool and dock as well as the toys and beach items available. The only other thing I would add is if you are a light sleeper or awake easily be prepared for semi-loud commercial vehicles etc early in the morning, there were fans supplied in the main bedroom which may help with this as the windows are single pane and let a-lot of noise through. Over all it was a nice place for our family of 5 to stay and we enjoyed our time in the sunshine state!! Thanks Becca

This is a lovely home with astounding amenities. The street is old Florida style mixed with newer homes. The beach and water are heaven. There really are no words to describe. The home, street, and beach are jewels….and the host is amazing!! This neighborhood is very quiet and so peaceful.

We absolutely adored our stay at Simply Adrift. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for what we were looking for. Lisa was quick to answer all our questions which was helpful as we were a bit nervous coming out after the hurricanes. The beach was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The water taxi was easy to navigate and Brad and Emmett came with lots of personality! We had no issues at all. We did rent a golf cart which did help, and was happy to have, but could do it with or without. I hope to be back again soon!

Our stay at Canopy Cottage is one of our very favorite Airbnb places! We loved the uniqueness of staying in an Old Florida restored cottage. Jami had thought of everything we needed for stay and with fresh tulips on the table we felt very welcomed! We loved the screened in front and back porches where would start our day. The neighborhood was very quiet and not far from restaurants, shopping and the beach! I would definitely stay at the cottage again!

What a wonderful gem Happily Ever After is! The home is charming, very comfortable and inviting. Very clean and well cared for. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to work in which is important since there are no restaurants on the island. Screen porch is large and comfortable; a great place to read a book. Michele was a great host. Responded to questions quickly. LGI is a wonderful island. Great beaches. Nice people. With the damage from last years’ storms there is still a lot of construction and cleanup going on around the island but that didn’t negatively affect our stay. We can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous time at hidden cove - only thing to keep in mind is there are only 2 beach chairs so if you’re with a bunch of beach bound guests that could be a consideration. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again when we want to be in the Bradenton area.

Magnolia cottage is in a great location, near two parks on Lemon Bay, two blocks from shopping and restaurants on Dearborn Street, quaint Florida neighborhood. Karmen and Brian are fantastic hosts, friendly and always responsive to our every need. Love staying here. Rose and Jerry

Wonderful stay! The location is ideal - easy to walk to historic bridge street with great restaurants. The beach is a quick two block walk from the rental. And we strolled the beach all the way to the Kokonut Hut where we enjoyed happy hour right on the beach! The place was perfect for two people. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

It's a great value. It's a motel but because you're renting via this platform they go above and beyond making sure you're happy and making it feel like you're renting from a home owner. It's right on the beach and the location is amazing. The room itself was ok, it was a good value. I did expect it to be owned by someone which usually those places are kept in better condition and cleaner since it's more personal. However, I have no complaints. Yes I will stay there again. The front desk clerk was great to us. Right before check-in, expect to receive a link from The Molloy motel asking you to provide some details including a picture of your DL.
