Sassi di Matera : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni presso casa Petra. La casa è confortevole, calda ed accogliente: marmellate fatte in casa ottime, caffè in cialde di qualità e un bell'apparecchio per ascoltare CD e radio! La cucina è pulitissima ed accessoriata, così pure il bagno. Le comunicazioni con la sig.ra Maria Rosaria sono state precise e veloci. La posizione è super comoda per raggiungere tutte le zone dei Sassi. La consiglio vivamente!

One of our favorite stays in Italy so far. Matera is such a magical place and this home made it even more magical. Very friendly hostess, and the breakfast each morning plus snacks left for us was such a nice touch as well. The view from both balconies is just incredible. Can’t recommend enough ♥️

Beautiful flat, stunning views! The flat is in an incredible Neighbourhood, very quiet but within stones throw from some amazing views, sites and food. The flat is perfect for a visit, with a supermarket close by to cook any meals at home. It is well stocked with basic cooking amenities. Lastly the view from the terrace is amazing, perfect for breakfasts and evening sundowners

Eleanor’s place was perfect. What a great location. Easy walk to the Saadi. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The apartment was very clean, spacious and has everything you may need. There was a lovely breakfast each morning to bring to our apartment. We highly recommend Eleonora’s place.

We loved our stay here! Angelo was very friendly and welcoming, and provided useful and practical information to visit Matera and the Gravina; the house was spacious and clean and really had a home-feeling; and what we really appreciated: the stove! Travelling off-season we have stayed in some cold houses, but here it was cosy and warm, directly at our arrival :). Besides, Matera and its surrounding is just amazing and definitely worth a visit!

Ich war nach vier Jahren zum zweiten Male in Stefania's Wohnung. Es ist ein perfektes Nest mitten in der sensationellen Altstadt, den Sassi von Matera. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer geradezu märchenhaften Aussicht auf den alten Stadtteil und die Schlucht am Stadtrand. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die grosse Terrasse. Hier lässt es sich unter dem Sonnenschirm wunderbar lesen, faulenzen oder einen Apero trinken (ausser in der Mittagszeit. Dann ist es sogar unter dem Schirm zu heiss). Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wer keinen grossen Luxus braucht, fühlt sich bei Stefania sicher wohl.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful room in Matera! The location is perfect—within walking distance of everything while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. The view is absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. Claudio was fabulous—communicative, flexible, and always quick to respond, making check-in and any questions a breeze. He gave plenty of ideas about places to eat and left plenty of resources to learn about the history, restaurant guides and maps. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Matera!

Lovely, incredibly spacious and with an amazing location. The accommodation is full of character as it is in a cave, with beautiful furniture and lighting. It has everything that you need. You can walk to a coffee shop, many restaurants and trattorie, and a supermarket. You are very close to all attractions of Sassi but it’s very quiet at night. Francesco is a perfect host.

Host was amazing!! Probably best host we’ve had in Italy! He sent so many local recommendations and history of Matera! Was always responsive and flexible with our last minute travel changes. Apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay here in Matera!

We were two couples and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in the modern part of Matera but only a very short walk to elegant shops and restaurants, and to the amazing historical center you'll be exploring. The apartment is modern, spacious, nicely furnished, with a very nicely stocked kitchen. The patio is very large, secluded, and comfortable. We loved everything about the place and would definitely stay here again. I'd note that there is one bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms, but the second bathroom is at the other end of the apartment. The host offers secure garage parking for a modest fee. I recommend you take advantage of this but be sure to drop your bags off at the apartment before you park your car.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Maria Antonietta in otto persone, quattro coppie, durante il ponte del 1/11/2024. La struttura, situata a Santeramo in Colle, è in una posizione strategica per visitare località come Matera, Altamura e alberobello. Anita, ci ha accolto mettendoci a disposizione un appartamento ampio e curato, dove abbiamo potuto scegliere quattro delle cinque camere disponibili, tutte eleganti, comode e dotate esattamente come descritto su Airbnb. La pulizia impeccabile, la disposizione delle camere che garantisce privacy, l’attenzione ai dettagli degli arredi di alta qualità ci hanno subito colpito. Il cortile-giardino con patio arredato è perfetto per momenti conviviali, e la cucina ben attrezzata ci ha permesso di organizzare cene in compagnia. Anita è sempre stata disponibile, offrendoci consigli utili e accogliendoci con tatto, anche omaggiandoci di prodotti locali. Un soggiorno con un rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente, in un luogo dove ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

