2 çocuğumuzla sömestr tatilinde bu villayı tercih ettik.Kızlar bahçede oynarken biz de mangal yaktık. Belgrad ormanı ve Atatürk Arboretumunu gezdik.Arabayla çok yakın konumdaydı. Boğaza inip sahilde gezmek de kolaydı.Ayrıca İstanbul deprem bölgesinde olduğu için müstakil ev tercih ettik ve çok güvenle konakladık. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi ama evde her şey fazlasıyla düşünülmüş aramak durumda hiç kalmadık. Evde 3 yatak odası ve otopark olması da artısıydı.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, enjoying the stunning view and the charm of the house. The accommodations were lovely and well-maintained. The area had many excellent restaurants within easy reach. However, there were a few challenges. The building and street had many stairs, which could be a significant issue, especially for older guests. Finding the location was tricky, although Ali kindly arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport, we still had trouble locating the exact address. Once we arrived, we realized that providing the Zoom Bosphorus (the cafeteria near by) address for Uber would have simplified navigation. Despite these issues, using Uber proved to be the most convenient way to get around. Overall, the property itself was fantastic and definitely worth it!

The apartment is located in a nice building with an amazing city view. It was clean and exactly like the photos. I would definitely come back if I go to Istanbul again.

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

Perfect Stay in Maslak – Spacious, Comfortable, and Convenient! I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom, 1-living room apartment in Maslak, Istanbul, and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Maslak was ideal – close to business districts, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a big plus. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips that made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Beautiful seaside spot, very walkable with great restaurants and access to public transportation. We felt very much at home. Very responsive and helpful host as well. We would come back and stay again for sure.

For anyone who knows Istanbul, you'll understand when I say that Ali's place is a treasure--a little house in a private garden, just a few minutes walk from the Bosphorus. There are frequent ferries that run from Sariyer (the Airbnb location) to more touristic areas, and while the trip takes about 1 1/2 hours, it's a relaxing ride and a chance to enjoy the views. Ali's house is all about having a peaceful refuge to return to after a busy day--and yet you're still in a bustling little town with shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. If you arrive by car, there is an inexpensive and easily accessible carpark roughly a block away--which we opted for even though there happened to be available street parking when we arrived. Ali and his brother were both very friendly, quick to communicate, and helpful. A great stay!

Our stay was great, we really enjoyed the flat. It is very private and cozy. We were 4 adults and a 3 years old boy, we were very comfortable and had enough space for everyone. The flat is very warm in winter, kitchen has everything you might need, there are some supermarkets walking distance and the view on Bosporus is just amazing! Binnur was very hospitable, kind and helpful. Thank you very much! Highly recommend to everyone
