Exactly the comfy surfside getaway that I needed - comfy bed, clean kitchen, and bathroom. It was easy to check-in and check-out. I'll be back for sure!

Jack’s place worked out perfectly for our family of 4 including 2 young boys! Check in was easy and Jack was quick to respond and super helpful every step of the way. The house was very clean and the beds and furniture were quite comfortable. TV’s in every room were handy to entertain the kids when the parents needed a breather! No issues whatsoever with water like you read at other places as Jack’s place is purified. Location was quiet and convenient, throw in the golf cart and beach gear and you’ve got a place that’d be hard to beat! Hope to visit again soon, thanks Jack!

Very cute place and had everything we needed during our visit. We were in the area for a couple days for a local run event and wish we could have stayed longer. Tiffany and Ryan were great with staying in touch and with recommendations.

It was truly one of the best places we’ve stayed. The only issue was that the dock lights didn’t work on the first night, which was a bit inconvenient since the kids were eager to start fishing right away. However, the host was very proactive and worked hard to resolve the problem. By the second day, an electrician had fixed the lights, and the host even provided lanterns just in case. My family had a wonderful time at this house, and we would definitely love to come back!

Incredible water views! Primary bedroom and bunk room opens up to an amazing balcony that gives you the feeling that you are right over the ocean. We visited on a cool, breezy night and enjoyed the bedrooms water views and the access to the huge balcony. The kitchen and living room level also has an oversized covered patio that was great. The hosts were amazing to work with and I woukd highly recommend to anyone looking for a property right on the beach!

We enjoyed the stay. Lot of rooms and space for two families. You can see the beach from the house. It was very clean and neatly organized. Kids really enjoyed the infinity arcade table, bean bag toss. Ping pong table with bat and balls was fun too. We grilled some food. Glad that the grill and gas was provided. Josh was very quick to respond.

Loved our stay at the beach house. It was in a great location and the outside was decorated with several beautiful lights for the holiday season which also made it easy to find when coming in at night. Lots of great amenities on the property: swings, tick tac toe, hammock and bbq pit and more. The wind was pretty cold (expected for this time of year and proximity to the water) but we were still able to bundle up and enjoy time outdoors at the property also.

*The house was super clean. Very responsive even over a holiday. Beds were super comfy and clean! Living room was spacious. It was perfect for a quick get away. Only issue was we couldn’t get the TVs in the rooms to work but it was fine and we didn’t NEED them so we rolled with our lack of knowledge on that. *The RV park you walk through to get to the beach. The owner was very friendly as well. *Getting to the beach was a simple walk across the street. *Dog friendly and our pups had a great time in the gated area. *all and all. It’s a great home away from home. Kitchen has more than normal kitchen supplies too.
