I travel for work allot and having a clean space to simply relax after work was just great. Love the space in itself and has everything you need. Definitely recommend it to everyone. Parking was good since we had one vehicle. Host was very good to communicate with and of course the bed was comfy. I enjoyed it allot.

The house is perfectly decorated with so much attention to detail. Everything was purposeful and well thought out. Super cozy and all amenities plus some. Desiree was amazing and communicated promptly. Hot tub was clean and the back yard has it all! Top tier down to the night lights that light up whenever you are in a room. Stacked with books, tv's, games and everything you would need to entertain. Truly no expense spared at the Cozy Hippo including the bathrooms. Bedrooms are big and well planned out. 20 minutes from anywhere in the city. Highly recommend staying at this piece of heaven in Saskatoon! We will be back!

WoW, just WoW !!! I didnt think I was at the right place cause the house was so cute !! Easy to get inside, felt like a real home cause it is a real home !!! This home is full of really neat artwork and little touches. No blank walls here ! Lots of great lighting, comfy couch, Really well stocked kitchen. LOVED the clawfoot tub and the shower !! The bsmt is soooo cozy i watched alot of movies down there. Really nice backyard with a firepit and chairs. The sunroom was so nice for morning coffee, loads of natural sunshine. The neighbourhood is all these character homes that are so unique ! and if you love a great bakery, the night oven is a sourdouhg bakery just a short 7 min walk. Easy to get around the city, The major mall is a 4 min drive or 20 min walk. The neighbours are really friendly. Easy parking right in front of the house. The bed was SO comfy and i LOVE the ceiling fan !!! I want to buy this house !!! I WILL BE BACK !! Oh and really fast solid internet too !!

Vivian is a wonderful host! Every aspect of being comfortable as a guest was met. Even parking 2 vehicles. It’s incredibly clean and easy to keep up if you follow the house rules. Great conversationalist and provided a pet-friendly space. Would stay here again!

Nonnies place was by far the best Air BnB I've stayed in. it was clean, spacious, easy to locate, stocked, directions were clear and communication was great. Absolutely 5 star review, no complaints and would recommend 100 percent.

This was a great Airbnb to stay at. Check in instructions were very clear. The condo was clean and well stocked. Underground parking was nice to have. The place is trendy and spacious. The view is awesome. Can see the river and kinsmen park etc. We felt safe with the building being secured by using the fob to get in the building and up the elevator at night. Was a great stay. I totally recommend this place to others.

Milo was an extremely gracious host. I had to change my travel plans last minute and he was very accommodating. His apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and it felt like I was at home. I didn’t leave for days I was so comfortable! Thank you for an amazing stay. I would highly recommend this place if you are in town for a few days.

Nice stay! They had a case of water and extras there, it had all the kitchen supplies you’d need for a stay. Beds were good just got a little bit of a sore back. Thanks for the stay!

This was a great location, and very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. If in Saskatoon again I would book this place in a heartbeat!!

This loft is exactly how it looks in the photos, and it was pristinely clean. It has a sleek, modern aesthetic which feels clean and relaxing. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 children (Dance Competition Weekend with 2 moms, one with 1 daughter and the other with 2) and there was more than enough room for 2 separate families, their teenaged daughters and a minivan full of dance gear. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were easily able to eat in for 4 nights with all of the kitchen essentials available. Michael was a proactive, communicative and responsive host. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and we appreciated the "how to" access the check-in instructions mini written tutorial. I am disabled and use both a cane and a wheelchair. I really appreciated the underground parking, and the access door from the parkade equipped with a handicap door button. Everyone in the building was friendly and inviting, and the building felt safe and secure. Would 100% recommend!

Place was beautiful as always, its not the first time I stayed here so it was easy to come back. Location is really good, and the gym downstairs is awesome!

The penthouse suite was an amazing place to watch the many (over 40) firework displays all around the City of Saskatoon on New Year’s Eve! We had a view of the City out every window! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Saskatoon. We definitely recommend this suite. We will be back!

Neil’s place was exactly as described and had everything we needed! He was easy to communicate with and instructions for check in/check out were very clear. The space is decorated so thoughtfully and we had a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at Jennifer's apartment for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom were all in excellent condition and exactly as described in the listing. I particularly appreciated the quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect. It was within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and public transportation, and I felt very safe in the area. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward. While everything was perfect, one minor point was the noise from the heater at night, but it doesn't significantly detract from my enjoyment. Overall, I had a truly enjoyable stay and recommend this apartment to other travelers.
