Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der kleinen Ferienwohnung in Kadıköy! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Sie liegt perfekt, mitten im lebendigen Kadıköy, aber trotzdem ruhig genug, um gut zu schlafen. Cafés, Restaurants und der Fährhafen sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung mit dem grandiosen Blick auf den Bosporus und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Die Vermieter sind großartig! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch in Istanbul!

я довольна апартаментами и расположением, красивые виды, хорошая окрестность, в десяти минутах ходьбы много вкусных заведедений и хороших ресторанов, никаких проблем и вопросов во время проживания не возникало, всё чисто, есть всё необходимое, легко попасть, мгновенное подтверждение, мне понравилось!

Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick . Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause . Auch Frau Funda war immer hilfsbereit super freundlich und immer schnell aktiv sobald man sie kontaktiert hat. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Touch . Schön hell sehr sauber . Perfekter Ort wenn man in Istanbul verbleiben möchte.

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..

Die Unterkunft und die Aussicht sind ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, war alles da was man braucht und noch mehr und sehr Kinderfreudlich. Zafer war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ereichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr schön hat viel zubieten und man fühlt sich sicher. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Incredible apartment. It was way bigger than pictured and super spacious. The host was very accommodating of all our requests and was king enough to check in to make sure we’re happy. I will definitely stay here again.

Evin konumu güzel. İstiklal Caddesi’ne çok yakın. Yalnız yollar biraz yokuşlu. Ev çok güzel, eski bir bina. Fakat hemen okulun yanında olduğu için sesli oluyor. Sabah uyumayı tercih edenler için iyi olmayabilir. Genel anlamda temizdi, fakat ara sıra odaya yoğun bir sigara kokusu geliyordu. Zevkli döşenmiş, küçük ama kullanışlı bir evdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

I really loved this place. This was the best unit that I had rented in Istanbul, and I have been going annually for a while, so I have experienced various units. Where the other units were also very nice, this location was the best and the view of the Marmara Sea was very nice. Although I was there in January, the weather was nice and one of my last afternoons at the unit, I had ordered lunch for delivery and had it on the balcony with the view of the Marmara Sea. The rooms were very spacious, and the kitchen was large and had everything you could want. The only thing is that since the build is older, there was no elevator, but the unit is only on the third floor, so this wasn't an issue. Rasul's brother-in-law helped me with bringing up my luggage, so after that, it was easy to get out and back. The location is perfect, about an 8-minute walk to the Marmaray Train station which connects you to everywhere you want to go. I actually miss being there, I can't say enough.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Отличное жилье, шикарная локация, теплые полы. Немного шумновато от лёгкого метро, но быстро привыкаешь. Обратите внимание, что двойная кровать по российским меркам больше полуторная.
