This place was amazing, it was exactly what we were looking for. We have two young kids and having a pool (with a slide!) in the backyard was the perfect fit. Convenient, fun and private. We arrived late at night after a day of traveling and the fridge was stocked with food and drinks. On the counter was a full loaf of unopened bread, a batch of bananas and unopened peanut butter. It was so nice not having to worry about going grocery shopping right away. Lots of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The on-site laundry allowed us to pack light. We went in late March and the pool was heated to make sure the water felt nice even if it was a bit cool outside. If you’re looking for a place that is walking distance to nearby attractions, this probably is not what you’d be looking for. We went to the Florida Aquarium, Fort DeSoto, mini golfing, and to Doc Ford’s for dinner. All were between a 20-40 minute drive. Overall, amazing place and tons of fun! Phillip and Kathleen are great hosts!

Great house, beautiful, nice times

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and responsive to any questions we had. One small suggestion would be to provide a few basic kitchen essentials like oil, salt, and pepper—it would make cooking a little easier. Also, the supply of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags was quite limited compared to other homes we’ve stayed in. A little extra would go a long way. Overall, though, a great experience and we’d definitely recommend this place!

The house was very nice and clean. Joe was extremely responsive to any communication. Minor issues with the electronic lock but it was handled quickly. Make sure to bring your own water / coffee etc. That was one thing that would have been nice but certainly not a problem. We did not cook on our short trip but it looked like the necessary items were there. Overall, great experience, and the hosts are super nice and accommodating.

Brenda was a great host and we really enjoyed Fogarty Manor! Everything we super clean and comfy, what we needed was provided. The home was beautifully restored and decorated. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Brenda!

The house was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and decorated nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was a quick drive to all the restaurants and store. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Absolutely great home. Clean, so comfortable, with big yard and an outside patio which was a favorite of mine. It was greatly stocked with things you may need along the way, which is very appreciated.

We felt very lucky to have found Chris's rental. This home had everything we needed for a family of five plus one. The layout of the house is perfect if you have teenagers that want one end of the home to themselves. Also, Chris went above and beyond and shipped a new crock pot that I didn't end up using! This was so much more comfortable than squishing into a loud hotel. BTW - totally remodelled with contemporary decorations - Thanks Chris!

Courtney went above and beyond to make our stay perfect from flexible check in to flexible check out. Her place is the perfect beach bungalow. Pristine condition and so clean! She had coffee, tea and snacks for us. She had beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and sunscreen for us to use as well. Thank you for an amazing place, Courtney!

Great spot if staying in St Pete area! The room was clean, had everything we needed, & close (walkable) to great restaurants and fun spots. WOuld not hesitate staying here again! Thank you!

Marti’s place was wonderful, perfect for my husband & I on our last trip before we welcome our first baby. The close proximity to the beach is very ideal. Unfortunately we were dealt very poor weather but Marti’s cozy studio was the perfect place to relax. We would love to come back another time to be able to enjoy the beach & pool! Marti was an extremely kind & responsive, we would definitely stay at one of her properties again!

This was our second stay at Jesse’s place and it was wonderful again. The location is great. The property was very clean and comfortable. The third floor has easy access to the gym and pool. We don’t need a car when we visit. Whole Foods is two blocks away as is the free trolley to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. We highly recommend.

Nicely decorated, especially the porch area and the lighting at night around the hot tub. Loved the quirky clocks. Very cozy spot for a couple or individual. Lots of really great shops and restaurants close by.

Te was AMAZING!! Loved the quaint unique space. The Oz has been our favorite home away from home! Close to the beach, bikes, breakfast stuff there! It was 100 perfect. We will definitely be back.

Glamping at its best ! Was here for the rodeo with friends and family . We had the boathouse Cabin. Very pristine and clean with a super comfortable mattress. I loved waking up to the sunrise overlooking the river with my morning coffee. Hope to return here again,

If you're looking for a quiet place to unwind by a beautiful river, this is your spot. Perfect place to getaway for a few days of meditation and getting the mind right. Judy was so helpful and accommodating! 10/10 I will definitely be back!

This cabin was everything I needed - a peaceful place in the middle of nature and with top notch facilities. The kitchen has a lot of appliances and seasonings for cooking, a big fridge, a nice big shower. I loved spending time on the chairs outside by the pond and also on the balcony enjoying the green landscape. It was also a beautiful drive to get to the cabin. I would definitely be back to spend more time working remote and enjoying the surroundings!

Nice quiet place close to everything.

This is a very adorable little place with very cool and unique outside decor with lots of seating areas. The pool was lovely, very clean blue water. The grill was very easy and accessible to use. The outside sink is very handy and so is the outside trash can. Once you go inside there is so much to enjoy! From the hot tub to the bar area and pool table we stayed entertained. The kitchen and bathroom are both very clean and easy to use. We enjoyed the dual shower heads it made double showers so easy! We 100% recommend staying here, you’ll very much enjoy your time alone and never want to leave! There’s also cute little guest that visit and there’s just too sweet! The host are very easy to get ahold of and very nice people. We appreciate the chance we got to experience this place and hope others can enjoy it like we did. Thank you, hope to book again!

Our host was responsive and thoughtful. The space was perfect for 2. Very clean and organized. Plus the shower has great water pressure.

As I indicated in the earlier part of the review, the location, grounds, and cabins were amazing. We had a large group of canoers stay in what we called the lodge - with 5 bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. Though there are only 2 showers in the same bathroom for such a large number - we made it work. Megan and Marc left each cabin (we rented the lodge and 2 tiny cabins) with a half dozen or more organic, home raised fresh duck and chicken eggs. Nice touch! Launching from there and paddling was amazing on horse creek providing solitude and peace. They worked with us on a complicated checkout with some staying on while others left. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a country experience.

I stayed here for about 7 weeks on sabbatical. It was a wonderful, rejuvenating experience. The cabin is cozy and serene. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The lake was a 30 second walk away. Less than a 15 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the grocery store, tons of restaurants nearby. Any issues were promptly addressed and Jay went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would come back in a heartbeat.
