I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb for a month, and it exceeded all my expectations. Location: Perfectly situated just minutes from the Skytrain, shopping centers, and some of the city’s best rooftop bars and restaurants. Apartment: Beautifully designed, modern, and equipped with two televisions for added comfort. The spacious bathroom had everything I needed for a hassle-free stay. Building: The rooftop is straight out of a movie scene, with stunning views, a fantastic gym, and a relaxing lounge area. Host: A special thanks to the host for his exceptional hospitality, responsiveness, and clear communication from check-in to check-out. His kind gesture of allowing a late check-out at 3:00 PM was greatly appreciated, especially as I had many bags. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and convenience I will come back

Il posto è davvero bello con servizi ottimi, piscina e palestra sempre puliti! Avete a portata di mani tutto, 7 eleven, cafè, cofee shop, thai massage, market vicini e la fermata BTS punnawhiti proprio all’ingresso del building, la vista è fantastica mozzafiato! Tassanee è stata chiara e disponibile! L’alloggio vale ciò che pagate! Vi raccomando questo posto!

Good stay, in a Japanese neighbourhood which was ideal to me since I love the food. The gym is decent, 25M lap pool and a sauna in the locker room. It’s around 2K away from the BTS (metro), and our television remote for Netflix did not work. House is clean, shower has a little bit if mold. Beautiful city view from the sleeping room.

Good location but not next to the Train stations. However, you get the cabs most of the day and nights.

Matt really helpful to fulfill our request and he is very responsive. The location is good, closed to the ploen chit BTS, around 5-6 min walk. You can find a few convenience store around near the BTS. We have a nice stay in his place. Thank you for accommodating us.

What a great apartment, It was far bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Air Con in every room. We were very happy staying here and it is walking distance from Central World mall, BTS Train and Lumphini park. There are multiple 7-Elevens around within a close proximity as well. Such a lovely place with great value for money. Would Stay here again if I find myself in Bangkok again

This place was amazing. It was just as the photos showed! Great location close to the Pier to take the boat along the Chao Phraya River. It was walking distance to Khao San Road. 7/11 right across the street and many restaurants nearby. Orathip was an amazing host. She was super responsive before and during our stay. She helped us book a tour to the floating market and railway market. She keeps the whole place very clean in the common area all the time. We loved this airbnb and made our stay very enjoyable. Definitely would recommend if you want to stay in Old town Bangkok.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Eve’s place! It was located in a quiet neighbourhood and the entire place was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Eve and her cleaning team were also very responsive and friendly. We definitely would recommend.

The house was perfect for my family of 5. It's interior was beautiful, clean and organised, just like the pictures. Everything that we needed was available and more. Truly felt like being back at my own home. It's close enough to the busy street of Sukhumvit Rd, where everything is available, yet far enough from the sounds of the busy Sukhumvit Rd. Our stay there was quiet and peaceful. A definite recommendation to stay at Mint's if you are visiting Bangkok with a large family. Looking forward to stay again at Mint's on my next trip to Bangkok in the near future.

Patty’s place was perfect for our family. Great location as easy to walk to restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at her place.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Host Jenny was extremely responsive and helpful, providing us with valuable local tips throughout our short stay. We also appreciated her assistance in storing our luggage due to our late flight. The entire place was spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodated our group of eight.

①ぼったくられる心配がない、②ロケーションが良い。この2点において最高でした。 ① タイではぼったくりのリスクがあります。 タクシー、トゥクトゥク、レストラン、マッサージなど、常に気を付けていないと外国人向けに割高な請求をされることがあります。しかし、今回Sirichanに依頼したことで、以下の料金で安心して利用できました。 スワンナプーム空港往復の貸し切りタクシー：平均750バーツ 貸し切りプライベート1BOXカーでのアユタヤ半日ツアー（英語ガイド付き）：6800バーツ 敷地内の船着場から出発するロングボート周遊コース（ワット・アルン着）：1200バーツ ゲストハウスへの訪問マッサージ：350バーツ/人 いずれも価格交渉なしで、Sirichanが提示した価格のまま利用できました。（2025年3月時点） また、これらのオプショナルツアーに合わせて、朝食の時間を柔軟に変更してくれるなど、サービス面でも満足でした。 ② ロケーションが良い 宿泊施設はチャオプラヤ川の支流に面しており、川を眺めながら朝食やコーヒータイムを楽しめます。 さらに、大型ショッピングセンター「アイコンサイアム」へはタクシーで約10～15分とアクセスが良く、お土産や夕食の買い物にも気軽に行けます。アイコンサイアムには高島屋も入っており、日本人好みの商品が多く揃っているのも魅力です。 タクシーの利用はGrabアプリを使えば、事前に料金が確定しているため、ぼったくられる心配がなく安心して移動できます。 家族4人での宿泊（私、妻、大学生、高校生）でしたが、寝室が3つあるため、それぞれのプライベート空間を確保できました。（予備の寝室が1室追加であり） 何度もタイを訪れていますが、今回ほどぼったくりの心配なく、価格交渉なしで安心して旅行できたのは初めてでした。 オプショナルツアーは他社と比較検討しても良いと思いますが、今回は全てSirichanのプランのほうが優れていました。 AirbnbとGrabの2つのアプリだけで、安心・安全な家族旅行が実現できました。

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Bangkok. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach ist der Wahnsinn! Check In und Check Out verliefen reibungslos. Ami ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Had a good stay at Fufus apartment, good location and easy to get around, good communication with Fufu. The apartment itself and the furnitures inside are a bit dated but still working ok, maybe some update will make it better. Thanks very much for hosting me!

Second stay in the room. As described, very spacious and comfortable. It is only 5 minute walk to MRT Suthisarn. Enjoyed the nearby massage store, delicious food and convenient stores nearby ( 7 eleven, family mart, lotus express etc.) I will come back again :):)

Понравилось жилье, в первую очередь спасибо владельцу, он все приготовил, была вода, кофе, даже новая губка для посуды. Посуды достаточно много, сам комплекс на охраняемой территории с бассейном и тренажерный залом. Удобное местоположение, до метро 3 минуты пешком, в шаговой доступности крупные магазины и 7/11

We loved staying at Panidhi’s place! Great location, just a short walk to Sukhumvit, with a calmer atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described, super clean, and communication with Panidhi was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

The best thing about this condo Is probably the location. It's so convenient, with a BTS station nearby, a food market a few hundred meters away, and a Gourmet supermarket a little further. Besides, the condo is well-maintained and everything works fine (note that there is no electric stove, only a microwave). At first I was a little disappointed when Lek told me that the gym was not accessible, as it is reserved for owners and long-term tenants, not Airbnb guests. The pool, however, is open and quite wonderful, as it is rarely used. For exercise I found a good alternative right in front of the building, where there is a sidewalk that goes all the way around the sports fields under the highway, and that can be used for walking and jogging. It'll give you the opportunity to watch young guys playing foot-volleyball, and yes, they do smash the ball across the net (at about 1.50 m high) with their feet.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Marg reagierte auf Anfragen innerhalb von Minuten. Es sind nur wenige Minuten Fussweg zur BTS um die Stadt zu erkunden. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber auch in der Nachbarschaft innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder nach Bangkok kommen würden wir wieder bei Marg übernachten.
