Sassi di Matera : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

The view! This aspect of our stay made it absolutely worthwhile. We appreciated that the back patio featuring the view was very private, the apartment was walkable to everything, and the price was fair. We required heat for chilly evenings, and the thermostat worked very efficiently to warm the place. A few small notes – the apartment does have two full bathrooms, but the upstairs shower was rather impractical to use, because there was no curtain or glass to contain the water from the shower nozzle. The bathroom tiles were quite stained with several missing. The glassware and extra blankets were of questionable cleanliness, but the bedsheets and everything else appeared to be washed just ahead of our stay. An overall lovely stay!

Beautiful flat, stunning views! The flat is in an incredible Neighbourhood, very quiet but within stones throw from some amazing views, sites and food. The flat is perfect for a visit, with a supermarket close by to cook any meals at home. It is well stocked with basic cooking amenities. Lastly the view from the terrace is amazing, perfect for breakfasts and evening sundowners

Stefania’s apartment was a great place to stay in Matera. It was well located with easy access to both Sassi, the large public spaces, shopping and restaurants. Besides the excellent location, the apartment itself was wonderful. The bedroom was spacious and had an ensuite bathroom, tons of storage space and extra blankets. The large living room had a futon for extra sleeping space. The kitchen was very well equipped and maybe the only Airbnb I’ve stayed in with good, sharp knives! The downstairs bathroom is the larger, with a nice-sized shower. In addition, there are two outside spaces with small seating areas, one on the roof giving a great view down the hill and one outside the front door. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay.

Siamo state 4 giorni a Matera, in questa casa molto carina e accogliente. Si trova in pieno centro storico letteralmente di fianco alla cattedrale, posizione comoda per tutti gli spostamenti. La casa è molto pulita, ordinata e c'è tutto il necessario e anche alcune accortezze in più da parte dell'host, come un cadeau di benvenuto. Paola è stata sempre disponibile e carina nei nostri confronti, rispondendo sempre molto velocemente a qualsiasi richiesta.

Bellissimo appartamento caratteristico. Stanze grandi e due bagni perfetti. Un po' freddo e umido nonostante il riscaldamento, ma i sassi di Matera sono così. La cucina un po' piccola e poco attrezzata. Ottima esperienza.

L’hébergement d’Alessandro est agencé avec goût, spacieux et facile à vivre. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Matera. Le petit plus est le stationnement gratuit. Alessandro est de bons conseils pour restaurant et boulangerie.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser schön eingerichteten und super zentral gelegenen Unterkunft!! Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Wir haben es sehr genossen uns von dort aus durch Matera treiben zu lassen, aber auch auf einer der Terrassen zu sitzen und das Treiben zu beobachten. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Wärme in der Wohnung dank funktionierender Heizungen und den Kuchen zur Begrüßung. Etwas schade war, dass die Dusche recht sporadisch und sehr eng war und die Wäsche hatte leider einen muffeligen Geruch. Alles in allem würden wir diese Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, sie ist ein sehr besonderer Ort in einer besonderen Stadt!

a magnificent historic property fully modernized. immediate parking. perfectly centered and walkable everywhere, pharmacy, dentist, city hall and of course the Patisseries and fabulous restaurants. Fabi is a gracious and responsive host. I'll be back for certain.

Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Appartamento spazioso, ben attrezzato, vicinissimo al centro storico. Pulizia impeccabile. Siamo stati benissimo, quasi meglio di a casa nostra!! Con anche un bel getto caldo nella doccia che da vera soddisfazione :)

We were two couples and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in the modern part of Matera but only a very short walk to elegant shops and restaurants, and to the amazing historical center you'll be exploring. The apartment is modern, spacious, nicely furnished, with a very nicely stocked kitchen. The patio is very large, secluded, and comfortable. We loved everything about the place and would definitely stay here again. I'd note that there is one bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms, but the second bathroom is at the other end of the apartment. The host offers secure garage parking for a modest fee. I recommend you take advantage of this but be sure to drop your bags off at the apartment before you park your car.

Like stepping into a beautiful home, packed with every extra you can imagine it didn’t seem like an AirBnb. From the snacks and drinks to personal greeting and keeping a parking space - expectations were exceeded. Only a short stroll from the Sassi and probably the best view available from any accommodation. If you’re going to Matera, don’t hesitate to book this.

Appartement très bien situé a proximité du centre ville sans être dans le centre touristique. nous avons pu nous garer sans problème dans la rue. on était comme a la maison..avec deux salles de bain, le luxe!

Dies war eine der besten Airbnb Erfahrungen. Die Wohnung ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dadurch einfach wunderschön. Wir fanden das Bett unglaublich bequem. Leider hatten wir nicht das beste Wetter, aber ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass es sich auf dem Balkon auch sehr gut essen lässt. Zögert nicht und bucht diese Unterkunft, wenn ihr einen schönen und bequemen Aufenthalt in Matera wollt 😊

Great place to stay for a day trip to Matera. Just a short walk from great restaurants, shopping and the Sassi. Was perfect for us!

The 1er Grand Cru of airbnb. In Te Reo Maori has a word to describe care and hospitality, being manaakitanga. Pasquale has this with a strong commitment to his craft of hosting. He spent time orienting us with the area and provided a generous selection of local delicacies. An unobtrusive host with a meticulously appointed property. El apartamento de Pasquale es tal y como aparece en el anuncio. Es fantástico. Es ideal para visitar Matera sin los problemas de acceso al centro y hemos estado muy a gusto. Es importante remarcar la información que aparece en la descripción del apartamento: la cocina es para prepararte un desayuno, ya que no está equipada para cocinar, aunque eso no es problema gracias a la oferta gastronómica de Matera y alrededores ;-) Por otro lado, la climatización con suelo radiante es una maravilla. Silenciosa y efectiva. Recomendamos al 100% el apartamento y esperamos regresar en un futuro.

Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte di passaggio. Appartamento di un’artista sicuramente, molto particolare e piacevole ci è piaciuto tantissimo. Se dovessi ritornare in zona ci ritornerei volentieri.

Luciano is a great host - he is nice, kind, welcomed us even late in the evening, showed us everything, explained everything. He even had prosseco and oranges ready for us. His apartment is great - spacious, well equipped, clean - in a great location with easy access to many beautiful places in Puglia. I would love to come back here again.
