What a beautiful unit, matched the pictures shown in the listing. It’s very clean, has great amenities and so comfy!Thank you very much to the excellent host for being friendly, responsive and easy to communicate. The scenery from the balcony blew our minds away..exactly what we needed and looked for in our vacation…peace and serenity. The location is great and not far from major shopping centre. As we had rented a vehicle, it was easy to get around and mostly within 15-30 mins distance depending on traffic. I would recommend this unit to friends and families without any hesitation.

Julie was a great host, and was very responsive. This area is a new development and there was some renovation noise for adjacent units but it didn’t affect us as we were outside during be day. It could be an issue until this work is competed for anyone wanting to spend time at the unit during the day.

Booked it for my mother & brother to stay here while taking care of my father at the hospital. very convenient & location near to HUS. recommended. owner fast response and easy to communicate.

Thank very much Lulu for allowing us to stay over at your place. Communication was easy and quick, getting in was very easy with the pass code that was given. The room was clean, comfortable and well kept. Everything was functioning well. The sofa bed was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Had a good night sleep. Well worth the trip. Point to note, better bring some food to cook, because the restaurant downstairs ran out of food. Luckily there was a small mart below where we could get some raw food and cook it in the apartment. If not we would have to drive out for meals. You can wash your cloths there, there is a washing machine and a water filter for drinking water. Overall, 5 stars, room was just like in the picture, Lulu was very attentive and supportive. Perfect.. Thanks Lulu..

except for the floor that feels a bit dusty, everythings okayyy. owners okay, place is okay, price is okay andd views just nice ✨

Good and responsive. this is very important. First day was bored cos the tv box was not working but subsequently responsive host changed it. Bathroom heater seemed to be not very hot. try not to bath too late. other than that it's fine. Iron board can be changed. but if you don't use it's good also. kitchen is clean, that's the most important to us.

I'm glad I chose Elinor place for family stay. The apartment size is huge and can fit perfectly up to 5 people. The amenities are also complete and Elinor herself has been very sweet and helpful during our stays. My parents can't stop complimenting about this place. They've stayed in different accoms in Kuching and this place is the best + value for money so far.

The location is truly exceptional. We could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. The riverwalk went right by the condo. On New Year’s Eve we had a great view of the fireworks from the balcony. It was a great place to enjoy two weeks in Kuching. I highly recommend it!

Overall great place. I’d stay here again. Check in, parking, and logistics is a bit rough, but I guess that’s par for the course at these types of places. But once inside, great corner unit with views! Loved it. TV worked great, spacious enough to spread out. Air con was ice cold. Very comfortable. Thanks for having us.

Situated in strategic location, clean unit with complete amenities & facilities such as free access to swim pool, play room & gym. Excellent for those who bring kids. Fast response host & very friendly. Two thumbs up! Would be my first choice for sure to stay when visit Kuching again. Thanks Moses!

If you're coming to Kuching to enjoy the old city, the river, the restaurants, museums and cultural events, there is no better place. Justin's apartment is huge, with two bathrooms and two big bedrooms, a spacious open plan living room/kitchen, and a magnificent balcony right over the river. If you look at the map you'll see there is no better location. And Justin is a fine host, very patient and available by phone. We had some snags getting used to the controls and WiFi, but once we were set, everything was smooth. This building is old, perhaps the first big riverside building constructed in Kuching, and being old cuts both ways. Everything is big and spacious in that old style, but being old also means the appliances are also old and worn. Justin equips the apartment with the minimum required. We found just two water glasses and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, but there you are. Just be prepared to get your own supplies. Plenty of stores are close by. You're going to love this place.
