Just returned from our 2-night stay at Casa Bella. My family and I had such a wonderful experience. The home is as described, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We also really enjoyed the club house; beautiful infinity pool, friendly staff and yummy breakfast and drinks. The beach was just ok. 10-15 mins drive to good local food and groceries. Ben’s was the group favorite. The housekeeper and security guards were very helpful and welcoming. Ronald was responsive and flexible. Highly recommend! We would come back here if we find ourselves in San Juan again.

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

My family and I had a great time in this place! The whole area is more aesthetic in person than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking and the rooms are very comfy and spacious. property is decorated to very high standard. the combination of inside and outside space through connection of kitchen to swimming pool area is a real design plus. all of the bedrooms have excellent bed and bathrooms. the property has extra nice touches such as great blue tooth speakers and private games room/ den. the caretakers are available to assist but maintained guest privacy at all times. we had a minor issue with some water heaters not working but the host gave us free steaks (which were amazingly good) to compensate. insummary, a great property which will comfortably steep 10-15 guests in luxury. premium price but worth it.

We had an overall great stay at this resort! The location is peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are cool and comfortable to sleep in. The host was very responsive, and the caretakers were kind and accommodating, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A few things that could be improved: having an in-house store for basic necessities would be convenient. The pool water was a bit too hot for our preference, though we understand it’s sourced from a natural hot spring. Also, the fridge might need an upgrade as it didn’t cool as efficiently as expected. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

This was one of the best stays we had ever had. Since my mom will go back to working overseas we are also celebrating my sibling's birthday. They have decorated the place with some birthday decorations and they even bought a cake for us. This is the only place that exceeded our expectations and will book again very soon. Ms. Ella & Ate Shirley are also responsive in all of our questions a day and before we arrive to the place. Thank you so much.

Rosita's listing is very homey. The living room is airconditioned as well. Street parking is provided. Just a heads-up for people who are not fans of stray dogs (This is not the host's fault.) There are a lot of stray dogs on the streets. If you have a car, park in front of the gate to avoid the stray dogs. Will definitely book again if there's a need to stay in Batangas.

The House at Bluestone will be your dreamhome stay. The place was exactly as shown in the picture. We were waemly welcomed by Ms Hany and Sir Jojo when we arrived. Scott, the host, also replied promptly with my messages prior to our stay. The kitchen was clean and has so many plates, bowls, etc. Very nice place to eat with my loved ones. we didnt cook, though. Cause I was too lazy. My baby was sick and I had to carry him all around, the whole time. The house was toddler friendly, kid friendly, pet friendly. It has a game room with everything Scott mentioned. The pool was warm. Great cause we were able to swim at night with no shivering problem. 😅 I especially love doing karaoke in the living room. The sofa was so comfy-- my husband slept there. lols. The rooms looked like we were in a hotel. The beds were comfy. Aircon was cold. blankets warm and fluffy. This is one of the best airbnbs. the toilets were clean too. Scott is also aa considerate host. Thank you Travis Fam!

Jess’ place is definitely worth the price! 💯 I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for an exclusive place to unwind and enjoy the beach at the same time. Jess is a very responsive host — whenever I had questions, he would respond immediately. The place looks exactly like it does in the photos — beautiful and clean. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The house smells amazing inside! Each room has a freshener installed, and the linens are clean and smell just like the fabcon we used in Japan. Another highlight of our stay was the unlimited use of the jacuzzi — such a great way to relax. They also have a billiard table, free to use until 7 PM. The property is just a 3-minute walk from the clubhouse and the beach — a perfect place to catch the sunrise. The only downside for me would be the tap water, which has an unpleasant smell. However, I think this isn’t something the owner can fix, as the whole subdivision uses the same water supply.

Wonderful remote location at the forest edge (high clearance vehicle advised for last section of road), with great views upwards to Mt Banahaw. Our stay was all too brief as a small birding group, would have loved to have spent much longer here! Ample outdoor spaces to enjoy surroundings. Extremely spacious and very homely interior, with fully equipped kitchen. Large comfortable bedrooms. Everywhere very clean. Fast and helpful communication from host throughout. Highly recommended for lovers of the outdoors, seeking peace, tranquility and immersion into a beautiful natural world

Probably the best bang for the buck you can find for 20 to 30 pax that has a private pool and around a 3 min walk from the beach. Some minor hiccups but you get more than what you pay for - the family clan and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had such a great stay! Ma’am Cristina and the owner were both very nice and accommodating. The owner met us personally upon arrival and guided us to the unit, which we really appreciated. They were friendly and welcoming the whole time. We brought our 12 pets and asked if it was okay. They were kind enough to allow it with no extra charge, as long as there were no damages. The place itself is cozy and perfect for a family getaway. Thank you so much Ma’am Cristina and to the owner and their family for the warm hospitality. We definitely recommend this place!

It’s our 2nd time to stay in The Baysprings Family Rest House and we did enjoy our stay. The place is very homey & relaxing. Ms. Menchu is indeed a great host & Ms. Lizzel is very nice & responsive as well. Really love this place!🥰👍
