villa molto carina, rispondente alle foto e alla descrizione ma a viverla più in alto delle aspettative. letto comodo, spazio esterno fatto molto bene, fresca d'estate, molto verde in una zona di campagna abitata e tranquilla, molto comoda a un passo dal paese, completamente recintata per la sicurezza dei nostri animali domestici , Tiziana è un hosting disponibile e responsabile, siamo stati bene 5 gg.

La signora Lorella è stata una persona eccezionale e sempre disponibile. Purtroppo non ho avuto la possibilità di conoscerLa di persona e abbiamo dovuto fare il selfcheck in che è stato facilissimo poiché ci ha sempre fornito indicazioni attraverso foto e video per attuarlo. La casa corrisponde alle foto e ai servizi forniti: accogliente, pulita e super profumata con un profumo ambiente per ogni camera che le rendeva ognuna distinta. È vicinissima al centro di Matera e ai limiti della ZTL. Inoltre, se ci si vuole spostare verso la Puglia come Alberobello, Locorotondo, è situata ad una altezza comoda per questi spostamenti nelle vicinanze. Ritornerò sicuramente qui.

Location da paura al centro di Matera, apri la porta e ti trovi una delle chiese principali a destra e una magnifica vista dei sassi a sinistra, se mai tornerò a Matera sarà di sicuro l unica stanza che vorrò, l’host super cordiale e accomodante, lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio.

This is a great place to explore Matera from. It's clean, quiet and comfortable, and close to restaurants and of course the sassi. Valeria is a great host. She has everything you could possibly need available. She is also extremely responsive. When we had trouble with the front door (which was our own fault), it was resolved in minutes. Will definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Enzo’s place! Enzo was fantastic—great communication, very responsive, and super friendly with excellent local recommendations. The property was spotless, beautifully blending old Italian charm with contemporary design. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I appreciated the local snacks and welcome wine. The TV with streaming services was a nice touch. While a small oven or microwave would be practical, and the living area could use more seating, these are minor points. The secret room was a fun surprise, and both bathrooms were well-designed and clean. The sun terrace with a view of the Tower of Noci was beautiful. The location was perfect—walking distance to Noci's old town, with restaurants and cafes nearby. A launderette and a small supermarket with fresh bakery goods were conveniently close. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay, friendly host, great bathroom and nice location. Would definitely recommend it when visiting Bari! Small tip, this accommodation is in a typical Italian street so bring earplugs ;)

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Franca! The apartment is a charming 3-floor loft with a cozy terrass located in the heart of Bari Vecchia. Franca is truly a great host, very accomodating and generous and she made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend staying at her place! Thank you Franca!

Arrivati dopo ore di viaggio ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, ci hanno subito accolto e messi a nostro agio offrendoci qualcosa di fresco da bere e della loro frutta raccolta dai loro alberi al momento. Si sono subito mostrati sempre disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta, consigliandoci anche luoghi tipici e cucine tipiche dove andare. Sempre pronti a socializzare e a fare una chiacchiera ma mai invadenti. Il mare si raggiunge in 5 minuti di auto. Consigliamo a chiunque abbia la possibilità di soggiornare da loro. Noi torneremo sicuramente ❤️

I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to stay at Raffaella’s. It was very comfortable, clean, warm, centrally located and had lots of breakfast goodies and amenities. Raffaella was also very helpful with any questions we had about restaurants, laundry facilities, or shopping. What’s not to like like?!

logement propre et avec une vision panoramique du lieu puique la terrasse fait tout le tour du logement. Nous sommes au dernier étage d'un bâtiment avec une vue imprenable sur la mer d'un côté, et le phare de l'autre. il n'y a pas de parking privé mais pas de difficulté à trouver une place dans la rue. nous sommes à 2minutes à pieds d'une petite plage de galet où nous pouvons nous y beigner. tout le long de la rue il y a des restaurants (pizza, pasta, gelateria etc) . l'hôte sait se rendre disponible, souriante et nous donne de bonnes recommandations pour visiter les alentours. Attention il n'y a pas de cuisine. je recommande fortement se logement :) merci pour tout. Tony et Clem

We had a lovely stay at La Campagna di Gisella. The entire outside grounds and pool area were stunning and serene. The location was perfect, very private and peaceful, but so close to Polignano a mare centro storico. The best of both worlds. It was €15 each way to take a tuktuk from the house to the center of Polignano. If you rent a car and aren’t used to driving in Italy I will say the house is a little difficult to find as there isn’t quite an exact address and it’s a small one way dirt road that’s a bit intimidating to drive on. The hosts were amazing. So responsive and kind. They cared about our stay very much. The house was as pictured, the inside a bit older and the beds were very firm. The air conditioning was not very cold. Overall a lovely stay, maybe Italian vs. US expectations, but I would have expected the house to be a bit more stocked. Plan to need to go shopping for essentials upon arrival.

Everything at the casa vacanze is exceptional. Very comfortable with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It’s modern, pristine and absolutely beautiful. It’s location is quiet and relaxing. It has safe parking on site. Piero and his wife were always available and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Raffaele si è dimostrato da subito gentile e disponibile. A causa di un’emergenza (siamo stati poco bene) ci ha permesso di estendere la permanenza ad un prezzo di favore. In generale la casa ha tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno di qualche giorno a Bari anche perché la posizione permette di raggiungere comodamente la stazione e la zona di Bari vecchia.

Villa Rosa is een prachtige plek! Het appartement zelf was ruim, luxe en schoon. De bedden sliepen ook goed. De plek is op 5 minuten lopen van het centrum, maar toch heel erg rustig. De tuin is prachtig net als het pand zelf. Donato en Antonio waren erg behulpzaam en aardig. Conversano is niet alleen een prachtig plaatsje, maar ook een ideale uitvalsbasis om al het moois van Puglia te ontdekken. Ik raad deze accommodatie aan iedereen aan!

This place was absolutely beautiful! Hands down one of the best views I’ve ever seen from a balcony. We walked all over the city, and waking up to that view every morning was unbeatable. The hosts were super responsive, respectful, and helpful. They even left us snacks and waters, which was a nice touch. The place was really clean, in a safe area, and fit the four of us perfectly. If you’re thinking about booking it, just go for it—you won’t regret it! Only thing to note is that the laundry service took over a day to finish and cost €20, but overall, 10/10 would stay here again!

The place is very convenient, within walking distance from the waterfront promenade and the old town. There are nice restaurants in the area, and the bakery across the street offers wonderful pastries. The apartment is very clean, with a very pleasant and comfortable layout of the rooms. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. It's evident that the apartment is well-maintained and new. Davide is very kind and responsive; we had to arrive late in the evening, and he was very accommodating with whatever was needed! I highly recommend the place and the city!

Appartamento splendido e dotato di tutti i servizi. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Abbiamo alloggiato per qualche giorno in 2 famiglie con bambini e siamo stati benissimo. Molto comodo al centro di Gravina raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi e vicino a negozi e supermercato. Ottima la pulizia e la disponibilità dell'host. Ideale per soggiornare a Gravina.
