L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

Loved our stay and Elena was a fantastic host! We appreciated that she let us check-in early after an early flight. Views were lovely looking out at the harbour and flat was very spacious with good air conditioning to escape the Sardinian heat. Overall we had a very happy stay with our family and would highly recommend.

Séjour incroyable avec 6 adultes. Les chambres sont petites mais si vous êtes à l’aise de dormir à plusieurs dans les chambres, cela fait plus que l’affaire. Les photos ne rendent pas honneur à la beauté du logement. Certes, les portes sont un peu vieilles, mais cela ajoute du charme. En période de basse saison, seul un restaurant ouvert ou vous devez marcher 1h pour Budoni. Je conseil une voiture si vous voulez pas marcher. Si non, la femme de Lucas était disponible 24/7. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Il n’y a pas de four à cuisson mais il y a un micro-onde. Bien sécuritaire avec un agent de sécurité qui regarde les environs. Stationnement disponible juste en face. Plusieurs plages disponibles dans les environs. Merci Lucas et Helena pour ce séjour, nous avons été agréablement surpris.

La casa di Ilaria per noi è perfetta : pulita,comoda e funziona tutto. Ilaria è un"ottima host : chiara,esaustiva ,puntuale, precisa e con ottimi suggerimenti . La consigliamo vivamente.

Sandro is the best host ever! He was friendly, welcoming, easy to talk to and very helpful. He picked us up from the airport and drove us to the apartment. He helped us rent a car and got us restaurant tips. The apartment was very cozy, clean, big enough for 3 of us, had everything you need and it had a lot of kitchen supplies. Wifi worked a little slowly at the evening but it didn’t bother us. There are bus stations very close and you can get around pretty easy. The highlight of our trip was absolutely Sandro’s boat tour. He took us around and showed us amazing places where is crystal clear water, got us drinks and edited video from the drone. We felt amazing and very special. The video is perfect memory of the trip and we are very grateful for Sandro. If we ever return back in Sardinia we will 100% stay at Sandro’s apartment.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

Wir waren 4 Wochen im Apartment. Ich habe dort auch gearbeitet. Das Internet war zu jeder Zeit schnell und stabil. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Viel Privatsphäre, kein Straßenlärm, keine direkten Nachbarn, nicht einsehbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, zweckmäßig mit viel Stauraum und die riesige Terrasse das Highlight. Parkplatz für das Auto war vorhanden, sehr sicher, Grundstück mit Zaun vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein zweites Haus, mit den beiden Schwestern und dem Schwager, die bei Bedarf auch hilfsbereit sind und uns freundlich unterstützt haben. Die Kommunikation auch mit Tito hat jederzeit schnell funktioniert. Es gibt sogar einen direkten Strandzugang. Das Wasser dort ist sauber, es hatte am Strand jedoch Seegras (was es aber auch an anderen Stränden in Sardinien hatte). Es gibt fußläufig in 5 Minuten einen zweiten, großen Strand. Mit dem Auto 20 Minuten entfernt auch Traumstrände. Wir haben uns die 4 Wochen super wohl gefühlt!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Great place, communicative host. Has all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Cosy terrace. Beach amenities as well (stools, umbrella). Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu beaches are 10 min drive away. Feels like home.

Sehr schönes Haus, direkt am Strand! Das Haus ist eher einfach ausgestattet, aber mit allem, was man braucht (Kaffeekocher, Gefrierfach,...). Das klare Highlight ist definitiv die Lage: Von der Terrasse bzw. auch aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster schaut man direkt aufs Meer. Von da sind es dann auch nur ein paar Schritte bis ins Wasser - herrlich! Auch sehr praktisch ist die abgezäunte Außendusche nach dem Baden. Federica hat immer schnell geantwortet, sodass wir uns gut betreut gefühlt haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genoßen! Unser Tipp für die Anreisen: Wir empfehlen vom Flughafen Cagliari mit dem Auto unbedingt die Route über die Küstenstraße und nicht durchs Gebirge zu nehmen (das ist nämlich extrem kurvig, wie wir feststellen mussten ^^). Außerdem ist die Straße auf den letzten Metern zum Haus nicht befestigt. Da lohnt sich wahrscheinlich ein ein bisschen geländefähigeres Auto, wenn man eins mietet (wobei wir es auch mit einem Fiat Panda gemeistert haben).

