Wonderful place! Had everything we needed. Very close to the beach. Perfectly decorated and super comfortable bed in the main bedroom! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The home was beautiful. My family and I were in the area for my father’s funeral. The situation was already emotionally draining. To have a home to go to afterwards was the greatest. The home was just as described and offered my family and I peace. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

I have stayed at Aletha’s place many times. It’s a great value. The location is great, one block off historic Union Street for walking. Quick drive or walk to downtown for dining. The bedding is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need.

I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb with this many reviewers all with nothing but 5 stars and glowing comments about the hosts! One look inside this property and walk through the park like grounds down go the covered gazebo over the North River convinced me that they were all 100% correct. Our short 2-night stay inc l used beautiful sunsets on the water! We will be back! Thank Don and Annie for sharing your exquisite home!

Cute spot for two for a weekend getaway. Close enough to walk to town with bars and restaurants. Place had all the essentials, cozy bed and spacious living room. Overall great place to stay when visiting SSI!

This location was perfect for us. It's just 15 minutes from both Jeckyll & St. Simon's Islands. Pet friendly & clean. Its located in a cute historical district with some beautiful old colonial house around the corner. The yellow deli was adorable! We had breakfast there & also ordered out one night. It's just 3 walking blocks away. Would stay again if ever in the area again. Donna was great, very responsive. Thank you

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean, the decor was nicely put together and they thoughtfully placed a Welcome tray filled with goodies on the countertop. The Host was very timely and appropriate with his responses. That, in and of itself, made the stay stress-free. The location of the property is great. There are multiple restaurants in the area with of a variety of cuisines to choose from. If there was a need to travel to other areas, it was easy to get to the interstate as well. So, I, definitely, recommend this spot, Unless, you’re trying to book during My Desired Dates! 😆🤣

Very nice accommodations . Clean , great A/C , large streaming TVs. Minimal amenities provided so bring your toiletries . The beach is literally within walking distance , but there isn’t really a beach town nearby . You’ll need a car to visit beautiful Ferdinand beach . We loved Timoti for shrimp po buys, biscuits at T-Rays , Cuban coffee and pastries from 1928 and the architecture is very interesting . If you like pickleball , Central Park is a 5 minute drive and FT Clinch is also very near the rental

Darien has always felt like a home away from home! This is the first time we’ve stayed at John’s place, but we fell in love with his little home. We hope to be back in the future!

We are very thankful for Sammy and all that he did for us! We had some issues with our travel orders and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. The house is perfect for those traveling for work and with small kids. We LOVED being able to utilize the pool also.

Great cozy cottage for our family stay. Very clean and beautiful furnished with nice amenities. Host was very accommodating allowing an early check in and always fast responses. Great location. Only 1.5 hr to Savannah as well as Jacksonville Fl. Loved our stay.

Tannis home is absolutely amazing! Extremely clean & loaded with everything you need to feel right at home. It was everything our family needed for a weekend getaway! The pool is beautiful and very clean with plenty of pool floats. We enjoyed the firepit as well. Did I mention how beautiful its decorated! Every room has a gorgeous light fixture and the beds are so comfy! The Pink Cabana will be my choice every time I visit Jacksonville. We give it a 💯!

We stayed at this property evacuating during hurricane Milton. Kathy was very empathetic, responsive, and kind enough to let us check in early. The property was nice and clean, very quiet and great neighbors. Would happily stay here again whenever I come back to the island!

Tori was a great host! She recognized & communicated an issue with the property in plenty of time for me to have the choice of keeping or canceling the reservation. I am so glad that I kept it! The house is nicely decorated and felt very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet & very pretty. I will definitely keep this listing to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay! This is our second time to St. Simon and it gets better every time. The place was very clean, organized and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. We had a slight issue with the elevator when we first arrived and the realty company acted swiftly to come out to solve the problem and followed up with us before the end of our stay. Keep in mind the garage entry has a low entrance so some vehicles will not fit, however there is plenty of parking out front. We will definitely recommend to our friends & family and hope to be back again soon!

This place was absolutely amazing! This was a personal vacation I took by myself. I have an emotional attachment to Amelia Island, and I haven’t been since I was a teenager. I’m thankful that this place was available for me to stay in! The pictures are just like how it is in person. Christina was also very helpful and responsive! The WiFi was down my first day there, and she responded pretty quickly to let me know I could reset the modem. It was fixed instantly! The patio is also beautiful! It was pretty private too. The sound of the beach waves was so peaceful, and the view was beautiful. The only downside for the patio was that the employees for the complex were working on fixing it. But that can’t be helped by anyone. Just bad timing! Overall, this was an amazing experience! The price is also very reasonable compared to other places listed on the island. I’ll definitely be wanting to come back!

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there
