Saronic Islands : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

My family and I travelled to Greece for a destination wedding and we found lodging in Priamos’ beautiful home! He was very responsive and helpful. The space was spacious, equipped with everything we needed and very cozy. A 30 minute drive from central Athens and 15 minute drive from a local beach - this place is a gem and would highly recommend for a comfortable and safe stay :)

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. the location was spacious and beautiful with great views. Very quiet, yet an easy walk to town for stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

A charming old and very traditional Spetses house full of character and original features. Lisi was a great host and very communicative, and the house had all the basics we needed for a very pleasant and thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Ilias was a great host with a great place. The location had everything we needed and more. He met me at the port and brought all my luggage to the AirBnb, offered to clean every day, and got us a luggage carrier when we departed. Everything was very clean and felt very safe. Would highly recommend!

Panos, le mari d'Oksana nous a accueilli et il était disponible pour des questions ou autres tout le long. Le complexe se situe a Pasha Bay, pas loin de la centralité de Lavrio et à quelques pas de la plage. Une voiture permet de visiter la région, se rendre aux tabernes et de faire les plus belles plages du coin, des vélos pourraient aussi faire l'affaire mais la route principale ne permet pas de rouler avec des enfants. La piscine est ouverte de 10 à 13h et de 17h30 à 20h ce qui est assez courant en Grèce (le monde s'arrête le temps de la sieste, mais il se peut que quelques voisins fans du jardinage ne s'arrêtent pas). La maison correspond très bien aux photos et à la description, rien ne manque et tout fonctionne. La terrasse profite du parfum des fleurs et de la vue su l'Egée. On conseille vivement!

Vi har hatt noen fantastiske dager på Hydra med George som vert. Veldig hyggelig par og vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

The apartment is full of character and the layout of the rooms was perfect for our stay. Wonderful to be right on the seafront and watch the world go by. Lovely bakery, kiosk, cafe and restaurant just outside. A couple of days were very windy, so it was great to also have the sheltered terrace and garden at the back of the apartment. Sofi was a brilliant host. We definitely hope to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Red Door Villa in Spetses. Perfect location between the new and the old harbor and close to all services: bars, restaurants, supermarket, a nice bakery…and 5 minutes walk distance to the “city beaches”. The house is very special: we loved the patio and the garden with the lime trees and the decoration of the house with this interesting mix of old and contemporary art. I loved the original frescos and the big kitchen table with the red chairs. We were 6 adults and 1 child and we perfectly fit. Petros was very attentive to our messages and flexible too. Plus he gave us as a farewell gift a box of delicious traditional pastry from the island! Grazie mille Petros, hope to come back in the future.

Η κατοικία είναι εξαιρετική, υψηλης Ποιότητας, πεντακαθαρο, και κοντά στην παραλία. ίσως στο καλύτερο σημείο της περιοχής. Είναι πλήρως Εξοπλισμένο με όλες Τις συσκευές, και άνετους χώρους για μεγάλες οικογένειες. Η Ειρήνη και ο Λάμπρος είναι φανταστικοί οικοδεσπότες. Είναι αξιαγάπητοι κ Μας υποδέχθηκαν θερμά. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπηγαιναμε

We had an amazing stay at Katerina’s lovely house. The village is charming and has excellent taverns. The weather was quite cold so we also spent a lot of time in the house which was super cosy and had a great fireplace to keep us warm. The kitchen is also very well equipped and nothing was missing to prepare food for the whole family. The area is very lovely, preserved from tourists with a lot of nature around. 100% recommended.

Kim was there to let us in and show us around. The home is clean and due to the ground source heat pump the A/C is always running and the house stays wonderfully cool. The lower ground floor has an American sized king sized bed along with a full bathroom, additional toilet and washer. The ground floor is open plan living room and kitchen and easy to relax in and enjoy! The first floor bedroom has metal blinds which when shut at night block out road noise and light. The top floor bedroom is only accessible via lift but there are emergency stairs available. It has a nice open patio. Kim was very responsive to all our requests and any concerns he attended to right away. It was a pleasure staying at the home and there was ample parking nearby on the street just before and behind the block. The beach clubs, restaurants and grocery stores were a quick drive down the street and, overall, it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

I loved my stay in Spetses with Ευγενία. I don’t think I’ve met a kinder host in a long time! I decided to travel to Spetses off-season in Winter, which meant that a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops were going to be closed. But Ευγενία went out of her way to make sure I had a great time. We spent time together walking the island, she offered bicycle tours, she was a great guide with a lot of historical knowledge about the island and its inhabitants.. and she even pointed out the island’s best restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with my host was great (she responds in only a few minutes), her place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, board games and very comfortable large bed! I would definitely stay again (especially in the summer months).

