Hemos estado muy a gusto, la habitación tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y Felicita fue muy amable con nosotros. Las recomendaciones para comer y cenar nos encantaron. La ubicación de la habitación es perfecta, cerca de todo y en una zona muy bonita. Muchas gracias por todo!

We just got back from staying in Ferruccio's apartment for nine nights. This is the third time my wife and I have stayed there. The apartment is perfect for the two us. It has everything you need. The kitchen is great for cooking. There are two bathrooms. Assigned free parking is less than a five-minute walk. But you can also drop off luggage and other items very close to the front door. We highly recommend Ferruccio's apartment and Spello. There is so much to see and do in Umbria, Spello and the towns nearby. We have no doubt that we will stay there again in the future.

I have only one word to describe Jo's place FANTASTIC! Beautifully clean with all the amenities you could ask for to make our holiday perfect, this also continued outside where the gardens and pool area were immaculately presented. Jo's communication was responsive never having to wait long for a reply and it was also very informative and took any worries out of travelling, the onsite manager Oscar was also very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to visit in the local area and despite being held up in traffic due to a local festival Oscar waited for us to arrive and showed us all the features of the property. Hand on heart the property was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend this for for couples and families alike it really does offer a great retreat either for relaxing or as a holiday base to explore the region

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questo appartamento Posso solo dire che il livello di ospitalità è davvero raro! In casa c'è tutto l essenziale. In più Valter e Daniela ti offrono tutto ciò che può servire per un ottima colazione ed un meraviglioso pane proveniente dall'Aquila. Un altro servizio che ho davvero apprezzato oltre all'ombrellone in spiaggia,sono le biciclette,di cui una con seggiolino. Zona splendida! Grazie ancora Giulia

Ho soggiornato presso l’alloggio di Luca per tre giorni. L’appartamento ha rispecchiato perfettamente la descrizione sul sito: grande, pulito, fornito di tutte le comodità necessarie e soprattutto con una posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro storico di Ascoli a piedi. L’host è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. È altamente raccomandato per chi vuole trascorrere una bella vacanza ad Asoli!

Marco e Chiara sono padroni di casa ineccepibili. Simpatici, sempre pronti nelle risposte, disponibili e pieni di ottime indicazioni e consigli sui dintorni (ristoranti, escursioni, shopping di prodotti tipici…) . Casa Azul è una casa davvero bella e particolare. Non solo concepita per alloggiarci ma per essere vissuta proprio come casa tua. Completa di tutto ed in una posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le classiche mete umbre. Vi abbiamo alloggiato molto comodamente in 6 oltre ad una cagnolina, nei confronti della quale i proprietari di casa sono stati molto accoglienti. Se tornerò in zona cercherò di ripetere l’esperienza di Casa Azul!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, Thomas traumhaftes Haus in der Nähe von Spoleto zu erleben, und es war eine absolut fantastische Erfahrung! Dieses Haus bietet nicht nur eine atemberaubende Aussicht ins Grüne, sondern auch einen wunderschönen Pool, der unsere Tage unter der italienischen Sonne perfekt machte. Sowohl das Haus innen als auch der Außenbereich sind unglaublich stilvoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet, und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Küche ist ein echter Traum mit einer umfangreichen Ausstattung und einer beeindruckenden Sammlung an Kochbüchern. Thomas ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er teilte großzügig sein lokales Wissen mit uns und gab uns unschätzbare Tipps für Aktivitäten, Restaurants und Wein in der Umgebung. Dank ihm haben wir Spoleto und seine Umgebung von ihrer besten Seite erleben können. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und sind Thomas für seine Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit sehr dankbar!

Bellissimo alloggio, la fortuna è di aver preso questo posto nel mezzo di una festa. Alloggio ben organizzato e pulito, io e la mia compagna vi siamo trovati benissimo. Consiglio 10/10

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Jeremy hat uns einen flexiblen Check-in ermöglicht, da wir auf der Hinfahrt wegen extremer Stau sehr sehr lange gebraucht haben. Jeremy hat sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts um uns sehr lieb gekümmert und immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist, ob wir was brauchen. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden und Einkaufen, Restaurants, Strand & Promenade sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die 2 Liegen inkl. Schirm am Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Die Betten und auch der Couch zum Fernsehen sind sehr bequem, die Schränke bieten ausreichend Platz für alles. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und geht um die ganze Wohnung rum. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Hügel und das Meer kann man auch aus einer Ecke sehen. Es ist wie ein riesiges Open-air Wohnzimmer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank Patrizia & Jeremy

l'appartamento è bellissimo, in centro, mi sono rilassato molto a starci, aveva tutte le comodità, sicuramente se ritornerò a San Benedetto saprò dove andare ad alloggiare

La ubicación es buena puedes ir en auto o a pie , (15 a 20 min) tanto a la playa como a supermercado, restaurantes y de más, pero ten en cuenta que por las noches se escucha el sonido de la autopista aunque tengas todo cerrado, la zona es segura y tranquila, el departamento es tal cual las fotos, es amplio y dentro de todo es cómodo, se puede cocinar sin problema, también funciona la lavadora y lava vajillas, el baño tiene ducha completa pero no hay bidé, la cama no es muy dura pero hace mucho ruido cuando te mueves sobre todo si eres pesado, no hay aire acondicionado y en tiempo de calor definitivamente es necesario sobretodo en el área de terraza, tampoco se puede usar mucho esa área por qué no tiene mosquitero y con la lluvia hay bastantes mosquitos , hay un poco de humedad dentro de la casa al ser planta baja, un poco de hormigas en la cocina, sin embargo la pasamos bien y Giuseppe fue muy amable siempre respondió rápido y trato de solucionar todo en breve.

Host consigliato Andrea è una persona disponibile, risponde in tempi brevi. L’appartamento è vicino a molti servizi a 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia.. appartamento dotato di garage privato ma lungo la via ci sono molti parcheggi non a pagamento, appartamento nuovo dotato di tutti i confort compresa una lavatrice asciugatrice molto comoda per una vacanza marittima

abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento in occasione dei festeggiamenti di capodanno 20222, tutto perfetto, location bellissima veramente immersa nel verde e con un silenzio e pace incredibile, la casa corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione, ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la casa, le attrezzature e elettrodomestici forniti e del riscaldamento, consigliamo assolutamente il soggiorno presso Henrik, sempre disponibile e raggiungibile tramite whatzapp, l'unica nota da segnalare è che se avete un auto molto bassa stile sportiva o simili potreste avere qualche piccolo problema sull'ultimo tratto di strada per raggiungere l'alloggio siccome la strada è di sassi ma resta leggermente alta nel centro e in alcuni tratti sentivo grattare sotto....ma niente di che.... il paesaggio e la posizione ricompensano il tutto! :) super consiglio

What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.

Para quem vai estudar italiano por um mês na escola Dante Alighieri, o lugar é perfeito pois agrega privacidade e comodidade. Em Recanati, tudo é muito perto, portanto em 5 min a pé se chega na escola. Além disso, o lugar é muito limpo, de fato tem uma vista para o Adriático belíssima e o anfitrião responde muito rápido a todas as nossas perguntas. Além da sua pró -atividade, tivemos por conta duas limpezas do apartamento por ele realizadas, o que deixou o lugar bem acolhedor. Super recomendo.
