Super easy and clear instructions for check in and check out. The space was spotless, and the shower area was perfect. The host was responsive, and helped me out when it came to a few questions.

Ich habe zwei Nächte in Kaoris Wohnung verbracht. Obwohl es stark geregnet hat und ich nicht viel unternehmen konnte, hatte ich eine gemütliche Zeit in Kumamoto, weil Tenmonkan und alle umliegenden Restaurants so gut erreichbar waren.

The room is very nice and clean! Good experience and happy to stay these days.

Great location. Was near many great restaurants and walking distance from the Hakata station. It’s a walk up apartment but the host was really very helpful and helped to carry our luggages. He was there to welcome us and they helped us arrange our taxi to the airport, and even came earlier to send us off. The place was clean and we had a good stay! Will highly recommend!

駐車場1台すぐ近くに停めれて、荷下ろしが楽でした。居間•キッチンなどの水回り•寝室•和室全てがキッチリ整理整頓されており使いやすい。ホストとのメッセージやり取りのレスポンスも速い上に丁寧でした。

Great location close to the castle and also to the city activities. The accommodation was very nice and located in a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Kumamoto. Akiko was a great host, very helpful and highly responsive.

우선 하카타역 주변으로 걸어서 가기 쉽고, 주인분이 너무 친절하셔서 배려받는 기분이 듭니다. 한국말을 잘하시고 소통을 잘해주셔서 큰 어려움없이 필요한 이야기를 나눴구요. 무엇보다 저희가 오는 날 갑자기 비행기가 결항되어 진짜 사장님의 도움이 아니었다면 몇일 후쿠오카에서 발이 묶일 상황이었어요. 다행히 공항까지 픽업 도와주셔서 급히 비행기 잡아타고 한국으로 왔습니다! 숙소도 조용하고 주변에 편의점이 두군데나 있어서 밤마다 맛있는 편의점 음식 사다가 먹었어요. 그리고 숙소 주변으로 조용한 이자카야가 몇군데 있었는데 시끄럽지도 않은데 사람들이 늘 붐벼서 가보고 싶었지만 아이들과 함께라서 못간게 너무 아쉽습니다. 꼭 다시 방문해서 후쿠오카를 더 신나게 즐기고 싶습니다😊

We spent 4 nights at this house. The facility is excellent except the washing machine is out of order. The beds are comfortable, the noise is acceptable given the house is next to the road. The location is a pure residential area and next to a school, so it is desirable to stay if you are in a group of family and kids.

Everything was perfect and we had a great time in the house and in the city. Only minor points of improvement: a bit more towels would be great and a starter pack of oil, pepper, salt, etc. would be nice when you want to cook.

연로한 어머니를 모시고 간 여행이었는데, 내집처럼 편안히 묵고 왔습니다. 갑자기 날씨가 추워지고 비가 와서 너무 추웠던 걸 빼고는 맘 편히 지냈어요. 숙소에 우산도 넉넉하고 침구와 담요도 많아서 따뜻하게 잘 지냈습니다. 다음에도 후쿠오카에 오게 되면 다시 연락드릴게요. 감사히 잘 지냈습니다~~

This is a convenient 10min walk from the station. Yuki, the host, allowed us to store our luggages at the hotel before check-in. Yuki was even so kind as to help us move our luggages into our suite by the time we had returned. Check-in instructions were stated clearly and Yuki was easily contactable. Nice cozy space and the facilities met our needs inclusive of free washer, dryer, laundry detergent & water dispenser. Thank you :-)

I would recommend it over smaller hotels. I would say the only things that could have made it better are a door on the bathroom(currently a curtain) and maybe english translations on things(or a quick guide). I should also mention there's no elevator, so you carry your luggage up the stairs. I enjoyed this place a lot, but I've also lived in sasebo before.

Mio真的非常友善，入住當天與我密切保持聯絡，在車站等我，帶我到住處，並詳細說明一切設備，房間小而美，設備完善，非常乾淨，而且有淡淡的香味，車站就在對面，非常方便。

호스트님이 너무 친절하시고 방도 두개 객실에 주방식당 시설까지 너무 완벽했습니다^^
