There were a few issues. She either arranged them to be fixed or returned part of the money if the issue could not be fixed due to being outside of her control (cut municipal water supply)

Nice condo . Location is good for Thai food and Tops / 7/11 right there . 10 minute walk to quite part of beach .Motor bike and bike rental next door . I like to swim so being on first floor with balcony to water was nice . The water park itself is nice . It’s a quiet part of Jomtiem away from the bars and Loud noises . I recommend it .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Namthip’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—walk in to the private beach and attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Namthip was an exceptional host, quick to respond to any questions and incredibly welcoming. The little touches, like a thoughtfully curated welcome basket and clear check-in instructions, made the experience even better. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back myself!

Room area is very big, very clean and sea view room. We can see sunset from the outdoor balcony. This trip made our good memory family trip. Thank you for the superhost.

The most wonderful view from the 27´th floor balcony. A dream for everyone who appreciate seaside view. Calm conditions and yet 10 minutes away from Pattaya city life by car. Alexander is a very easy host and contributes to the pleasant stay. Only to be recommended. Michael from Denmark

Прекрасные апартаменты! Чисто, красиво, дружелюбный хозяин, большая и удобная кровать. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Пляж 5 минутах, хороший тренажерный зал и бассейн. Все очень понравилось, рекомендую!!

Excellent stay and the host is very accomodating. Room is clean and well maintained and the facilities of the complex are very good. The property is a short walk to the beach, through the resort.

Прекрасная квартира и сам комплекс! Вид на море и закат. Квартира просторная, чистая, все необходимое было. У нас было 2 карты и мы небыли привязаны, потому что в комплексе везде проход по карте. У этого корпуса подземный паркинг, это очень удобно, машина не на солнце стоит. В следующем году обязательно вернемся к вам! Спасибо

Very helpful host. Managed to lock myself out, twice, but host solved the problem very quick both times. Highly recommended. Only thing to mention is that a motorcycle really helps you to get around so i would recommend renting one. Fridge was filled with complimentary water and beverages, a nice touch!

Yuri 'space was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Yuri was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. High speed wifi, 250 mb/s , many attraction around, kids play ground , and fitness room, Restaurants there I could say excellent. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For (Price), I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

ich war alleine für 20 Tage im Bungalow. Alles hat gepasst, prima Pool, super großes Haus, alles sauber, alles vorhanden . Johannes war sehr hilfsbereit in allen Dingen.

The house itself is beautiful! Cute little yard, but the grass grows fast. The house is very well kept for the most part with updated kitchen appliances. Some new pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are needed, but the basics are available to cook. The outlets in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. The beds are very comfortable. There is a bbq grill available to use, and somehow, there was wifi available from another house I assume. If you are interested in going to the gym, be sure to ask for a key card. The communication from Gulya and her assistant could use improvement, but eventually the messages got answered. This house is slightly overpriced considering there isn’t much around, but I would definitely book this place again if I needed to.

Beautiful home, very comfortable and clean. Would have appreciated some refills of things like trash bags and toilet paper but otherwise well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for our kids- we had everything we needed and they loved the pool. The resort amenities were not fully operational and not the quality we would have hoped for but still a great value for what we paid. Also, it was off season so that could be the reason for limited hours. The restaurant was pricey and the food wasn't fantastic but plenty of other local options. Would have loved to be able to get coffee or breakfast onsite but the cafe did not open until 1pm. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the grounds were well maintained.