Giota’s house is lovely. The best part of the house is the well-shaded backyard ending just a few steps from the sea—we basically lived on that backyard for the two weeks we spent there.

Host was very responsive. The place looks like the photo. Clean. Good location near restaurants. It’s on the first floor but is quiet and u slept well. Because the unit is on the first floor and faces the back, there is not a lot of light but that was not a problem for me.

The house was amazing for us, as we stayed here with a couple of colleagues, we had sufficient space for everything and everyone. The house is in great shape and was renovated beautifully with a lot of attention to detail. It's also conveniently silent for it being in the midst of a very lively neighborhood. We loved our stay and would love to come back one day. The communication was very fast and easy, so really recommend to consider staying here!

Vasilis place is perfect for Leonidio, it's right in the town so everything is walkable, but tucked up a side street so totally peaceful. And you're not close to the church bells (something to watch for at other apartments!). We really enjoyed our stay, the house is exactly what you'd expect from the pictures and has everything you need to relax when you're not out walking/climbing/sightseeing.

Λειτουργικό, καθαρό, άνετο, με προσεγμένη αισθητική, πολύ κοντά στην πόλη του Ναυπλίου. Ωραία μπαλκόνια και ωραία γωνιά το χαγιάτι για καφέ το πρωί. Ιδανικό για παιδιά, πολύ κοντά σε παιδική χαρά με όργανα. Μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για τριήμερη απόδραση στο Ναύπλιο. Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά.

Logement très mignon, idéalement situé. Plein de charme, très jolie vue depuis la maison et les extérieurs. Parfaitement propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié!

Ένας όμορφος χώρος στο κέντρο της Αθήνας . Η Ειρήνη είναι στην επικοινωνία πάρα πολύ καλή και βοηθητική σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε ! Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα !!

We loved staying at this place! The host - Fondas - was so kind and very helpful :) The apartment looks like the photos, the entrance is nice, air conditioning and everything else was working well. We got to the city centre so quickly and easily, through a calm neighbourhood, we almost didn't use public transport for out 5 day trip in Athens. We missed having a kitchen though (but we knew that coming in!) as we wanted to travel on a budget and eat some of the meals at home - but we managed and ate so many good greek salads home made from groceries from the market, which was very close! Other than that, it was an amazing stay! Thank you so much! :)

Un très grand merci à Konstantina pour son accueil chaleureux, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Konstantina nous a aidé lorsque nous en avions besoin et a été adorable avec nous. Le logement est très spacieux, agréable et au cœur de la ville. Je recommande vivement

Gastvrouw Annita is een dame die haar onderkomen vol passie en toewijding beheert en verzorgt. Dat kun je ook merken aan de smaakvolle inrichting en de decoraties, waarbij bloemen en planten haar passie zijn. Ze geeft je echt een thuisgevoel en doet er alles aan om je thuis te laten voelen. We hebben grote waardeing voor haar! Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto's en zal je zeker niet teleurstellen. Het appartement ligt op korte loopafstand (5 minuten) van een zeer groot winkelcomplex met een MacDonalds, XXL supermarkt, tankstation en diverse woonwinkels in de buurt. Het strand is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen en de metro idem. Met de metro ben je binnen een kwartier in het centrum van Athene (metrostation Akropolli of Syntagma).

- άνετος και καθαρός χώρος ιδανικός για ζευγάρι και για ένα παιδάκι - η αυλή είναι πολύ όμορφη και μεγάλη (ήμασταν τυχεροί γιατί τις περισσότερες μέρες ήμασταν μόνοι μας στο χώρο - δεδομενου πως η αυλή είναι κοινή για αλλά δυο σπίτια) - το σκυλακι μας ήταν ευπρόσδεκτο και μάλιστα είχε δωράκι λιχουδιές - τέλος είχαμε μεγάλη ευελιξία στο check out που είναι πάντα σημαντικό για εμάς όταν χρειάζεται
