We had an amazing stay! Mardi was great to work with. Highly recommend. Great for fishing with our boys. This was our second year going back and we look forward to continuing this stay as an annual family trip.

Clean and unclutter! Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Catherine was quick to respond to questions and left a book of helpful hints. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was amazing, just like the photos! Had plenty of room for the two of us along with our Daughter and our two Grandchildren. The girls enjoyed the hot tub, and swimming in the lake! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to rent for their vacation! My only wish was it was on the water! I love looking out the window to see the water!

Barbara’s peaceful cabin was absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful scenery and right next to the lake. The cabin is also only a short distance from the Lapland skiing center and therefore an ideal location for all cross country skiing fans. Barbara was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We are hoping to come back in the summer

There’s not much that can leave me speechless, but this home has managed to do just that. While the photos on the listing were quite detailed and accurate, it did not prepare me for the tranquility I was set to experience during my stay. The host included extremely detailed instructions, as well as several fantastic recommendations for things to do if I felt like leaving the home for additional entertainment. The only issue I encountered was wishing it wasn’t time to leave when my reservation ended. Fantastic home, book it.

My family and I had a terrific stay at this beautiful home. Olga was fantastic, always responsive if we reached out and very helpful. The home was even more beautiful and breathtaking when we first walked into the house than we could have imagined! The home was spacious and cozy, and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed waking up early to work for a few hours overlooking the lake and the beautiful view of the sunrise, enjoying a nice cup of coffee while everyone else was still sound asleep in the comfortable accommodation. The sunset was even more stunning. We will definitely return if we get the chance.

Michele was a very gracious host. She was very communicative and very considerate. Her home was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. She also had everything we needed and everything was labeled in her kitchen which I thought was so cute. Her drawers and cabinets were much more organized than mine. :) She also left some goodies for us to take home and for our little cockapoo to enjoy while at the house. Theo loved his little blanket and toy. Thank you. The view of the river was beautiful and the location of the home was close to Saratoga Spring and Lake Placid which we visited. We are definitely interested in coming back in the summer. I would highly recommend Michele's home. Thank you again!

Beautiful location and house amenities were exceptional. Host even had a welcome basket of goodies sitting out for our arrival. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms well appointed and the views spectacular. Close to lots of activities and restaurants Would definitely stay again

The home is beautiful inside and out. The views of the lake were incredible! Kristine and David were great hosts! They had a bottle of wine and the ingredients for s’mores waiting for us upon arrival! It snowed our first night there (which made for gorgeous scenery), but that didn’t stop us from microwaving the marshmallows and enjoying the s’mores 😉. Snowfall, beautiful gas fireplace going, cup of cocoa and s’mores. Doesn’t get better than that on a Thanksgiving weekend trip. Also, I’m an early riser and the driveway was already plowed by the time I woke up. We are already looking forward to staying there during the summer!!! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

My girlfriends and I chose to come up for a girls weekend. This place was so peaceful and relaxing. There was nothing better than starting our morning on the deck with a coffee and good book. We fortunately had the best weather and spent most of our time on the lake with the provided paddle boards and kayaks. When we came back to the cabin it was so well stocked it was easy to prepare food, and the host was so proactive we knew where to find everything. We had the most beautiful weekend!

Had a great stay at this cottage hosted by Jacob. It was exactly as advertised and in the most peaceful of settings. The cottage had everything you could possibly need and the main bedroom was lovely and cozy. The views from this cottage are amazing and overlook the lake. It is the very last cottage down a private dirt track road and there is plenty of parking. There is a lovely fire pit area adjacent to the dock and lake area and you really could not ask for more. The outside could do with a spruce up but I think the time of year and not yet the weather for a spring clean up. You will definitely need a car for the area and there is not a lot within walking distance. The dirt track is quite bumpy so I would say a 4wd is a must! Jacob was a great host and couldn’t have been more accommodating. If you are looking for a peaceful break with great views that is rustic with nature, then this is definitely the place for you.

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfect for my family!! Waking up and having coffee looking out over the lake was wonderful. We cannot wait to come back in the summer time to enjoy kayaking and the outdoor amenities. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and honestly felt like home. Thank you!!!

We had a great time! Jonathan was very responsive and answered every questions. Jonathan knew we were coming for fishing and since the weather was not cooperating he allowed us to check in earlier. His flexibility was appreciated by my husband who caught 3 huge bass the first day! The place is exactly how it is described. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. We enjoyed the scenery and felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Home is well stocked and clean. Great board game collection for fun evenings. Saratoga Springs is 35 minutes away for great restaurants and night life but plenty of local restaurant and pizzerias 10 to 15 minutes away. Overall great place with great host! We will definitely be back! Thank you again Jonathan for everything!

A wonderful place—a spacious, comfortable home with everything you could need for any length of stay, and an absolutely beautiful, peaceful location. Spent a week working, walking the grounds, and sitting in front of the fire—an absolute delight. Beds very comfortable, wifi perfect (if you're working remotely, this is ideal), kitchen completely equipped with anything and everything. Gorgeous in fall.

We had a perfect week on the lake at Morgan’s house. It was a great setup for 2 families and the layout was even better than the listing suggested. We loved the bug yard and the kids could jump in the lake whenever they wanted. Morgan was a great host.

This was our second time staying at Ania and Stan’s beautiful cabin and just as we anticipated, it did not disappoint! If you are looking for a getaway that feels as cozy as bringing your home to stunning Lake George, this is the place for you! Ania has truly thought of everything! The location really can’t be beat! You have a stunning view of Lake George mixed with the peaceful quiet of the woods surrounding you. If you’re a fan of the night sky, bring your camera because its absolutely breathtaking being able to see so many stars shining right above you. The cabin is so close to town which makes it so easy to get out and really enjoy all that Lake George has to offer. The beds, sofas and linens are all so comfy and cozy. Ania even gave us the heads up that the weather was going to drop quite a bit during our stay and had space heaters already set up to get the cabin nice and comfy for us upon arrival. I cant express enough how much we enjoyed our stay, we cannot wait to get back! 🤍

Gorgeous, quaint, rustic Adirondack cabin like something you see in the magazines. Literally ON the water. The Hide-A-Way cottage property has tons of things to do! Great for a family trip. Location is on a serene, quiet lake but close to Lake George village if you want more activity. Host was excellent and very informative.

Great space. Great view of the lake. We stayed on a rainy April weekend so we didn’t get a full feel of the area, but the boathouse was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed our time. Got to hear a loon on Saturday morning - a rare treat for us. Christine was a great host. All instructions were clear and communicated in a timely manner. We didn’t need much while we were there, but she got back to us quickly when we did. One thing to note is the tap water (presumably well?) has a taste to it we didn’t like, but Christine left some bottled water in the fridge to get us started (and some muffins 🥰 - thank you!) and we picked up some more to keep us going. Not really a problem, but just a heads up for future guests.

Our family had a really nice stay at Cramers point . Having access to waterfront was great also . We would definitely return again .

This place was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. On the chilly fall weekend the wood stove and sauna were much enjoyed. We hope to return!
