Die Kommunikation mit Kerstin vor der Anreise verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Im Haus angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Beate empfangen. Sie hat uns alles genauestens erklärt und war den ganzen Aufenthalt über immer per whats App erreichbar. Hat was gefehlt, hat sie es schnell vorbei gebracht. Hatten wir Empfehlungsfragen, kamen ausführliche Antworten mit wirklich tollen Adressen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Auto war man in weniger als fünf Minuten am Strand von Budoni sowie bei Supermärkten / Bäckern und Restaurants. Auch zu Fuß konnte man als dies gut erreichen. Wir sind zu sechst gereist (davon zwei Kleinkinder) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden euer AirBnB jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Nicola was very friendly, helpful and always responded within a very short time. He is super organised. We were given a great PowerPoint with lots of helpful information. We (2 adults and 1 dog) were warmly welcomed. the house is perfect for dogs, the garden is very large and completely fenced in. My dog even got a welcome present, so lovely! The surrounding area is great, very quiet and safe. there are several small beaches nearby (within walking distance) (you feel like you're on a private beach) and a hill with beautiful rock formations, definitely worth a trip. There are few cars and wide roads, we could always let our dog run free. In Sardinia everyone is very dog friendly, we were able to take our dog to the big beaches and also to the grocery shops. We rented a car which is highly recommended and also cheap. Large shops and great towns can be reached by car within 10 minutes Nicola, thank you so much for everything, it was the best holydays ever!

La villa con piscina di Ugo si trova tra le due spiagge più famose della Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna e Foxi Mordegu: la strada principale è unica anche se non illuminata di notte, sicuramente con Google Maps e la posizione fornita è impossibile non raggiungere comodamente il posto. La casa è in un villaggio privato chiuso al pubblico (se avete amici nei dintorni non potete ospitarli, in compenso ci sono delle soluzioni con piscina condivisa se volete fare una vacanza di gruppo). Avrete una chiave per aprire il cancello automatico e una salita che vi porta in uno spiazzo esclusivo accanto alla casa per lasciare l'auto. La piscina è splendida trattata con il sale (chiedete di spiegarvi come accendere la luce notturna). Ci sono sdraio, angolo relax e tavolo. Il porticato è enorme e c'è ombra dalla tarda mattinata in poi. L'interno della casa è pulito e ordinato con tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, clima, macchina del caffè). Ugo è sempre disponibile per ogni problema!

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Julian's house is an absolute gem that puts any five-star hotel to shame! Spotless and filled with incredible amenities that guarantee a truly enjoyable experience. You'll instantly fall in love with the chic decor and spacious modern bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, and TVs in every room. The mattresses are so cozy that getting out of bed can be a challenge! Each morning, the breathtaking view from the bedrooms feels like a blessing. The stunning pool is the perfect setting to unwind while enjoying the sunrises and sunsets over the sea. Julian’s warm and attentive hospitality enhances your stay, making it truly unforgettable. He is friendly, super responsive, and incredibly helpful. Sardinia is a beautiful island, and if you’re dreaming of a getaway, this house is definitely the ultimate choice! Honestly, this has been the best experience at an Airbnb.

Die Unterkunft von Luca hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! Es war alles sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage mit dem Blick war einmalig 😍 Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Das besondere Highlight sind die beiden Dobby und Charlie, die wir sehr in unser Herz geschlossen haben.

Excellent séjour! Hôte accueillant et flexible. Je recommande fortement, logement bien équipé et adapté pour un séjour avec des enfants.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen verbracht. Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde am nächsten Tag (einem Sonntag) vom Servicetechniker umgehend behoben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eher einfach gehalten aber alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Es gibt zwar Busverbindungen von Birgalavo nach Budoni, wir würden aber unbedingt einen Mietwagen empfehlen, um einzukaufen oder die sehr schönen Strände in der Umgebung zu besuchen oder für andere Unternehmungen, wie zum Beispiel Bootstouren. Der schöne große Pool und das Restaurant "Agriturismo Lu Stillicioni" waren echte Bereicherungen. Wir planen wieder zu kommen.

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. David hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und hat immer geholfen wo er konnte. Super netter Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die nahegelegenen Buchten zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und den Angaben, wie z.B. Babybett und Sonnenschirme. Der zur Unterkunft gehörende Gemeinschaftspool ist ganz nett, jedoch waren wir lieber am Strand. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde schnell bei Problemen, wie z.B. einen Stromausfall reagiert. Bis nach Olbia und dem Flughafen sind es mit dem Auto max. 10 Minuten. In Murta Maria gibt’s einen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Wir können die Unterkunft für zwei Personen und einem Kind uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

The pool contributed a lovely aesthetic and a peaceful ambience. Enrico was a complete treasure to deal with, pointing us in great directions and generously sharing some of his hand gathered fungi treasures as well And the puppies were super friendly and very keen on any leftovers Divine beaches and a pleasant drive back home each outing, Plenty of kitchenware for cooking. comfy bedrooms and an ‘Emma’ who made sure that we had all we needed on the domestic front. maison spacieuse conforme aux photos, paisible, la vue magnifique, piscine agréable et nettoyée plusieurs fois par semaine, barbecue tout pour passer un excellent séjour. Chasse d eau et prise électrique à réparer, manque quelques petits détails pratiques dans la cuisine (sac à poubelle,produit pour le lave vaisselle et allume gaz)... Sinon rien à redire, à louer sans hésiter.

We stayed in villa gardenia with 4 people for 4 nights. Amazing garden/patio for breakfast and dinner. Amazing outdoor bbq Nice Pool with outdoor shower options Great kitchen with great cooking possibilities and living room space Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2) are not very spacious but still fine, we found the beds were comfortable A few everyday things could be provided for free for all guests to make life easier for guests - for example we only had one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom Unnecessary or rather awkward extra costs such as Air conditioning and bed sheets / towels. Would be easier if everything were just included in a fix price Possibility to use the washing machine House beach in walking distance (5 mins) Access to the house is easy but the road is relatively bumpy and rough for about 500 m so don’t use your private Porsche if you have one ☝🏽 All in all highly recommend
