This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I have rented several times from Furkan, alot of different apartments on different locations. All of them offer great value. Furkan the host and Emin the maintenance guy are very friendly and good people. I highly recommend.

Nous avons logé chez Koray une nuit en attendant notre vol du lendemain matin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir occuper le logement dès 6h30 du matin et qu'on vienne nous chercher et nous déposer à l'aéroport très tôt le matin. Le logement est confortable, à proximité de plages au bord de la mer Noire et à 20mn de l'aéroport. Le père de Koray est charmant, de bons conseils et communique avec nous via son smartphone. If I come back to Istanbul I will stay here. The host is very helpful and kind. We had a couple of issues with the apartment, but they were fixed in no time. Awesome stay, I recommend!

Amazing view from the balcony. Great location - very close to T1 train. House is clean with necessary stuff. Host is super responsive and accommodating. Helped us carry the luggage.. Thank you. The airport shuttle service that he arranged for us is an amazing and luxury experience. Wish our break could’ve been longer.

Квартира соответствует описанию: весьма милая и уютная обстановка. В квартире очень чисто. Единственный нюанс - это наличие сырости, но имеется кондиционер и при необходимости можно включить обогрев. Квартира рассчитана на троих человек, но в идеале размещаться вдвоем, так как немного не хватает полочек для личных вещей, развешивания полотенец после душа, или даже развешивания мелких вещей после стирки.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Müge hanımın rüya evinde harika bir 4 günlük bayram tatili geçirdik. Hangi birinden bahsetsem bilmiyorum. Ev, bahçe, dekorasyon, lokasyon herşey ama herşey zevkimize göreydi. Müge hanımda oldukça nazik bir ev sahibiydi teşekkür ediyoruz herşey için. Evde herşey bizim için düşünülmüş ve hazırdı. Doğa severler için ve sakinlik sevenler için son derece keyifli biryer, şiddetle tavsiye edilir👍

Schönes Erlebnis in ruhiger Lage wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machte. Seda war immer erreichbar und Hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Derya and Gokce are wonderful humans. They went out of their way to equip the flat with everything that you could possibly need. Everything I though I needed - it was in the flat. I felt like I had my own little abode on Buykada. Thank you for helping me realize my dream of being an Istanbul island boy!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

We had an amazing stay at Andrea’s apartment in Kristal Sehir , Istanbul! 🌟 The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The security and privacy were excellent, which made us feel safe and at home. Andrea herself is a fantastic host—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..

Staying at Mustafa's flat in Turkey was an excellent experience! The flat was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities in perfect working order.
