Sarzana : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Castiglione è uno dei borghi più belli della Toscana, e tra i più belli d’Italia. L’alloggio permette una comoda fruizione dei servizi offerti dal borgo, posizionandosi a meno di un chilometro dal centro per offrire spazi con privacy e silenzio incorniciate dalle splendide Alpi Apuane. La casa è grande e ben organizzata Zona giorno con aperture su terrazzi esterni e cucina accessoriata con tutti i beni di prima necessità inclusi. Zona notte con 3 ampie stanze da letto e due comodi bagni. Raphael è un host attento, ma non risiede a Castiglione. La signora che doveva accoglierci era in vacanza e quindi abbiamo svolto il check-in ed il check out in completa autonomia. È comunque andato tutto bene ed il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Sicuramente consigliato!!!

Our stay at Ettore’s place was just perfect We booked last minute due to a cancellation from another platform facility and Ettore just saved us! The place is honestly much better than what we expected, I believe the picture do give it justice Place is simple but new and very clean, the view is breathtaking over Corniglia and Manarola Last but not least Ettore is a real super host, welcoming us warmly and always making sure we were ok or needing anything If you happen to be in Cinque Terre and want to go a bit off the beaten track of over tourism, do not miss this place

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The hosts were simply amazing—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. The town elevator was out of service, they came downstairs to help me with my heavy luggage, which I deeply appreciated. They also gave me a super detailed and friendly tour of the house, which made me feel instantly at home. When I accidentally broke a cup and offered to pay for it, they wouldn’t even let me, and instead told me not to worry at all. The place itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and full of charm. Of course, the scenary is absolutely beautiful. I truly felt cared for from beginning to end. I can't recommend this place and these wonderful hosts enough!

This apartment was perfect for our overnight stay. 1 minute walk to the Main Street in town and really close to water as well. The kitchen area was cute and had everything we needed. Large bathroom & bedrooms. Instructions for finding the apartment were perfect-we never would have found it otherwise! There are definitely a few steep stairs to get up there, as described. But the whole town is full of steep stairs!

Wij komen al 33 jaar in Bonassola. Voor het eerst in dit appartement. Enige puntje is dat de verdieping onder appartement in niet optimale staat verkeert maar staat los van het gehuurde object.

Super séjour chez veve. Nous avions fait un roadtrip en Italie et notre dernière étape était la Spezia et les cinque terre où nous sommes restés 3 jours chez veve. L accueil a été très chaleureux par le gentil papa de veve. L appartement est très mignon et suffisant pour une famille avec un petit jardin. L intérieur est très propre et très decore comme une demeure grecque. Veve avait préparé notre arrive, et du très bon café. Malgré les 36 degré la maison est frais le petit jardin sublime pour une pause café et petit déjeuner. Veve est très réactif et échangé beaucoup, j ai piqué tout ces café elle n a pas hésité à en ramener. Vraiment très bon séjour je reviens très sûrement.

Fint och rymligt boende nära stad och strand. Paolo var en trevlig värd som var lätt att ha att göra med.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli petit village très beau. Le logement est très propre il ne manque rien. Carla est très disponible et accueillante. Il y a même une petite épicerie bar dans le village. La literie est bonne aussi. Je recommande … merci encore pour ce séjour ..

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Sarah.☀️ Das Haus ist viel größer als auf den Bildern. Der Garten ist sehr schön und auch sehr groß! Man kann sein Auto direkt daneben parken und es stehen sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Das Meer ist recht schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. 🏖️

Abitazione di facile accesso, anche grazie alle precise indicazioni ricevute da Sara. Area tranquilla. Vani ben tenuti e puliti, effettivamente è tutto pressoché nuovo. La strada ove è posizionata la casa è a senso unico e non ha il parcheggio interno privato. quindi per lasciare l'auto in sosta bisogna avere un po' di fortuna per trovare il parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Questo forse è l'unico punto sfavorevole, ma comunque risolvibile facendo "4 passi" in più. Consigliato.

