This home was in a suburban community with private entrance and yard. It is a short driving distance to the square and all things Ole Miss. Host is very kind and responsive. Home was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Great place in Oxford! We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for family to stay. Lots of oriole were staying downtown (event location) but we choose to stay a bit out of the town center. We were glad we did. The town center has lots of things to do and lots of people seeing them - and no where to park, etc. This home had a garage large enough for my Full size Ford F250. Safe. Secure. And a $6 uber downtown. No parking to worry about etc. amenities were great. High end alliances. Clean. Simple. Wonderful. Loved it so much we extended our stay. Thank you!!!!

Staying at Cassandra place was amazing this weekend! We celebrated my daughter sweet 16 with a few friends and it was amazing! The home was clean and very relaxing, the area was very private and peaceful! We had everything we needed at the home, we didn’t need to bring anything but ourselves! The house was beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay here! I will be booking again!

The pool house was nice and spacious. It was clean and quiet. Would definetly go back if available when we are down again.

We enjoyed our stay at Barry's house. The house was beautiful and peaceful. Far enough from Oxford to get out of the hustle of town but close enough to feel like you could enjoy all that Oxford offers. We also loved the pool table upstairs and had many nights playing to wind down after a busy day. We would definitely stay at Barry's home again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly host. House was amazing. We are from South Carolina n i co run a boxing promotion called true fight series, so i travel down here alot.... like more then i should prob. But this waa by far the best place ive ever stayed going out of town anywhere.. i highly recommend.. i brought 2 fighters n my 2 event staff along with myself n there was plenty of room for everyone.. loved it thank you very much i hope to use this location again in the future..

What a terrific location and awesome property! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will definitely be back in the future. The space is just as described and even more charming in person. The location - above and overlooking the center of town (and a great coffee shop) - makes this property one of a kind. Water Valley is well-suited for no-stress, aimless meanderings through awesome local stores, eateries, and shops. It is also convenient to everything Oxford has to offer. Kagan is on our very short list of top hosts. He is the perfect mix of responsiveness, if needed, and hands-off, relaxed guest service.

Great place to stay in Oxford! Would do it again. 5 minutes from Ole Miss campus and walking distance to restaurants.

The condo was new, clean and nicely decorated. It’s a roommate type of layout so perfect to share with friends or family. Parking and getting around was also super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed on a football weekend. Location is right between downtown and Ole Miss campus, so a lot of traffic and noise until midnight. We were up late, so that didn’t bother us. We walked to both downtown and the Ole Miss campus. You are paying for the location on this condo. However, it was clean, and nicely decorated. Also had a nice goody bag upon arrival. It worked perfect for our party of 5.

Amanda's place was clean, updated, and in a great location. Check in was a breeze, and Amanda was timely and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook her place again in the future when I visit my kids at Ole Miss!

This was a great place to stay for our family making for a memorable Ole Miss vs Georgia win! This apartment has a great trail behind the complex good for walking your pups! We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very cute and clean. Prefect for my weekend stay. Burton was an amazing, So friendly. responsive and informative and put me at ease to travel 12 hours from home! WIll book again if my daughter ends up attending Ole Miss!!!!

Nikki’s place was perfect for what we need and price reasonably the only thing you need to know is if you order Uber be more specific and take a picture of the door in the carport so they don’t take it to someone else
