We had an absolutely fantastic time. The hosts were very welcoming and accomodative. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from nearby attractions. Thank you for the great experience!

The "Nest" was a great home base for some outdoor exploring. The space is large and has everything you need for a long weekend or longer. The property is pretty (wish I had more time to explore it). The pooch felt right at home.

Charming aptly describes Leslie and Michael's guest house. It is lovely, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and Leslie's artwork throughout the house makes it special. It is equipped with everything you need and the location is excellent - a couple blocks from downtown and walking distance to the race track. Leslie and Michael were warm and receptive hosts, making us feel welcome. Without a doubt, we would definitely stay there again.

I sold my house and plans fell through on the other side. I'm avoiding committing to an apartment lease and don't want to crash on friend's and families couches , so I've been enjoying AirBnbing it for a little while until I find something or accept my fate with an apartment. I was in Allison's guest house for 2 nights before I reached out and asked if I could stay longer. It really is as peaceful as many reviewers say. Everything works in this charming little house and attention was obviously put into it's design. It's rural, but you're 10 minutes away from I-87, Saratoga, major retailers. Great stay.

This is a great place to relax and disconnect. I purposely left my phone upstairs and came down and focused on writing with no distractions. The dining room window overlooks the waterfall and the living room window has a lovely view of the rest of the creek so it was peaceful no matter where I sat. The kitchen was well stocked and organized.

The location is perfect for strolling about historic Albany. The space was very comfortable for 6 adults. We understood that we were staying in the carriage house outside the hotel but we were unable to use the beautiful hotel lounge and bar area shown in the photos as there was never a bartender and we couldn't bring our own beverages or snacks of course. The listing shows only the dining room table of the carriage house and no other interior living spaces. The hotel staff allowed us to borrow items to outfit our kitchen as needed which we appreciated. The listing states 'stove', it's a two burner cooktop and 'oven', it's a combination convection oven/microwave so plan your meals accordingly. We were able to throw a festive dinner but it took some jockeying for position and timing. We had to ask the hotel about the oven since it wasn't mentioned in the listing the microwave does both. There is only keurig coffee maker. There's a teapot but no electric kettle as listed. StilFun!

This was a perfect house for our group of 4. Everyone had their own private space and 2 full bath was also great. Newly renovated inside but still included some of that older Saratoga charm. Very walkable to all of our favorite downtown spots. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you.

If you are looking for a PRIVATE & QUIET stay then look no further. The charm here is the hosts response time,unit cleanliness & location. My stay was 15 nights & I was able to go for a run everyday in the lovely kid friendly neighborhood. There is a nearby laundromat& you can enjoy the cafe/bakery next door as you wait. I spent a lot of time in the unit to study & quiet is an understatement. You would occasionally hear the rumble of a car down the street at night but that’s it. The unit is just as photographed &they have equipped it with thoughtful amenities & a fully stocked kitchen even down to a rice cooker. Only kitchen downside was the lack of a traditional stove/oven but everything is as advertised and works. There is private parking and a private seating area outside the unit and gives you an outdoor space on sunny days . Sleep is cozy would just recc black out curtains. The Hosts were the real stars as they were just the nicest people and very responsive. 5 stars all round!

Kristen is an outstanding host. We arrived after midnight following a concert, and she had stayed up to greet us upon arrival and give us a quick tour of our lodging area. Her guest apartment was perfect for our short stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was an amazing stay! The view from the deck is so peaceful and there was an abundance of wildlife to watch. The host was very responsive and really saved me from another unfortunate housing incident. I didn't make use of it, but they had a whole binder of things to do and places to see. They also had a very thoughtful welcome basket.

Truly a peaceful escape from everything going on in life. Her cabin tucks you away and has everything you truly need have a great time. The firepit was so cozy at night. The sauna was relaxing. The sounds of nature and the stream was bliss. I truly recommend staying here when the weather is right. Sheridan was also so communicative and kind. My dog also loved it there.

Beautiful location and cute house. Lydia was a great host and proactive as it was very cold this week and she had put space heaters in the house before we arrived to help with the heat. Nicely furnished and she was always available if we needed anything.

We had a wonderful time at The Nest! It was clean and cozy, with a delightful amount of privacy. The hosts were lovely! Would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The house is perfect for two people. It is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Most importantly, the location is excellent. We were able to walk to everything including the race track. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

Pauls house is a wonderful find. The location is close to everything. The lake is a very short walk from the house. We particularly enjoyed using the kayaks and paddleboard. Pauls place is perfect for families and I highly recommend it

A very well appointed apartment over a barn. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating host. Picturesque area on the southern edge of the Adirondacks with great hiking nearby. Lake access is shared with owner and directly below their house. A bit on the high priced side given that lake access is shared with the owners who are directly on sight.

Sarah was not only a stupendous host, knowing what we needed before we asked but kind and communicative too! The space was perfect, and suited all of our needs! I cannot say enough about what a wonderful stay we had!
