Adam & Patricia’s Suite is clean and well-stocked. It is as described, a short walk to the beach, a comfortable place with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. The rolling cooler and beach chairs were much appreciated.

Awesome updated condo. Roomy and a great view from the 2nd floor. Pool was spotless and private beach entrance. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We absolutely love staying here and have been doing so every year since 2018. Sherman and Marlene are the best hosts we have every come across in the 100+ Airbnb's stays we have booked over the years. This is the place that we use to judge all the other airbnb places we stay at. So far, no other place we have stayed at has even come close to Sherman and Marlene's place.

We had a great stay. Nice to have the beech accessories available. I questions why we had to pay $80 for cleaning since it is required for us to clean, take out the garbage, and strip the beds, which I didn't have a problem with. It wouldn't take someone very long to fix the bed and put clean towels up. Also we were missing a top sheet which wasn't a problem.

Gemma's condo was very clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. it was 2 blocks from the beach and 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

We sold our home in the Melbourne area and needed a nice quiet place to relax. Marks place was just perfect. Close to everything and so peaceful. when first entered we felt right at home. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It quickly became our new happy place in Melbourne. Thanks to Mark and his staff for creating such a delightful experience.

Tim was amazing and his home was equally as incredible. Walking distance to a huge variety of shops and restaurants and just a stones throw from the beach. I would highly recommend booking with Tim he was a fantastic host and I look forward to booking with him again.

The kids did not want to leave, either did we! The house was great and met all our expectations. The pool was amazing, warm and clean. The location is perfect, close to everything you could want to do on a trip. The paddle boards were fun and allowed you to get out and explore the waterways right from the house. The beach cruisers were also a nice added bonus. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tiffany’s place. The location was nice as it was close to restaurants and stores, and a short drive to both the beach and I-95. The home was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for our needs. We appreciated that a pack n play, booster seat, beach equipment and beach towels were provided.

We were in town for the Celebration of life for my MIL. Pedro was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. The house was comfortable and well kept and made for a nice respite when we needed it.

This place is a gem. I could have sat on the deck overlooking the canal for hours and not be bored. It was like our own wildlife preserve. We saw so many different kinds of birds, manatees and one dolphin siting. It was peaceful and quiet. The walk to the beach access nearby was a breeze, although if you have a lot to carry, you might want to drive....free parking! John's kitchen was very nice and functional. The bed was super comfortable. John was very responsive whenever we had a question. Be aware that if you have a lot of luggage, there are stairs to go up to get to the unit. Suggestion: for people flying in, it would have been nice if the spices were fresh in the cupboards and/or if there were some condiments in the fridge. These are things that air travelers aren't going to have with them. The in room laundry was great to have! We would not hesitate to visit again!

Loved Anabel‘s cottage. Squeaky clean, great location. It was everything promised in the ad.

Our family had a wonderful week staying here! The home was clean and free of clutter. It was easy to settle in like home! Loved that there were supplies for the beach and even a wagon to carry everything! Perfect proximity from the main street downtown Cocoa Beach. Short drive to the Space Center (which is a must!!!). Couldn't ask for anything better. We will be back!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood not far from beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops. It is even a short drive to Orlando if you are planning a day trip to the tourist stops. The house was well stocked with everything needed, easy to check in and out, and beautifully decorated. I walked several miles through the neighborhood and found everyone I encountered to be friendly and the neighborhood safe. The pool is clean and private and was the highlight of the week. The game room is fun for all ages and a great get away from the sun or even a way to pass the time during the rain. Shawn is a fantastic host! He is responsive, accommodating and well informed about the area. If you are looking for a top notch host then book with Shawn!

My wife and I stayed for a week for our daughter’s college spring softball games. The property is as described. Clean and well maintained. Jessica is very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Everything that you need in the kitchen was there, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent to even coffeemaker and actual coffee and filters. The washed /dryer was extremely useful. Extra linens and towels were provided and bathroom supplies as well.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Easy check in/ out and very comfortable stay

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

Excellent location, hosts were great at communicating and allowed our large group to check in a little early. You can’t get a better location for visiting cocoa beach- you are right near everything! We rented a large transit van to haul a group of 9 and parking was tricky since it’s a one way but if you are a fair driver you won’t have any issues and a car or SUV would be a breeze. Pool was warm and fantastic if it was windy or cool at the beach. Lots to do nearby with a walk or short drive. Beach gear was very appreciated and we rented additional gear from A1A rentals who were also fantastic! We would definitely rent from Monique & Sal again!! Thank you!!!!!

This was an absolutely beautiful home—just as gorgeous as the listing pictures. Not only was the place tidy, but it was also stocked with items for guests to use, from supplies and ingredients in the kitchen, to books and board games in the living room, and chairs for the beach. Konstantin himself is very responsive, friendly, and proactive—100% would visit this location again!
