Clean and convenient place to stay at. Just that the wifi connection is not too stable at night sometimes, others is all fine.

I picked this location because it's literally connected to Top Spot, the greatest dining in town. It's also close to a number of very good restaurants. The apartment was clean (we had an infant crawling on the floor) and beautifully arranged. We were pleased with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Mr. Ian’s homestay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Mr. Ian’s hospitality made me feel right at home. He is not only a great host but also a genuinely kind and friendly person who goes the extra mile to ensure his guests have a pleasant experience.

We stayed in this apartment for 1 month whilst studying in Kuching from the UK. The pictures do not do it justice, especially the master bathroom. The view from the bath is incredible. Very comfy, useful amenities in the kitchen, TV with netflix. Location is excellent with Top spot a 5 minute walk away and the waterfront is so close by. The rooftop pool was a lovely place to relax in the sun although there isn't anywhere comfy to sit. Bedrooms were big and comfy with good aircon and big windows to look at the view. Overall an excellent stay!

Clean and spacious, suitable for family trip. Strategic location. Jimmy is very nice, he informed us in advance that there was a construction on-going next to the building, it may cause noise and inconvenience on using swimming pool. He asked us to reconsider whether we need to change to other place , but eventually we still decided to stay here due to the convenience of the location. We actually found the noise from construction works was still bearable, not really impact much during our 3 days stay. Will consider to come back if we are visiting Kuching again!

Cyril's place is amazing. We stayed for several days in July. Cyril is very helpful with local hints and advice. He goes above and beyond the role of host we went for dinner to a local smokehouse one evening so that I could try lots of local food. The location is a bit out of town but that's really not a problem it's 11-12RM in a grab to the centre and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a car. The pool is great to come back to on a hot afternoon and the shower was great. It is an unusual place, if you have an open heart and want to engage beyond a bland hotel room in a faceless block then Cyril's place is a gem.

The accommodation is unbelievable clean and you don’t find dust under the bed. Ting is very kind in preparing the stay with aircond on prior to our arrival with complimentary packed drinks in fridge. During the stay, Ting also shared on recommended dining location in Sibu. A very considerate host and definitely will book my stay here next time

Ms Tan was very communicative throughout our stay. I am a Miri resident, but relocated to Singapore for work purpose. As it was my wedding, I had to look for an affordable accommodation for my relatives from overseas. The stay was very comfortable and Ms Tan was very helpful whenever things are not in perfect shape. She personally came over to fix the water heater problem and also replaced the kettle as the handle was broken. The door knob to one of the bedrooms was also fixed promptly. Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Great location, with two malls nearby. The home itself appears as how Henry tells it. It was a comfortable and easy experience.

The host is so nice and reachable, House is comfortable for 15 people and more. Parking space fit 3 family cars. 5/5 stars!

Visiting Southern Comfort has been a blessing to have met new friends..John&Lincoln..our stay felt like just visiting friends. Felt like we have known them for so long.The place felt like its our own home. was amazing Having breakfast facing the river with morning sunshine. The river & the falls were the highlights. Having bbq with friends facing river was so fun. kids loved playing by the river and falls.The house is equipped with almost everything you need. Thank u John & Lincoln for an experience worth remembering. We will surely visit u again. My son even cried when we got home saying he misses the place.

We traveled with friends, and the six of us (four adults and two kids) stayed at Welyne and Gilles' home during our visit to Sarawak. We all had a wonderful time. The house is situated in a peaceful and scenic location, perfect for relaxing and recharging. It’s also conveniently close to the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, about a 30-minute drive from downtown. The house itself is well-maintained, comfortable with pool, and very well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Welyne and Gilles were excellent hosts—very friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the local culture, enjoy delicious meals, and take part in a durian tasting that Welyne kindly arranged. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to visit again in the future!

Very comfortable stay - a full kitchen with pots, tools, and cooking sauces so we didn't have to eat out all the time; plushy sofas, and large table to work and eat. 2 plazas nearby to eat but a little tricky to walk there. Easy to get a Grab. Bedrooms face parking lot so can be a little noisy. Lily was always responsive and helpful! Appreciate the flexibility with check in time.

We continued staying here after the 2nd week. Extended our staff's stay to 3rd & 4th week at this apartment. We loved that it was very close to our office at SEDC. Great food all around. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place to those who does not want to stay too far from the middle of Kuching.

Mei Mei is a great communicator. She brought me a new induction pan and a few extra supplies midway through my stay. The payment was pristine and the Imperial facilities were great. The market and restaurants across the highway were great, but watch your step crossing!

A very good unit with the best view from the balcony, exceptionally clean bathroom, and a strong and functional shower for both hot and cold showers. However, it is recommended to replace the living room air conditioner with a newer system as it is noisy and outdated. The air conditioner in the second bedroom leaks when used at low temperatures, so it’s advisable to replace it as well. Additionally, upgrading the television to a new Android Smart TV model is suggested, as the current system is quite old and makes accessing Netflix less seamless, despite the excellent and fast WiFi speed. Using an old Android TV model with an unsupported TV box is a waste. I had to stream Netflix by connecting my laptop to your TV via HDMI cable to ensure the quality of visuals, sound, and support for Netflix authenticity. It would also be great to provide a sturdy clothes drying rack, as the current one is not stable or functional. Overall, this is an excellent unit!

Apart from no free wifi provided, everything else are great

Everything is well prepared. Fully furnished and clean. Host is friendly and helpful.

Joanne was very accommodating to our request and her place is so homey and comfortable. Not to forget the view from the windows. We came with the whole family and we enjoyed the place so much.