Vooral de veranda is een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. En je loopt zo naar de kristalheldere zee voor een duik! De woning is op een soort compound die heel netjes onderhouden is. Met een huurauto rijd je zo overal naartoe, en in het dorpje vlakbij (San Paolo) vind je al leuke restaurantjes en supermarkten. Het huis is overigens meer dan compleet uitgerust! We hebben genoten en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wir waren zu zweit 3 Wochen im März bei Graziella. Santa Maria Navarrese ist ein recht kleiner Ort. Obwohl es es keine Saison war, waren 3 Restaurants geöffnet. Der Ort ist sauber und die Bewohner freundlich. Freundlich war auch Graziella. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist/ abgereist sind, war ein flexibler Check-In/ -Out notwendig (Abhängigkeit von FährZeiten sowie Verkehr und Wetter). Das war für sie gar kein Problem. Sie gab uns auch Tips, z.B. wo wir Fisch kaufen oder gut essen können. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben groß, die Terasse ein Traum. Sonnen- und Mond- Aufgang inklusive. Also uns hat es sehr gefallen

If you’re looking for a super casual beach vacation this is it. The beach is right across the street! Hose in back to rinse sand off before coming up stairs to apt. Stefano was an excellent communicator. He bent over backwards! I asked about the mattress because I have very sensitive back, not to mention it’s my life’s work (quality mattresses) so they added a topper to the firm bed to help me out. The 2 cozy restaurants/bars across the street are great. (Better if you can speak more Italian) Two grocery stores; short drive. The wine in the stores there is great; shocked at the value. You can literally find good wine and even sparking wines for under $5 €. I loved the stove! Pans could be upgraded but served the purpose. no dishwasher but only two of us and good drying rack. parking was dicey but they accommodated by letting us have their spot (back lot under construction). Landlord (lower unit) was very nice and their pups sweet. I loved my daily Bruce-y kisses. 🥰🥂💛 Saluti!

My partner and I stayed at Gianluca's while exploring Sardinia. His apartment in Olbia served as a perfect base for us to travel to other points in the island. Additionally, the apartment is just 10 minutes away from central Olbia which makes it perfect for morning or evening walks in the city. The apartment itself is cozy and has all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the garden terrace in front of the house which was perfect for our morning coffee and an evening glass of wine :) Gianluca was always responsive and very friendly. We can only recommend his apartment to others wanting to visit Sardinia!

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

What an amazing location with gorgeous view overlooking the town. The apartment had evening we needed including beach umbrella and a cool bag. Magarita gave lots of recommendations and communicated well. I will say that check-in could have been slightly clearer. We did arrive at 11pm in the middle of a massive storm which didn’t help. But perhaps some arrows on the images shared pointing towards key parts of the images? We were not given an apartment number or anything, only an apartment floor but Magarita replied very quickly when we asked. I am not sure if there was meant to be a number or name on the apartment door (and it had been accidentally removed??) but there was nothing on the door to indicate it was the right one! I will also say that the bed was quite hard and were given 1 flat pillow each. My neck and back hurt most mornings. I understand that this is down to preference though!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Momemt an sehr wohl gfühlt. Anita war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man für einen entspannnten Urlaub benötigt und noch mehr. Anita hat uns sogar für die Ankunft das erste Getränk kalt gestellt :-) Es war auch mega toll das wir gleich nach der Ankunft ( Vormittags gegen 12.30) schon einchecken durften. Somit konnten wir den eraten Tag ohne Verzögerungen starten. Vielen lieben Dank Anita für Deine Gastfreundlichkeit, dein ansteckendes Lächeln und deine superschnelle Unterstützung wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) Volle 5 Sterne!!

L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht (inclusive Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Tee, Handtuch, Schwamm, Spüli etc). Unglaublich schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht, herrliche Dachterrasse. In der Umgebung tolle Wanderungen in Traumbuchten (wahlweise auch mit dem Boot), diverse Restaurants in Fussnähe. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Eva, viele nützliche Tipps in der Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ich Ware mit meiner Familie, 4 Personen, Anfang Oktober in der Unterkunft. Es war sehr schön die ruhige Lage, Nähe zum Meer und zum naheliegenden Städtchen. Strand direkt vor der Haustüre ist wunderschön zum schwimmen. Auto ist empfehlenswert für Ausflüge und Einkäufe.

The flat is perfect for short or long stay in Golfo Aranci. There is everything you need in thé kitchen, the bathroom is clean. It is possible to go to 3 différent beaches by foot and do shopping. Restaurants in thé area.
