We had such a lovely time at this charming home! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Home was spotless, cozy, and beautiful.

Teresa was an amazing host for a wonderful property! She was responsive to all of our needs and even provided us with local recommendations late the evening we arrived. The house comes stocked with lots of needed essential items for your stay (shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) and was perfect for our large group. We can't wait to come back in the future!

House was spacious, clean & clutter free. Neighborhood was quiet and pool was clean and has lights for night swimming. WiFi worked great & living room has smart tv you can log into but downside was be aware no TVs in any of the bedrooms. The ice maker didn’t work in the freezer but we may have missed that in the description. I suggest bringing some on the way because stores are not close by. Overall 100% recommend and would stay there again.

This house was exactly what we were looking for during our Florida visit! Very clean and had so many amenities. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting Cape Coral.

From now on, this is my 1st look when I’ll be in St. Petersburg. My son and I visited Eckerd College and to have an 18 year old say, “Dad, this is so much better than a hotel. It’s like being at home!” The restaurant vibe downtown is amazing and it was 4 minutes by car. I have a bad hip, if not you could walk in 15-20. We ate at Bonu which was as good as restaurants in the North End in Boston. Gwen and Rick genuinely care about their Airbnb guests! Great coffee, too! You won’t go wrong!

This was a great place for my boyfriend and I to stay before ending our trip. It was in a quiet area not far from many beaches and activities. It was clean and spacious with simple entry and exit instructions

Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

This is a great place to stay! Restaurants and shopping centers are in walkable distance and Denise is an amazing host. Keeping this place in mind for future vacations.

This apartment really exceeded our expectations! The apartment itself was very nice and had everything we needed, but we did not realize how much we would love the pool and surrounding roof deck, or the included access to the co-working space nextdoor. We took advantage of the co-working space to work remotely during the day, and we loved lounging by the pool after work. The building location was also extremely convenient for us, within easy walking distance to the best grocery stores and restaurants in Sarasota. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions, and the two property staff people we met in the building during our stay were also very friendly and accommodating. The only possible downside I could think of for this place would be the road noise from Fruitville Rd, which was noticeable but didn't prevent us from getting a great night of sleep. We would absolutely stay here again and we hope to return someday soon!

Nach anstrengender Reise durch die Deep South States, war diese Unterkunft eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und Erholung; eine Wohltat für Augen und Seele ! Ich reise seit 40 Jahren, in Europa, USA (Nord/Süd), Asien und Australien und war selten so angetan von einer Unterkunft, wie von diesem Appartement, Garten mit großem Erholungswert. Besonders was Geräumigkeit, Effektivität, Sauberkeit, aber auch wohl durch- dachten Annehmlichkeiten für den Durchreisenden,( aber auch, und besonders für einen längeren Aufenthalt ) angeht, - perfekt für 2 Personen mit kleineren Kindern. (Gerade diese Empfehlung des Gastgebers finde ich sehr passend). Die beste Wahl für ein gehobenes, dabei erschwingliches, ' American way of good Holidays` Gefühl, ,-)). These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

One of our best Air BnB experiences ever! Deborah’s place was perfect for us - super roomy and super clean. She has thought of every convenience anyone would possibly need and then some! The personal touches were also lovely. Our favorite was the ping pong table!! The location is super and there are even burrowing owls a couple doors down. We loved the back yard with the patio and hammock. She is very communicative and we had a wonderful time…Thanks for everything!!

The bed was SUPER comfortable! (which is VERY impt.) From the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, , bikes you couldn't ask for anything more. The beach wasn't far and all of the information given was spot on. I looked at a lot of AIRBNBs and this one by far reached my greatest expectations! Theres so much to say about this wonderful place. Yana was super nice and accommodating in any questions we had. We will surely go back again! Thank you for a wonderful get away!

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

My friends and I had a fantastic time! The location was excellent for us snowbirds! The place was nicely decorated and peaceful. We were glad to see that the space accommodated my friend’s walker. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our homemade meals. We watched the sunrise from the balcony. The beach was a three-minute walk- perfect for a quiet morning walk and to watch the sunset in the evening. Donna, the host, was responsive to my phone calls whenever I had questions. We created great memories. Thank you.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Our family with small children had a brief but wonderful stay in Treasure Island. The condo was extremely nice and clean, the building felt safe, and the beach was only a very short walk away. We loved being able to see sunsets over the Gulf from the condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Gracielle’s place. It was right next to the beach and parking was easy and nearby. The home was a nice size for our family of four. It had everything we needed. Beds could use some updating as they were super squeaky but somewhat comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll definitely hear if someone is adjusting on the bed nearby. It worked for us, just would prefer a better option if rebooking in the future. The hosts were very responsive and gave suggestions of nearby places to eat/visit. Having beach chairs and small umbrellas accessible was also nice as we flew in and couldn’t bring our own belongings.