Posizione stupenda per vivere interamente l'atmosfera di Matera. Alloggio " grotta" perfetto per sperimentare un modo di vivere antico con tutti gli agi di una ristrutturazione conservativa. Host gentile e disponibile che sa fornire le giuste indicazioni davvero utile. consigliamo vivamente

L'angolo sul Parco Suite is an excellent base to explore Matera. The location is close to shops and has easy access to walk to the Sassi. The private parking is spacious. The host made sure it was easy for us to get in and out of the parking area. The kitchen and bathroom are outstanding. The apartment has a lot of space for sitting and lounging with separate dining and living room spaces. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with the essential appliances, plus a dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of dinnerware, utensils and pots and pans to use. Vincenza was very proactive and helpful. His introduction as to where and how to explore Matera was golden! The amenities he provided in his space were spot on for any travelling needs and for long stay as well. We had a fantastic stay in Matera and we thank him for it.

Alles war wie angegeben. Wirklich perfekte Lage, in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt bzw Sassi! Würde wieder buchen und kann es ehrlich weiter empfehlen!

Le séjour à la casa dei nonni a été vraiment super. Le logement est impeccable, juste au bord de la zone historique de la ville donc on a l'avantage de pouvoir se garer + l'avantage d'aller à pieds dans le centre. Le logement est super bien équipé, on a adoré le mousseur à lait. Mais surtout, l'accueil a été remarquable, l'hôte hyper réactif. Plein de produits frais dans le frigo à notre arrivée, plein de conseils sur la visite de la ville, honnêtement, ça n'aurait pas pu être mieux ! Merci !

We had a great time at Giorgia’s place, which is perfectly located between the old town and the train station. The terrace is beautiful, and everything else matched the description and was very clean! We loved it!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum super! Die Kommunikation war jederzeit unkompliziert und freundlich, und der Check-in dank der detaillierten Beschreibung total stressfrei. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, war blitzsauber und es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht – sogar ein Babybett und weitere Sachen für unser Baby, obwohl wir gar nicht danach gefragt hatten. Das war eine ganz besonders nette Geste! Ein kleiner Hinweis: In der Straße sollte man etwas Zeit einplanen, um einen Parkplatz zu finden. Aber sobald man die Tür aufschließt, wird man direkt belohnt – der Eingang ist atemberaubend schön, in einem beeindruckenden alten Haus, das sofort einen besonderen Charme versprüht. Die Wohnung selbst hat zwar kein direktes Tageslicht, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Lage ist nämlich perfekt – mitten in der Stadt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, viele Restaurants und eine wunderschöne Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Piermario is a great host. He is friendly, proactive, responds to minor issues immediately and has a great spot. The main commercial and retail area is 10 minutes walking distance, 10 minute walk to the airport shuttle bus, 25 minute walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the historic part of Bari and the waterfront. The immediate street is a bit rough around the edges but we weren't concerned about our safety. Our host left us numerous recommendations, tips, directions, etc. Large grocery store 2 blocks away. Piermario left a large quantity of staples for us, far more than most Airbnbs. Great spot for a few days in Bari or an extended stay that includes numerous day trips to Monopoli, Brindisi, Alberobello and other cities. We highly recommend. Grazie Piermario!

Very easy comunication. Very fast and easy check in. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Great loation. There was cheap parking in the neighborhood.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του Bari, 2min. από το Bari Centrale και 10-15 min. από το BariVecchia. Μείναμε εδώ 9 νύχτες και ταξιδέψαμε εύκολα με τρένο σε αρκετές περιοχές της Puglia ( Matera, Alberobello, Martina Franca, Polignano a mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, Trani, Giovignano, Lecce, Taranto). Ο Pietro είναι πολύ συνεπής οικοδεσπότης και ανταποκρινεται γρήγορα. Βέβαια για μια μακροχρόνια διαμονή όπως ήταν η δική μας, θα πρέπει να προβλέπει για επιπλέον είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής .

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!
