Small but very cosy, clean and cute

Everything was just perfect. The location of this place is great for people who are travel to Tallinn by cruise ship. The room was clean and got everything more than we needed! I think it will be perfect for people who are planning to have a long stay at this place. The place was pretty private too. Also Heidi was really nice and responded to our messages almost immediately.

Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, caldo e super confortevole, letto comodo, balcone con vista suggestiva. L' appartamento è sia vicino all' Old Town che a un grande Centro Commerciale. Merje è un host gentile e precisa.

I'll start off by saying that Johan's place is amazing. There's lots of natural light, controllable heating in every room/living space, a big kitchen, nice lounge, and it's close to public transport and cool restaurants. Johan provided more than enough amenities with multiple towels, toilet paper, shampoo choices, a washer dryer, lots of kitchenware, cooking ingredients (e.g., tea, coffee, oil, vinegar), phone chargers in the bedrooms, etc... The house had everything we needed and more which made daily life so much easier. I would absolutely stay again. It was probably the best holiday accommodation I've experienced.

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Cozy Stay. Alles war genau wie im Inserat angegeben. Die Wohnung ist Richtung Innenhof ausgelegt, es war demnach sehr ruhig und man hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf den Innenhof. Das WLAN war sehr gut und alles war sauber und modern. In der Küche gab es Geschirr für teileweise 4-6 Personen und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, da man nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Bussijaam entfernt war und anderen Haltestellen. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man in weniger als 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Ich kann diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Perfect place for our family holiday! We really enjoyed staying in Katrinas house with my and my sisters family. Place is just like the pictures. Beds were comfortable, one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, so no worries about noises if others wake up earlier than others. And everything was cleanand tidy. Good grocery shop walking distance and tram also nearby. Nice neighbourhood for morning and evening walks. I really recommend this place to families.

Beautiful place, felt right at home and wonderful hosts. We extended our stay at Helis and Jukka’s house couple of times so it became like a home to us ❤️ already looking forward to return to the house.

This is an amazing house. We stayed there with 2 small kids and the house has everything you need! crib,high chair, toys and a wonderful garden we loved the place and the comunication with the host was always great ! thank you for everything ❤️

The house matches the listing, has everything you need in the kitchen, wonderful sauna, grill, dishwasher, everything to make it feel like home, we also had a dog with us who felt right at home there

We had at Linnamäe really long holiday. For 28 nights was Terje's and Tarmo's house our home. The house is really big with everything you want to have. There is 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, 1 bedroom, living room and kitchen in the first floor. The house has 2 bathroom with washing machine. We enjoyed comfortable chairs and Netflix TV. You can use also hot tube and big garden. Terje and Tarmo help you with everything and we had great BBQ together. The stay is possible with children, our daughter enjoyed also. The hause is in calm street at Linnamäe, in the village there is a shop, burger bistro, pizza restaurant and cheap petrol station. Haapsalu with supermarkets is 10 kilometers from Linnamäe. It's not so far from Rohuküla, port to Hiiumaa island, make a trip there. We highly recommend this accomodation.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property is one of the rare places that can comfortably accommodate larger group for an overnight stay. The house features several cozy nooks, providing plenty of privacy for relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining, which made our stay even more convenient. A big plus was that our dog was allowed and she really enjoyed running freely in the natural surroundings. Thank you, Kristina!

We spent amazing 3 weeks in this house and fully enjoyed this 🤩 The house is clean, spacious with all necessary equipment. There is convenient parking near the house under the roof. Location is in cozy area with parks and supermarkets nearby. Mart is very hospitable and friendly, several times during our stay , he saved us from the snow with his snow tractor when there was heavy snowfall. Definitely we recommend to visit 👌

I had another great stay at Ivo's. Everything went smoothly. The check-in is very easy, the place is nice and cosy making you feel at home. The neighborhood is really quiet, with several restaurants and super-market options nearby. And Ivo was very responsive and proactive.

Great apartment for short or longer stay. Suits for 5 people. Quiet location in city center.

This place was wonderful – a true dream home! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with the most amazing bakery and restaurant nearby 🤍✨ I definitely want to come back again!

Cozy place with a great location

El lugar es genial y presenta una excelente relación precio-calidad. La entrada es algo compleja, pero siempre están atentos a responder rápido. Recomiendo 100% este lugar. Tiene buenas vistas (está arriba de un mall) y además está en la mejor ubicación que puedan imaginar: a un paso del casco histórico y a un paso del terminal naútico. Saludos!

I had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable, with useful accessories (a dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc.) and a modern bathroom. Best of all, the apartment is well located. It’s across the street from the historic part of town, which makes strolling through old Tallinn a breeze. I stayed for almost a week and could have easily stayed longer. I highly recommend this apartment for a Tallinn visit.

Location is the best, close and walkable to the city center and to all the super convenient public transportation (trams and busses). Surrounded with supermarkets, including a Selver just behind the apartment. The apartment is great, suited to live in, super clean, comfy bed, great shower. Kitchen was well equipped and a pleseant to cook in. Branna was a great host, super communicative and made the immediate late check in a great experience. It was a great place to stay, contributed greatly to wonderful weeks in Estonia and will be great to be back.

Amazing place! the location is very convenient, really close to the old town, to the sea and to the creative neighborhood. The apartment has everything you can need. It was really clean.