Die Reaktionszeit von Jacopo und Paola auf Anfragen war äusserst prompt. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die gesamte Wohnung sowie ihr Umfeld zeichneten sich durch eine behagliche Atmosphäre und eine ruhige Umgebung aus. Es gab lediglich zwei Aspekte, die uns ein bisschen störten. Nach dem Einschalten der Klima/Wärmeanlage schalteten sich die Lampen wiederholt ein und aus, zudem war die Beleuchtung unzureichend, um das Lesen eines Buches zu ermöglichen. Es lässt sich konstatieren, dass der Wasserdruck in der Dusche als vergleichsweise gering einzustufen ist. Ungeachtet dessen, können wir eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für das Haus aussprechen und würden jederzeit erneut die Unterkunft in Anspruch nehmen.

Tutto come da descrizione, appartamento piccolo ma ben curato e pulito (stoviglie e pentole comprese, una rarità negli appartamenti in affitto). Posizione centrale anche se non comodissima per il mare. Giacomo gentilissimo e molto chiaro nelle comunicazioni, ci ha accolti con un sorriso e ha sempre avuto un occhio di riguardo per noi e nostra figlia. Consigliato!

Siamo ritornati ospiti di Enrico come base per una escursione sulle Alpi Apuane. Ance in questa occasione abbiamo riscontrato la stessa cortesia e disponibilità di Enrico , la pulizia sempre ottima dell'alloggio completo di tutto per un buon soggiorno. Che aggiungere...ritorneremo !!😂😂

Pour trouver le logement, un grand merci à Samanta pour ces instructions car le logement se situe dans des petites ruelles piétonnes assez ressemblantes, dans un village magnifique et authentique.Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé et propre. Samanta a été à l’écoute et très sympa dans les divers échanges que nous avons pu avoir. Si vous recherchez une jolie maison au cœur des montagnes en ayant quand même une proximité avec la ville et les plages, foncez. Je recommande vivement.

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

Nous avons été bien dans cet appartement qui est joliment décoré et qui a du cachet. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et nous ont bien renseignés pour le trouver. L’appartement est très bien situé pour partir aux Cinque Terre (il est directement en face de la gare à même pas cinq minutes), mais aussi pour visiter La Spezia, le port et la ville. L’équipement et la literie sont bien. Dans l’ensemble, on s’est senti très bien dans ce logement et on reviendra avec plaisir.

This was our favorite stay in all of Italy. It was extremely clean, well located, with easy self check-in with a key box to leave the keys so you wouldn’t need to worry about them at the beach. ~15 minute walk on flat level ground from the Monterosso train station. Probably 5 minutes walk to the beach Anne was so amazing, she helped us make reservations for all of our restaurants prior to our stay and provided us a wonderful guest book which we pretty much followed to a T! She was also very flexible with assisting with the train strike issues we had. There was L’occitane hand soap and lotion, shampoo, and body wash as well as American adapters everywhere. You could enjoy espresso inside the home with their beautiful Nespresso de’longhi machine, which was amazing as well as provided crackers, tea, Nutella, jelly, milk, and a bottle of wine, which we did not use but much appreciated. Provided books to read & washer! We wish we had more time to spend here and miss it so much already.

Cercavamo un posticino tranquillo dove trascorrere il capodanno con la nostra cagnolina e l'alloggio di Fabrizio è stato l'ideale. A pochi minuti dal pittoresco borgo di Bagnone, si trova in un punto strategico per visitare la zona della Lunigiana. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario...noi abbiamo fatto il cenone di capodanno in casa e la cucina era davvero attrezzata! Molto pulito, ordinato e curato in ogni dettaglio. Punto di forza è la terrazza panoramica da togliere il fiato dove ci si può rilassare in un'atmosfera di pace... anche la nostra cagnolina l'ha apprezzata molto! La sera abbiamo potuto ammirare i fuochi d'artificio che provenivano da tutte le località della vallata. Fabrizio è un host molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Très beau séjour dans cet appartement très calme et très bien équipé et situé dans un endroit très typique et bien arboré. Dennis et son papa ont été adorables avec nous. Nous avons eu de super conseils pour accéder aux cinque terre et également sur des restaurants à proximité très bons. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement.

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!

10/10 recommend! Super comfy bed and pillows and awesome rain shower head! Super close/walkable to restaurants, cafes, stores (grocery & pharmacy right next door), and beach but also felt private and quiet. One thing to note that is not in the description is that you have to climb 95 stairs to get to the apartment. It didn’t bother us, but it could be a barrier for some.

Gorgeous place in a gorgeous location….brilliant and very helpful host. Fantastic holiday.
