Diane’s place was great! We were in town for the weekend and the place was just like the pictures. It had everything we needed and we loved using the grill! It is walkable to everything and we didn’t use our car once after we got here. The beach is right across the street and a lot of good restaurants and ice cream. Diane was such a great host! She answered all of our questions. We plan to come back soon and rent Diane’s place again in the next couple months! We loved it here!

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

The Cottage was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the sights of the St. Pete/Tampa Bay area. The decor was very welcoming with so many thoughtful touches. I was confused about why there was water in the flower vase at first because I couldn’t wrap my brain around the fact that THEY WERE REAL! It was so nice to have little slippers available and everyday items that make traveling so much simpler (scissors, sewing kit, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, bathroom essentials, etc.). I was also shocked about how spacious both the living room and bedroom were! I could spread out and not worry about tripping on anything. I wish I would have had the chance to poke around the area on foot more because it seemed like everywhere I needed to go was a 4/9/12 minute drive away so I’m pretty sure I could have walked more, but it was a short trip with lots to do. Gwen anticipated all my needs and answered questions before I asked them!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. It was wonderful. Thank you Nick and Jessica for providing a comfortable, clean, convenient, well supplied vacation get away. We were so happy with everything.

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

Jenniffer’s place was exactly as described, easy to find, and we had clear instructions for everything. There were extra amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms that you don’t always find at Airbnbs, which we appreciated. Jenniffer was also friendly and quick to respond to messages. Overall great stay!

This place was beautiful. Everything was clean. Better than we expected.

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was clean, with a great, well outfitted kitchen and comfortable and roomy living room. The bedrooms are small but functional. The pool and lanai were lovely. The pool isn’t heated but we were able to have fun swimming in February. Our kids had so much fun fishing off the dock into the canal. We loved going to the beaches at Manasota Key, Gasparilla Island, Nokomis and Siesta Key! It’s a great little house if you just want to relax around the pool or if you’re looking to explore the local beaches. We found lots of beautiful options within an hour drive.

My husband and I have the same birthday and this year we decided to rent a place locally and have a (stay-cation?). Mrs Yainley let me know that it was available for an early check-in and I happened to be right around the corner when I received the message, so i decided to go check it out. I showed up and Mrs Yainley was in the house preparing a birthday surprise for us ! She felt bad that she was in the house when I got there and I felt bad that I popped in and caught her setting it up the birthday surprises!! In any case, she was so sweet to do that and it just added another special part to our birthday trip. We were very happy with the home, it was well kept, the showers are awesome, I loved the feel of the master bedroom! There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and an espresso maker which was great. The pool table kept everyone busy and having fun and it was large enough for both our families to come by on our birthday for cake and ice cream. Expectations exceeded! Thanks again!

Jane was an amazing host and gave plenty of helpful directions with the house. The house itself is great and the reviews about the beds were not wrong! It is very clean and easy to find all while being in a great area. Would book again if given the chance!

The home is in a peaceful and friendly area with beautiful surroundings. It's super clean, decorated so nicely and lots of extras are included. The layout is great, lots of room. Relaxing vibe all around, loved the Florida room and backyard for the tranquility. Very convenient location. Ann is an amazing host, really went above and beyond and was so accommodating. We really appreciate her hospitality and kindness. Highly recommend staying here!

Eric’s place was super cute and exactly as described. Beach access right across the street. Clean. I go to Treasure Island three times a year (from Tampa Bay, go to visit friends and family) and will definitely be booking his place again.

My husband and I loved staying right on the beach! The place had everything we needed and more. We loved that we had access to beach chairs and that we were able to see the sunset almost every night! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Kelley!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach getaway! The location is great - right across the street from the beach (with public access), walking distance to John's Pass (restaurants and shopping), near fun little beach bars/cantinas, and just a short ride to plenty more beaches with additional restaurants and fun. We loved Sweet Sage, Salt Rock Grill, and Crabby Bill's up the road to the north. We also spent a lovely morning at Pass-A-Grille beach to the south. Pro tip - you can park the car and take the trolley all the way to Clearwater. We also appreciated the beach equipment provided. Already making plans for the next trip!

Had a wonderful time celebrating a old college roommate's birthday. Lovely breezes through the floor to ceiling windows, beautifully furnished. We'll be back!

words can't describe the place, totally a beach vacation, the water was so close! The whole place was just as the listing describe. The bed was the the most comfortable bed I have ever slept, the first night we slept for 12 hours and still didn't want to get out of it!! definitely worth the price of the place, would recommend the stay to anyone!!
