Very neat and clean place,.exactly as shown in pictures. I was planning to stay for 1 day only, but in couple of hours of checking in, I extended by 3 more days. I generally book stay for 1 day first and if I like the place, I book for remaining days. it was really a good experience. the only drawback is that there is no kitech but it's already mentioned in the ad, so all good.

The flat was very neat and clean. All amenities was available and well maintained. Madam Pallavi was very proactive in coordinating with me. Gave all required information well before we reached the property. The location is very much lively with young techies all around it especially in the evening. All types of food and snacks are available in walking distance and through various apps. Caretaker Swapna was always available to help us. We had a very pleasant experience there. We highly recommend this place for any family or group.

It was nice a stay ! As it’s being in a centre, what ever we ordered we got them in few mins. And the place was same as shown in the pictures. Hosts also quick responsive and helpful. Over all satisfied with the Price what we paid for. Would definitely stay here again if required in the future.

it's a very good place, my pet enjoyed a lot here. very great host. host is just one message away to resolve any problem. farm have cow and calf. very nice lawn where my pet enjoyed the most. it's a beautiful place for people who have pets.

I had the most amazing experience at Mr. Imtiyaz’s farmhouse! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a breathtaking view of nature. The lush greenery, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings made it an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The farmhouse itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. I had an absolutely excellent stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything. I truly felt at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

True Homely stay

Komati is a great host and was very much flexible to our early check in and early check out requests. The place is about 1.5 kms from Secunderabad Railway Station and it made our stay convenient. The only thing that lacked is the presence of any good eateries within a walkable distance. The food delivery companies like Zomato and Swiggy made it up though. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and I recommend this place for families going for a lesure trip.

A very comfortable place to stay, has all the required amenities. It's near to many major city attractions. Metro is just a couple of minutes walk. Our host is very friendly and took care of all our needs. Thank you for hosting us Dr., looking forward to stay again. :)

The host Sohela and his wife are so friendly and responsive. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities mentioned. Host was quick to respond to our messages and helped us. They were frequently communicating in calls so that we don't have to face any issues. I would like to visit the place again...Overall that was an amazing stay❤☺

We enjoyed staying at Abdul’s place , prime location - quick access to Jubilee hills , hitech city and financial district and nearby hospitals. I will definitely recommend his place to other guest who are coming to hyd for vacation or business.
