Sardaigne : locations de vacances avec lit PMR

I highly recommend Salvatore’s place to anyone who is keen to enjoy time by the beach - the nearest beach is just a minute walk away and it is a scenic one with plenty of sand but also surrounded by rocks and hills. We loved watching different kinds of fish a short distance from the shore, as well as renting boats and pedaling around with the kids. La Marinedda ( the other local beach) is 15 minutes walk or 3 min by car and Aqua Fantasy park is also close. We stayed for 10 days in July, and even though it was pretty hot outside, the air conditioning coped very well and we always felt comfortable. The terrace is splendid if you like to eat out or just read on a chaise longue , and you don’t need to bring sand into the house because there are showers on the terrace. Musical / dance performances and a carnival kept us entertained after dark. Best of all, Salvatore was a reliable, kind and generous host, always responsive and sweet.

Je recommande vivement ce logement. Nous y avons passés une semaine afin de visiter le nord de la Sardaigne. La résidence est calme et agréable, le logement est conforme à la description et très propre.

Great flat that represents the descriptions perfectly. The sleeping rooms have been quite cold and calm which was helpful in summer. We loved that you can reach beaches and Palau downtown/harbor by foot easily. Lara was very communicative and friendly before as well as during the stay and replied quickly to every question. She helped very kindly with suggestions for our stay and also the transportation back to the airport - we could rely on her. We had such a great time at Michele's place. The location is good - up in the mountains, peaceful and beautiful, but not far from Olbia and so many beautiful beaches. The space was a home away from home for the week, with everything and more that we needed. It was great to relax on either of the two patios, and have bbq's for dinner when we didn't feel like going out. Our toddler loved walking around the little paths in the village, looking for cat's and smelling the flowers. We had a very relaxing holiday, and hope to be back again soon!

"Unser zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt auf Sardinien war fantastisch! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten empfangen – Bier, Wein, Joghurt, Brot, Kaffee, Milch, Marmelade, Honig und eine große Schale mit frischen Früchten standen für uns bereit. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber, gemütlich, und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Claudia war eine großartige Gastgeberin: Sie brachte uns während unseres Aufenthalts sogar neue Liegestühle und Gebäck vorbei. Die Terrasse war perfekt, um die Abende zu genießen. Am Abreisetag durften wir dank Claudias Großzügigkeit bis 14:00 Uhr bleiben, was uns ermöglichte, den letzten Tag entspannt zu genießen und danach gemütlich zum Hafen zu fahren. Dank der tollen Lage konnten wir Strände und charmante Orte einfach erkunden und geniessn. Claudias Tipps waren sehr hilfreich. Appartamento pulito e accogliente, parcheggio comodo e facilmente accessibile. Ottima comunicazione con Cristina,a quale ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso per ciò che riguarda l'appartamento.

Das Ferienhaus von Paolo und Francesca ist liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Francesca hat uns empfangen und alles genau erklärt. Das Ferienhaus umfasst die Wohung im Erdgeschoß, eine überdachte Aussenterrasse, eine schönen Garten, zwei Außenduschen und einen Grill. Innen gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Gasherd und Mikrowelle, drei Schlafzimmern und ein schön gestaltes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und Bidet. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Wäscheständer und einen sehr guten Schirm für den Strand. Francesca hatte erste Lebensmittel für uns eingekauft und eine Flasche guten Wein geschenkt. Danke! Das Geschirr besteht aus schönen Tellern und Tassen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und zum Hauptstrand sind es nur 150m. Andere Strände und die großen Supermärkte in Bosa erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder, grazie mille Francesca!

Ottimo soggiorno. La carta in più del piccolo residence è proprio la gestione di tipo familiare. Tutti i componenti sono disponibili e "friendly". C'è l'occasione di approfondire la conoscenza grazie anche alla possibilità di venire invitati a pranzo con la famiglia. Forse gli sarò stato simpatico io, ma ho visto una grande umanità e socievolezza. Franca, la padrona di casa, mi ha fatto anche assaggiare il suo miele e le conserve. Mi dicono che in estate organizzano grandi grigliate all'aperto. Semplicemente meraviglioso!!!! Da leccarsi i baffi.

Io e i miei amici ( 2 famiglie per un totale di 8 persone) siamo stati per 15 giorni in questa villa e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La signora Lucetta ci ha assistito dal primo giorno con consigli e soluzioni ed era sempre disponibile .La casa è molto spaziosa, e soprattutto in cucina non mancava nulla. zone splendide, abbiamo visto le spiagge più belle. Questa esperienza è stata davvero positiva.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Meerblick war wunderschön und man hat die ganze Costa Rei zu Verfügung um die Tage an verschiedenen Stränden zu verbringen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und war hübsch dekoriert! . In der Küche war alles vorhanden, wobei eine neue Pfanne mal gut wäre. Betten waren bequem. Die warme Außendusche war auch Klasse. Unschlagbar auch der Parkplatz für das Auto direkt an der Terrasse, das spart einem ein anstrengendes Ausladen und Einladen bei Ankunft/Abreise oder nach dem Einkauf. Eine Sache, die gut wäre, wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. So könnte man die Fenster nachts offen lassen (es geht immer etwas Wind, da die Wohnung oben am Berg ist), ohne von Stechmücken zurstochen zu werden. Wohnung von Sara ist eine absolute Empfehlung, gerne bald wieder.

