Matthias greeted us as we pulled in. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured, and very clean. The outside sitting area and pool were so quiet and private - made it the perfect spot to unwind after visiting family in St Pete. Is just a short drive to downtown for shopping and eating out, but many great local spots near by also. Will stay again the next time we need a spot in St Pete!

Karina hosted me and my dad when our house flooded. She was very easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We would definitely stay again. Her back yard is lovely! The area is so cute and close to the beach. Thanks Karina!!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown and the beach. It was very private and well appointed. Even had a backyard space. Plenty of towels, coffee and even had some water bottles for us. I would come again and definitely recommend to my friends.

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

This is a very private, spacious room and private bathroom, on a separate wing of the house. It has a separate entrance. The price is very reasonable, and everything about the room is great, except the room is located on the side of the house that is next to a street with frequent traffic noise. Other than that, the host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful to help me retrieve my belonging that I left behind after having checked out.

Location location location! This is your private beach hut on your private beach while only being 200 yards from the most popular restaurants in lovely Gulfport. Since Lisa’s property is separated from town by a small park it is so quiet you would think you were on a private island. Inside the unit you’ll have everything you need for a long stay. Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, dishes, etc.

We had the perfect stay at Soryvette’s place. The location was great for walking to restaurants and also the distance to the Braves spring training stadium. If we go to another Braves spring training game, we would definitely stay there again.

It’s exactly like the pictures. Fence was actually painted white but if anything is prettier. Walking distance to Publix, HomeGoods and many other places. Short driving distance to everything. I annoyed my stay.

Perfect for our needs. Cute little converted garage, beautifully decorated with basics for your stay. Only complaint is that the hot water heater never got the water truly hot - we took lukewarm/cool showers - and no vent fan in the bathroom. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Barbara is a great host! So accommodating, responds promptly to all messages. Her place is PRISTINELY clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with whatever you need. Close to many attractions, restaurants, and beaches. We will be back!!

We had a great stay here with our 1 year old! We were in the area visiting family and this was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our short visit. It was a bit strange to not have any windows in the whole place, but since we didn’t spend much time there during the day it was okay.

Great clean, cheap place to stay for my vacation. Just what I was looking for. A comfy bed, fridge and bathroom as well as a dedicated parking spot.

Lili's place is one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. It is a solo Airbnb and it's 100% perfection. Her place is clean, cozy, and safe. It has been remodeled and has softer colors than the pictures. It is beautiful. The bed is heavenly. The bathroom was fully stocked. There is a kitchenette that is fully stocked as well. There isn't a cooking option, not even a microwave, but that shouldn't stop you from booking. There are several restaurants and cute shops you can walk to in 2-3 minutes. The shopping center with Publix is about a 5 minute walk. The beach is a short 3 mile drive. Lili's place is conveniently located to anything and everything. I loved the area overall because of the multicultural shops and restaurants. Lili is a wonderful. She is proactive to communicate, and does so clearly. She is quick to answer all messages. She is super sweet and checked on me the first day I got in and again on the third day. She is fabulous. If you're traveling solo look no further!

This was a beautiful place today stay, everything was clean, very serene. Check in and checkout process is super simple, I’d definitely stay again!

We just stayed one night - got in late and left early the next day. The unit is attached to the main house, so not SUPER private (could clearly hear people talking in the main house). But that wasn’t a problem for us. It was a pleasant stay and we appreciated that the host kindly offered us a late checkout because we had gotten in late the night before.

10/10. The space was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure and got nice and hot. I loved the towels, very soft and clean! very very nice and a very responsive host. We come to North Port to visit family often and we will definitely stay again!

Overall had a great experience with the property and Kim!! The place was clean and had everything you needed in a great location. Kim was a terrific host, extremely responsive and checked in proactively to make the experience seamless.

Great stay! Needed somewhere to stay for a night before a race in Bradenton, and this was the perfect spot.
