We enjoyed our stay at this villa. Didn’t get to use the pool as it was quite cold. The communication was easy and smooth. Overall, this villa was what we wanted for the Wonderfruit weekend!

Ich kam später an als ausgemacht, aber ich wurde geduldig erwartet. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben mich begeistert. Ok, man braucht ein Fahrzeug, aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Damit konnte ich den lokalen Markt erreichen, die Auswahl an Speisen war groß und die Preise günstig. John war bei Nachfragen immer erreichbar und hat flexibel reagiert. Jederzeit wieder.

สถานที่สะอาด อุปกรณ์ต่างๆถายในบ้านครบ ไม่ว่าจะ เครื่องครัว สระว่ายน้ำสะอาด เหมาะสำหรับการมาเที่ยวกับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวมากๆ แค่รักษากฎเรื่องของการใช้เสียงหลังจาก 4ทุ่ม ถือว่าสะดวกสบาย แนะนำครับ

Nous remercions notre hote car la maison a été vraiment super ainsi que les installations comme la piscine nous recommandons tout voyageurs qui décide de réserver à cet emplacement, prènne en , considération qu’ils auront besoin d’un moyen de déplacement comme un scooter. Very nice villa, Victor and Tatiana were super helpful, they can even rent a car to you at a very good price, I highly recommend this property, very relaxing and great pool, 5 stars ⭐️ from me!!

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

We have been at this wonderful place for a bit more then a month. The host was friendly and responsive to all requests. It’s a huge territory with beautiful greens and birds around you. The quiet sunrises and sundowns with clear sky and beautiful stars everyday. Every room has an AC/vents which makes the stay comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, the house clean and tidy as well, the villa is being maintained all the time. Inside it fees like a family house which was perfect for us. Huge kitchen, bbq zone, sports zone and a terrace are the main points of interest. Nearest beach is 10minutes by car, the villa itself located in a peaceful and quiet village. There are several supermarkets and fruit points in a 1km around area. Thanks for this amazing place, we will try to come back soon)

Приехали в июне 2015г с женой и внуком(3 человека), говорят в сезон дождей .Дождей практически за 12 дней было 3 раза и то ночью,очень жарко,хотя днем бывало пасмурно но умудрились сгореть (очень осторожно). Константин организовал трансфер из аэропорта .Нас встретили в аэропорту( спасибо водителю и нашему гиду Диме) доставили до места. Константин (хозяин) нас встретил гостеприимно,проводил в дом ,чего не хватало все тут же было . Дом в котором нас поселили был просто замечательным (3 этажа, 3 спальни, все удобства(стиральная машина ) огромный холл,кухня (можно готовить самим или на "Тук-Тук" ездить обедать или ужинать в городе ) Хотя до этого мы бронировали квартиру, для нас это конечно был подарок.Так получилось что квартира была занята,но даже это к лучшему. Квартира тоже очень хорошая ,но гораздо меньше. Очень тихо,море рядом,хороший чистый бассейн . Если едете с ребенком то там ему не будет скучно ,много детей русских, можно отпускать по территории гулять(все охраняется,чужой не пройдет).Экскурсии можно заказать везде в городе (мы обращались к Диме и он нас возил куда захотим, естественно за "баты" ). Все недорого,фрукты на каждом углу.Очень вкусно кормят на рыбном рынке не далеко от коттеджа,3 остановки на "Тук-Тук" Вообщем наверное на следующий год тоже туда и компашкой..

Chong Samaesan village reste un endroit hors du flot touristique. Ce cabanon sur les quais ferait une belle résidence pour écrivain, artiste ou autre chercheur de bout du monde.