La proprietaria (Aldina) è una persona fantastica; dall'arrivo al check-out si è dimostrata sempre disponibile, sorridente e gentile; ci ha anche consigliato un itinerario con spiagge, ristoranti, attività e locali da visitare. La casa è molto confortevole (le camere sono fresche e i bagni sono stati appena ristrutturati) ed ha una bellissima vista sul golfo, inoltre, è a soli 5' dal centro di Porto Rotondo e a pochi km dai migliori siti turistici della Costa Smeralda.

A great place, with a lovely view. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, 10 mins walk from town/beach. Our only issue was physically finding it when we arrived, because the street is on what looks to be be former farmland and the address doesn't quite work on the sat nav as I don't think the location is registered. However, Olga and Salvatore were really responsive and helpful. I would strongly recommend using What3Words to Olga and Salvatore to get around any of these issues. We chose this place because it specifically said it had air con in each room, and it did. It all worked brilliantly. Parking was also really easy and clearly marked. Recommended

We had a wonderful time at Andrea's place. Andrea made us feel welcome and gave us some great recommendations. The house is spacious and fully equipped - we felt like we were home in Sardinia. Thank you Andrea!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Maria Assunta. Elle correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Mention spéciale pour la propriétaire qui a été très accueillante et nous a donné de bons conseils.

Had a great stay with my family on our Summer holiday. The location is perfect as it was only a few minutes drive to the beaches and walking distance to the center. The apartment is clean, with air condition, full kitchen. There’s a supermarket just round the corner which I found very helpful. There’s daily waste collection, each day is different. Waste needed to be separate which took us some time to get used to.

Ezio’ s place in Bosa was in an ideal location, and the studio space was very clean with a thorough and recent renovation. There are four apartments in Ezio’s Il Borgo suite of accommodation, each with a theme of Sun, Sand, Sea or Wind. This is important when trying to understand how to enter the building and which apartment to open. Ezio was extremely responsive with a plethora of instructions on how to enter, and restaurant recommendations, etc. Definitely do the hike up to the Castle, and wander the small streets that wind down to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Robertos Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist klein und fein und hatte alles, was in der Beschreibung stand. In der Küche waren sehr viele Dinge vorhanden, die man im Laufe des Urlaubs benötigt. Die Kommunikation zu Roberto (bzw. zu seiner Verwalterin Teresa) war perfekt. Wir hatten z.B. Teresa am Sonntag geschrieben, dass die Waschmaschine defekt war und am Montag Abend stand eine neue Waschmaschine bereit. Die Unterkunft ist auch wegen der strategisch tollen Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avions déjà séjourné il y a quelques années dans cette résidence, l’environnement est toujours aussi merveilleux ! La piscine est très agréable et la vue est juste incroyable. Ruggero nous a souvent demandé si ça allait, n’hésitez pas à lui dire quand quelque chose ne va pas, il est très réactif et fait de son mieux pour que vous soyez bien. Nous avions un problème de débit d’eau dans la douche, réparé le jour même ! J’avais très mal au dos à cause du matelas, le lendemain nous avions un nouveau matelas. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille.

Ringrazio il Sig. Franco per l'estrema gentilezza. Siamo stati ospiti della sua struttura in occasione di una vacanza in famiglia e tutto è stato perfetto. Il Sig. Franco è stato molto attento ed ospitale. La casa è delizione, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è centralissima. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questa deliziosa abitazione !

Le logement était parfait et Ezio a été très accommodant et réactif aux messages. L’emplacement du Airbnb était génial, mais c’est juste qu’il y a un café/restaurant en dessous qui joue de la musique forte pendant la nuit. À part ça, c’était très bien. Je reviendrai volontiers.

L’appartement est bien agencé très agréable et bien équipé. Bien situé à deux pas de la mer et du centre-ville . Il y a une grande terrasse bien équipée aussi avec une vue sur la mer, très sympa pour prendre l’apéro ou manger. Daniela nous a donné beaucoup de conseils concernant les restaurants, les plages et les boutiques. Super!

Terrific location in beautiful Bosa. Ezio was extremely communicative and his place was a great home base! Take the drive to Alghero and hike down to beaches along the way; incredible. We will be back.
